Summary Measurements of energy transformation in mitochondria are done on a capillary differential titration calorimeter CTD2156. It is important to mention that a sediment is quickly formed by the mitochondria suspension without mixing by means of a vibrating needle. During the measurements, the vibrating needle is located inside the working volume of the chamber. The design of the calorimeter is substantiated theoretically. It provides a new mode of a reagent input in the measuring volume of the calorimetric chambers. It expands the spectrum of tasks that can be solved using this instrument. In the capillary calorimeter the calorimetric chambers unit is simple and small in size. These advantages of capillary chambers provide an opportunity to unite 20 capillary calorimetric chambers in one calorimetric block. It allows designing a multi-channel titration calorimeter. There are obvious advantages of such a calorimeter over other instruments in screening researches and in researches of objects maintaining stability only for a short time.  相似文献

Titanium nitride was used as pH‐sensitive material to fabricate all solid‐state pH electrode. The fabrication and the response performance of the pH electrode were described in the paper. The TiN film electrode showed a linear response in the pH range of 2–12 with a near‐Nenstian response (?55 mV/pH). The response time was within 1 min, and the electrode had good reproducibility, stability and low sensitivities for different species. Compared with the glass pH electrode, the electrode exhibited some advantages, for example, without activation, rapid response and high mechanical strength. In addition, the electrode performed excellently in a corrosion medium containing F?(1 M). Electrochemical behaviors of TiN electrode in Britton‐Robinson buffers were studied with Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS).  相似文献

Poly(gamma-glutamic acid) (gamma-PGA) is a biosynthetic polymer, and the carboxyl groups are able to undergo a chemical modification. In this study, poly(alpha-propyl gamma-glutamate) (gamma-PGA propylate) was synthesized by the esterification of these carboxyl groups to yield a thermosensitive and biodegradable polymer. In aqueous solution, the gamma-PGA propylate can impart thermosensitivity by controlling the hydrophobic-hydrophilic balance of the gamma-PGA polymeric chains.  相似文献

High density and well surface-distributed oxygen microwave plasma with an extensible antenna-coupling design was utilized to modify a densely weaved and large-surface-area Nylon-6 fabric within a short treatment time. Plasma pretreatment and subsequent acrylic acid (AAc) or 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) grafting process were studied and optimized at the stage after dyed and finished procedure. The monomer-grafted dyed Nylon-6 fabrics evolved lasting hydrophilic properties and thereafter created or improved surface properties such as water diffusion, drainage, moisture regain and water absorbency, in different degrees. The pHEMA-grafted sample exhibited minor effect in color perception, which was also much hydrophilic than the pAAc-grafted one. Based upon surface analyses and wetting assessment, the penetration of HEMA monomer into the plasma-treated fabric matrix contributed to the facilitation of wetting properties. This work accordingly ensures such plasma-induced system to incorporate with the pattern of hydrophilic properties on the analogous textiles without interrupting their finishing process.  相似文献

研究了氧化物在气敏材料二氧化锡超细粉表面的分散行为及分散量的二氧化锡热稳定性的影响,结果表明,氧化铜,氧化镍,氧化铋和氧化锌在二氧化锡表面均能单层分散,分散阈值均与按密置单层模型计算的最大分散容量相符,负载二氧锡的表面覆盖度与其稳定性之间有很好的对应关系,单层覆盖率达到一定程度二氧化锡高温烧结便可基本得到抑制。  相似文献

Responsive polymers have been the focus of many studies during the past decade because of their ability to change according to environmental stimuli. In this paper, we report on the development of a method to synthesize a pH/temperature‐sensitive linear copolymer, poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide‐ co‐acrylic acid)(poly(NIPAAm‐co‐AAc)), with a molecular weight of about 106–105 Da in water using azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as the initiator. The effects of the following on the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) of the copolymer and homopolymer of NIPAAm were investigated: the type of buffer salts and pH changes of test solutions, molecular weight and concentration of homopolymer/copolymer solutions, and AAc monomer molar feed ratio (mol%). The effects of different synthesis methods on the molecular weight and on the AAc content were also evaluated. The mechanism of action in environments with different pH values is discussed. The effect of thermal treatment on the structural incorporation of Cr2O3 in xCr2O3·(100 – x)SiO2 and 5R n xCr2O3·(95 – x)SiO2 (where x=0.01–1 mol.% and R=Li, Na and Ca) gel glasses was studied by optical absorption spectrophotometry, DTA-TG, XRD and electron microscopy.Samples heat treated at 60°C have green color due to the presence of Cr3+ in octahedral coordination. The optical transmission, and color (yellow, orange or ambar), of the samples heat treated between 200 and 700°C prove that Cr3+ (octahedrally coordinated) and Cr6+ (tetrahedrally coordinated) are both present. Segregation of Cr2O3 take place at temperatures above 800°C.In reducing conditions the gel glasses were green due to the presence of a high content of Cr3+ ions. Samples containing Li or Na show crystalline phases at temperatures below 850°C.  相似文献
