通过KOH活化纸巾制备活性炭纤维, 比表面积高达1388 m2/g. 用制得的活性炭纤维作为吸附剂进行亚甲基蓝吸附实验研究,用Langmuir和Freundlich吸附模型分析实验数据,并研究pH值对活性炭纤维吸附亚甲基蓝影响. 活性炭纤维吸附速率更适于Pseudo-second-order动力学模型,相关系数高达0.998. 整个浓度变化区间Langmuir吸附等温线比Freundlich吸附等温线更适合实验数据. 所制备活性炭纤维对亚甲基蓝最大平衡吸附量为520 mg/g,实验发现,pH值越高活性炭纤维对亚甲基蓝吸附量越大.  相似文献

建立了分光光度法测定水样中痕量磷酸盐的浊点萃取分离富集新体系。在酸性条件下,以抗坏血酸、钼酸铵作为磷钼蓝比色法测定磷含量的显色剂,酒石酸锑钾作为催化剂,形成稳定的磷钼蓝后,通过80℃水浴加热10m in,磷钼蓝被萃取到T rition X-100表面活性剂相并与水相分离。将表面活性剂富集相用0.5mL乙醇分散稀释,应用紫外-可见分光光度计进行400—1000nm范围内的波长扫描。在最佳条件下,测定的线性范围为0.3—180ng/mL,方法的检出限为0.73ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%。该法用于实际水样的富集和测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

CdS/ZnS sandwich and core–shell nanocomposites were synthesized by a simple and modified Chemical Precipitation method under ambient conditions. The synthesized composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, EDAX and FTIR. Optical properties were analyzed by UV–vis. Spectroscopy and the photoluminescence study was done to monitor the recombination of photo-generated charge-carriers. Thermal stability of the synthesized composites was analyzed by Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA). XRD revealed the formation of nanocomposites as mixed diffraction peaks were observed in the XRD pattern. SEM and TEM showed the morphology of the nanocomposites particles and their fine particle size. EDAX revealed the appropriate molar ratios exhibited by the constituent elements in the composites and FTIR gave some characteristic peaks which indicated the formation of CdS/ZnS nanocomposites. Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy was done to study charge transfer properties along the nanocomposites. Photocatalytic properties of the synthesized composites were monitored by the photocatalytic kinetic study of Acid Blue dye and p-chlorophenol under visible light irradiation. Results revealed the formation of stable core–shell nanocomposites and their efficient photocatalytic properties.  相似文献

A technique is demonstrated to detect DNA hybridization based on surface layer of Au/porous silicon microcavity (Au/PSM) substrate for very small amount of biomolecules. Simulations show that the increase of effective refractive index for the first layer of PSM will cause a blue shift for its reflectance spectrum, and the blue shift becomes less with the increase of refractive index for one more layers. In experiments, such a blue shift of reflectance spectrum of PSM comes from the increase of refractive index by DNA hybridization on the surface. The detection limit of Au/PSM biosensor is 15.15 nM for 19-base pair DNA, which is comparable to that of reported biosensors based on porous silicon (PS). Therefore such an Au/PSM could be very useful to develop simple, rapid and sensitive optical biosensors when the amount of target is very small.  相似文献

Two new metal‐organic frameworks (MOF), [(CuCN)2 · (6‐mquin)2] ( 1 ) and [Me3SnCu(CN)2 · (quina)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) (6‐mquin = 6‐methyl quinolone, quina = quinaldic acid) were synthesized and characterized. Single crystals of MOF 1 were characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy, as well as X‐ray single crystal analysis. The structure of MOF 2 was studied by IR and NMR spectroscopy as well as computational studies. The structure of MOF 1 consists of 1D (CuCN)n chains, whereas the 6‐mquin ligands alternate on both sides of the chain. Hydrogen bonds play an essential role for the construction of the 3D network structure. On the other hand, the theoretical structural analysis of MOF 2 indicated that the Cu(CN)2 fragments represent the main building blocks of the structure, which are bridged by the Me3Sn+ cations to construct 1D infinite parallel zigzag chains. MOFs 1 and 2 were used as heterogeneous catalysts for the oxidative discoloration of methylene blue dye (MB) by H2O2.  相似文献

Abstract

Airborne urban particulate matter was collected and fractionated according to size by cascade impactors. The elements zinc, cadmium, copper and lead on each size fraction were analyzed by anodic stripping voltammetry. The elements aluminum, iron, manganese, calcium and magnesium were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The data showed three different classes of particle size distribution for these nine elements. Lead and cadmium belonged to the first class with more than 70 % of the total collected element associated with particles having aerodynamic diameters below 0.5 micron. The calculated average mass median equivalent diameter (MMD) of cadmium and lead was approx. 0.1 micron. In the second class about 60% of the elements Zn, Cu, Mg and Fe was associated with particles smaller than 0.5 micron. The average MMD's for these elements were between 0.3 and 0.4 micron. For the elements Al, Ca and Mn about 50% of the metal was associated with particles smaller than 0.5 micron and the MMD's were between 0.5 and 0.6 micron. Examination of elemental ratios (using Al as a reference element) showed that Pb and Cd were about 1000 times more concentrated in atmospheric particulate matter than in average crustal material and that in general the Pb/Al and Cd/Al ratios are inversely proportional to particle size. The Zn/Al and Cu/Al ratios of atmospheric partides were age or less independent of particle size and approx. 20 times higher than these same ratios in average crustal material. The ratios Fe/Al, Mn/AI, Ca/M and Mg/AI in all sizes of particulate matter were essentially identical to the same ratios in average crustal material.  相似文献

CuS-graphene oxide/TiO2 composites were prepared using a sol-gel method to improve the photocatalytic performance of the photocatalyst. The composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, and transmission electron microscopy. The photocatalytic activities were examined by the degradation of methylene blue (MB) under visible-light irradiation. The photodegradation of MB under visible-light irradiation reached 90.1% after 120 min. The kinetics of MB degradation was plotted alongside the values calculated from the Langmuir-Hinshelwood equation. The CuS-graphene oxide/TiO2 sample prepared using 0.2 mol of TiO2 showed the best photocatalytic activity. This was attributed to a cooperative reaction as a result of increased photoabsorption by graphene oxide and an increased photocatalytic effect by CuS.  相似文献

We are proposing for the first time the successful immobilization of DNA at glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) modified with carbon nanotubes (CNT) dispersed in glucose oxidase (GOx) (GCE/CNT‐GOx) either by direct adsorption or by layer‐by‐layer self‐assembling using polydiallyldimethylamine (PDDA). The presence of GOx allows an efficient dispersion of CNT and gives a most favorable environment that promotes the adsorption and makes possible a more sensitive electrooxidation of DNA. The PDDA incorporated in the self‐assembled architecture largely facilitates the adsorption and electrooxidation of dsDNA and the adsorbed layer can be successfully used for evaluating the interaction of DNA with methylene blue.  相似文献

通过溶剂热和溶胶-凝胶涂层法, 设计并制备了具有分级多孔结构和光催化性质的核-壳纳米球(HP-Fe2O3@TiO2). 透射电子显微镜(TEM)照片证明所得HP-Fe2O3@TiO2样品具备分级多孔结构, 这是因为HP-Fe2O3@TiO2的内核-Fe2O3具有大孔空隙, 同时外壳-TiO2具有介孔空隙. 此外, 通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及氮气吸附-脱附曲线深入研究了HP-Fe2O3@TiO2的结构及其性质. 分别在可见及紫外光照下, 研究了样品在H2O2体系下的光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的性质. 所观察到的HP-Fe2O3@TiO2纳米球的光催化性能, 可归因于核-壳结构的协同作用, 这进一步表明, TiO2外壳对α-Fe2O3的光催化活性有重要影响作用. 在可见光照射下, HP-Fe2O3@TiO2 (1 mL Ti(OC4H9)4 (TBT))具有较优异的光催化活性. 同时, HP-Fe2O3@TiO2 (4mL TBT)具备优异的单分散形貌, 并在紫外光照射下, 表现出最优的光催化活性.  相似文献

Flavins play a key role as redox cofactors of enzymes involved in important metabolic processes. Moreover, they undergo photochemical reactions as chromophores in sensors of blue light or magnetic field in many organisms. The reaction mechanisms of flavoproteins have been investigated by infrared spectroscopy and theoretical studies. However, basic information on flavins in the infrared spectral range has been missing, such as absorption spectra in water and absorption coefficients. Here, the cofactors flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) and flavin mononucleotide (FMN) were investigated in aqueous medium by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Transmission and attenuated total reflection (ATR) configuration were employed in direct comparison. Absorption spectra in the range of 920–1800 cm−1 were determined after accurate subtraction of the contributions from the water vibrations. The important carbonyl vibrations were resolved at 1661 and 1712 cm−1. The absorption spectra may serve as a reference for theoretical and experimental studies on the effect of the microenvironment on the flavin cofactor. Furthermore, the molar absorption coefficient of FAD at 1547 cm−1 was determined to 2200 L mol−1 cm−1 with an integral absorption coefficient of ∼50,000 L mol−1 cm−2. These values are prerequisite for the determination of reaction yields in flavoproteins from reaction-induced difference spectra.  相似文献
