共轭亚麻酸的制备、表征和生物活性研究进展

近年来的研究发现共轭亚麻酸(CLN)具有多种非常有益的生理功能,已成为化学家、药理学家、营养学家争相研究的热点。本文就CLN的制备、表征、分离分析以及生物活性等方面,对国内外的研究进行了综述。CLN的制备包括化学法、生物法和天然产物提取法三大类。CLN的表征方法主要有紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振等方法,以及采用气相色谱法(GC)、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和毛细管电泳法(CE)等方法对合成的CLN混合物进行分离分析。CLN的生物活性主要有抗癌、降血脂、减肥、抗致癌等。     

A spectroscopic study on the 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H3PMo12−nWnO40) combined with cetylpyridinium bromide in the epoxidation of cyclopentene

The epoxidation of cyclopentene with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H₃PMo_12−nW_nO₄₀, n = 1–11), 12-tungstophosphoric acid and 12-molybdophosphoric acid combined with cetylpyridinium bromide as a phase transfer reagent was carried out in acetonitrile. Among 13 heteropolyacids investigated, catalyst of H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ showed the highest activity, giving a conversion of 60% and a selectivity of 95% in the epoxidation of cyclopentene. The fresh catalysts and the catalysts under reaction condition were characterized by UV–vis, FT-IR and ³¹P NMR spectroscopy, which has revealed that all of the molybdotungstophosphoric acids were degraded in the presence of hydrogen peroxide to form a considerable amount of phosphorus-containing species. The active species resulted from H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ are new kinds of phosphorus-containing species, which is different from {PO₄[WO(O₂)₂]₄}³⁻.     

A novel method for synthesizing diorganylphosphinous acids from red phosphorus and arylalkenes

Dimerization of some substituted benzoic acids in aqueous solution from conductance measurements

Precision molar conductances of benzoic, o-toluic, 2,6-dimethylbenzoic, 2,3,6-trimethylbenzoic, and, o-fluorobenzoic acids have been determined in aqueous solution as a function of temperature and of concentration up to near saturation (<0.035 M). At the higher concentrations molar conductances are found to be less than anticipated for the simple dissociation of a 1-1 electrolyte. Although the deviations are only 1% or less they have been interpreted to show that these acids are dimerized in solution. The interpretation includes an assumption that the dimer ionizes to produce a triple ion. Increasing numbers of methyl groups lead to increasing dimerization. For those acids with two ortho groups the dimerization increases with increasing temperature while the other three show decreasing dimerization with increasing temperature. Temperature functions have been determined for the dimerization constants and from these functions standard changes in enthalpy, entropy, and heat capacity have been determined. Comparisons are made with dimerization studies in non-aqueous solvents. From these as well as the behavior of benzene in water it is concluded that a major factor driving the dimerization is hydrophobic interaction. To provide a limiting conductance of the triple ion needed in the dimerization calculations a conductance study was also made for o-Phenylbenzoic acid on the assumption that its anion provides an approximate model of the triple ion.     

邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法测定氨基酸类神经递质

以邻苯二甲醛柱前衍生,ODS(C_(18))柱分离,pH 6.0乙酸盐缓冲溶液与甲醇二元梯度洗脱,荧光检测,仅9min内分离测定了大鼠脑中5种氨基酸递质的含量。在1～10μmol·L~(-1)浓度范围内,氨基酸的峰面积与其浓度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.9978～0.9999之间。     

Self-assembled peptide tubelets with 7 A pores

Here we report the preparation and structural characteristics of self-assembling peptide tubelets composed of 32-membered rings formed of alternating alpha-amino acids and cis-3-aminocyclohexanecarboxylic acids. The tubelets possess a partial hydrophobic core environment, provided by the projection of the cyclohexane C2 methylene moiety into the lumen, and a Van der Waals pore diameter of about 7 A.     

SYNTHESIS OF THE NOVEL CHIRAL POLYMERS WITH MULTIDENTATE LIGAND AND RESOLUTION OF DL-AMINO ACIDS

A new way for synthesizing styrenic type of chiral resins grafting to multidentate ligand has been found. The synthetic scheme is proved to be practical by means of elemental anaysis, IR spectra and metal adsorbility. The resolving power of the new chiral ligand resins coordinated with copper (Ⅱ) as stationary phases has been discussed based on HPLC, and some points of view about the compositions of mobil phase and mechanism of resolution are presented.     

Reductive coupling of polyfunctionalized organobismuth and organolead arylating reagents in the synthesis of benzopyran derivatives

Benzopyran derivatives were synthesized in good yields by the reactions of tris[2-(chloromethyl)phenyl]bismuth diacetate and 2-(halomethyl)aryllead triacetates with phenols and naturally occurring 4-hydroxycoumarins in the presence of bases according to a three-step one-pot procedure. Comparison of chemical properties of food products processed by conventional and ohmic heating

The effect of ohmic and conventional heat processing of different food products on their chemical and physical parameters was studied. Depending on the food being analysed, parameters such as pH, total solids, ash, titratable acidity, ascorbic acid, total sugars, total fatty acids, total phenolic compounds, and anthocyanins content were determined before and after ohmic and conventional pasteurization techniques and the results were compared using one-way analysis of variance. In goat milk samples treated by ohmic technology the pH value (6.58) and total fatty acids content in milk fat (86.5 mass %) were comparable to those found in milk treated by conventional process, however, ohmically treated samples presented a lower content of lactic acid, 0.13 %. In cloudberry jam samples treated by ohmic technology the results of some of the main parameters tested, such as total sugar content 46.1 mass %, ascorbic acid content 2.83 mass %, and titratable acidity 6.01 mass % (as citric acid) did not show significant differences when compared with samples treated by conventional technology. AM1 studies of photoelectron spectra

Five ionization potentials for thesp,ac andsp, sp conformers of (acetylthiomethyl)trifluorosilane MeC(O)SCH₂SiE₃ and six ionization potentials for the same conformers of (benzoylthiomethyl)trifluorosilane PhC(O)CH₂SiF₃ were calculated by the semiempirical AM1 method. The resulting values are in good agreement with the data of photoelectron spectroscopy only for thesp.ac conformers. The structure of the preferred conformer of (acetylthiomethyl)trifluorosilane was confirmed by measurement of its dipole moment in the gas phase. The influence of the long-range inductive effect (field effect) on the energy of nonbonding electrons of the carbonyl oxygen atom in the series of acetic acid derivatives was observed.
