Large-scale SiC nanocables were synthesized on a Ni(NO3)2-catalyzed Si substrate by using a simple and cheap method based on thermal decomposition of methanol. Based on X-ray diffraction and high-magnification transmission electron microscopy, the as-grown nanocables consisted of crystalline SiC cores and amorphous SiO2 shells. The diameters of SiC cores were 5.7–10 nm and the thicknesses of SiO2 shells were 9–20 nm. Dividing of nanocables was observed and its origin was investigated. An asymmetric feature of SiC TO band with a shoulder at the high-frequency side was attributed to the contribution of SiC TO mode. The nanocables displayed strong violet–blue emission. A possible growth mechanism was proposed.  相似文献

In this paper, the disk-like and pumpkin-like hierarchical zeolite T aggregates consisted of primary nano-grains have been hydrothermally synthesized with and without the aid of the second template. The first template is used with tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAOH) and the second template is used with triethanolamine (TEA) or polyving akohol (PVA). A combination of characterization techniques, including XRD, SEM, TEM and N2 adsorption–desorption to examine the crystal crystallinity, morphology and surface properties of hierarchical zeolite T aggregates. In the single-template preparation process, the two-step varying-temperature treatment has been used to improve the meso-porosity of zeolite T aggregates. In the double-template preparation process, the amounts of PVA or TEA on the crystallinity, morphology and meso-porosity of zeolite T aggregates have been studied. It has been proved that the interstitial voids between the primary grains of aggregates are the origin of additional mesopores of samples. The micro- and meso-porosities of samples prepared with and without the second template have been contrasted in detail at last. In particular, the sample synthesized with the addition of PVA presents a hierarchical pore structure with the highest Sext value of 122 m2/g and Vmeso value of 0.255 cm3/g.  相似文献

We report the microstructure,application for lithium-ion batteries of mesoporous Co3O4 prepared by modified KIT-6 template method.The sample was characterized by XRD,TEM,HRTEM and nitrogen adsorption.Their electrochemical behaviors as electrode reactants for lithium ion batteries were evaluated by cyclic voltammograms and static charge-discharge.A direct comparison of electrochemical behaviors between mesoporous nanostructure and bulk reflects interesting "nanostructure effect",which is reasonably discussed in terms of how the 3D nanostructures of Co3O4 materials function in tuning their electrochemistry.The results demonstrate that further improvement of electrochemical performance in transition metal-oxide-based anode materials can be realized via the design of multiporous nanostructured materials.  相似文献

Undoped ZnO film and ZnO films, which are co-doped with F and In (FIZO) at different concentrations, were synthesized by sol–gel technique and the effects of co-doping of F and In on structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films were investigated. The concentration ratio of [F]/[Zn] was altered from 0.25 to 1.75 with 0.50 step at.% mole and [In]/[Zn] was altered from 0.25 to 1.00 with 0.25 step at.% mole. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the films have polycrystalline nature and the (0 0 2) preferred orientation is the stronger peak. No extra phases involving zinc, fluorine and indium compounds were observed even at high F and In content. The grain size of undoped ZnO and FIZO thin films varied between 15 and 20 nm with a small fluctuation. From the SEM images, although the undoped ZnO had a smooth and particle-shaped surface, FIZO films had nanofiber-networks shapes over the surface with average size of 500 nm. The surface morphologies and crystallite sizes for the F and In doped films were slightly different from than those of undoped film. From the optical study, a slight shrinkage of band gap was backwardly observed from 3.36 to 3.25 eV with the increasing of F and In content.  相似文献

We report the investigations of spin wave modes of arrays of Ni and Co nanorods using Brillouin light scattering. We have revealed the significant influence of spin wave modes along the nanorod axis in contrast to infinite magnetic nanowires. Unusual optical properties featuring an inverted Stokes/anti-Stokes asymmetry of the Brillouin scattering spectra have been observed. The spectrum of spin wave modes in the nanorod array has been calculated and compared with the experiment. Experimental observations are explained in terms of a combined numerical–analytical approach taking into account both the low aspect ratio of individual magnetic nanorods and dipolar magnetic coupling between the nanorods in the array. The optical studies of spin-wave modes in nanorod metamaterials with low aspect ratio nanorods have revealed new magnetic and magneto-optical properties compared to continuous magnetic films or infinite magnetic nanowires. Such magnetic artificial materials are important class of active metamaterials needed for prospective data storage and signal processing applications.  相似文献

The superparamagnetic 8-nm Fe3O4 nanoparticles were successfully prepared by chemical oxidation process. For the complex permittivity, the dual dielectric relaxation processes have been proved by two overlapped Cole–Cole semicircles, and the natural resonance frequency is 3.03 GHz for the complex permeability. The maximum reflection loss value reaches −55.5 dB at 6.11 GHz with 3.85 mm in the thickness of the absorbers for the superparamagnetic 8-nm Fe3O4 nanoparticles which is better than that of 150 nm and 30 nm Fe3O4 nanoparticles. It is believed that the superparamagnetic 8-nm Fe3O4 nanoparticles can be used as a kind of candidate for microwave absorber.  相似文献

Well-crystallized with excellent luminescent properties, Tb(BO2)3 nanorods were first suc-cessfully synthesized by a simple solid-state method with Ag as catalyst. The result of X-ray diffraction showed that the Tb(BO2)3 nanorods could be well-crystallized at 700 oC. As-prepared straight nanorods of Tb(BO2)3 had the typical diameters in the range of 100-200 nm, the thickness of 30-50 nm and the lengths up to 3 μm by transmission elec-tron microscopy and the corresponding selected area electron diffraction indicated that the nanorod calcined at 700 oC was single-crystalline. Based on the fact that Ag nanoparti-cles attached to the tips and middles of the Tb(BO2)3 nanorods, a growth model of the Tb(BO2)3 nanorods was proposed. Photoluminescence spectra under excitation at 369 nm showed that these Tb(BO2)3 phosphors had a green emission at 546 nm, which is ascribed to 5D47F5 transition. The effect of calcining temperature on the structures, morphologies, and luminescent properties of Tb(BO2)3 phosphors were studied.  相似文献

采用水热法低温(200 ℃)处理12 h直接制备ZnS∶Cu, Al纳米晶, 并探讨其光致(PL)和X射线激发(XEL)光谱特性及后续退火处理的影响. XRD和TEM分析表明, 水热法直接制备的ZnS∶Cu, Al粒径约为15 nm, 尺寸分布窄, 分散性好, 具有纯立方相的球形结构. 其PL和XEL光谱均为宽带谱, n(Cu)/n(Zn)=3×10-4和n(Cu)/n(Al)= 0.5时PL和XEL光谱强度最大, XEL峰值在470 nm处. 在此条件下, 水热处理3 h直接合成的纳米晶在氩气保护下于800 ℃退火1 h后样品的XEL发光进一步增强. XEL光谱强度约是退火前样品的8倍, 此时峰值波长在520 nm, 团聚形成径为200~500 nm的类球形六方相结构. 发光强度增强, 但粒径很小, 对提高成像系统分辨率非常有意义. 通过比较样品的XEL和PL光谱, 讨论了XEL和PL光谱的发光机理和激发机制及退火对其特性的影响.  相似文献
