提出了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定辐照鱼油中2-烷基环丁酮(2-十二烷基环丁酮和2-十四烷基环丁酮)含量的方法。0.300g辐照鱼油样品用正己烷溶解,ProElut Silica固相萃取柱净化。在气相色谱分离中用HP-5MS色谱柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式。2种2-烷基环丁酮的质量浓度均在0.01~1.0mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的测定下限(10S/N)为10μg·kg-1。加标回收率在91.2%~96.0%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.7%~5.9%之间。  相似文献

Two problems will be studied in this contribution. First, we analyse some phenomena which take place in a laminated solid and are caused by a fluctuation of time-dependent boundary tractions. Second, we investigate the transient effect of initial displacement fluctuations on the behaviour of a laminate. The fracturing of glass and tearing of rubber both involve the separation of material but their crack growth behavior can be quite different, particularly with reference to the distance of separation of the adjacent planes of material and the speed at which they separate. Relatively speaking, the former and the latter are recognized, respectively, to be fast and slow under normal conditions. Moreover, the crack tip radius of curvature in glass can be very sharp while that in the rubber can be very blunt. These changes in the geometric features of the crack or defect, however, have not been incorporated into the modeling of running cracks because the mathematical treatment makes use of the Galilean transformation where the crack opening distance or the change in the radius of curvature of the crack does not enter into the solution. Change in crack speed is accounted for only via the modulus of elasticity and mass density. For this simple reason, many of the dynamic features of the running crack have remained unexplained although speculations are not lacking. To begin with, the process of energy dissipation due to separation is affected by the microstructure of the material that distinguishes polycrystalline from amorphous form. Energy extracted from macroscopic reaches of a solid will travel to the atomic or smaller regions at different speeds at a given instance. It is not clear how many of the succeeding size scales should be included within a given time interval for an accurate prediction of the macroscopic dynamic crack characteristics. The minimum requirement would therefore necessitate the simultaneous treatment of two scales at the same time. This means that the analysis should capture the change in the macroscopic and microscopic features of a defect as it propagates. The discussion for a dual scale model has been invoked only very recently for a stationary crack. The objective of this work is to extend this effort to a crack running at constant speed beyond that of Rayleigh wave. Developed is a dual scale moving crack model containing microscopic damage ahead of a macroscopic crack with a gradual transition. This transitory region is referred to as the mesoscopic zone where the tractions prevail on the damaged portion of the material ahead of the original crack known as the restraining stresses, the magnitude of which depends on the geometry, material and loading. This damaged or restraining zone is not assumed arbitrarily nor assumed to be intrinsically a constant in the cohesive stress approach; it is determined for each step of crack advancement. For the range of micronotch bluntness with 0 < β < 30° and 0.2 σ/σ0 0.5, there prevails a nearly constant restraining zone size as the crack approaches the shear wave speed. Note that β is the half micronotch angle and the applied stress ratio is σ/σ0 with σ0 being the maximum of the restraining stress. For σ/σ0 equal to or less than 0.5, the macrocrack opening displacement COD is nearly constant and starts to decrease more quickly as the crack approaches the shear wave speed. For the present dual scale model where the normalized crack speed v/cs increases with decreasing with the one-half microcrack tip angle β. There prevails a limit of crack tip bluntness that corresponds to β 36° and v/cs 0.15. That is a crack cannot be maintained at a constant speed if the bluntness is increased beyond this limiting value. Such a feature is manifestation of the dependency of the restraining stress on crack velocity and the applied stress or the energy pumped into the system to maintain the crack at a constant velocity. More specifically, the transitory character from macro to micro is being determined as part of the unknown solution. Using the energy density function dW/dV as the indicator, plots are made in terms of the macrodistance ahead of the original crack while the microdefect bluntness can vary depending on the tip geometry. Such a generality has not been considered previously. The macro-dW/dV behavior with distance remains as the inverse r relation yielding a perfect hyperbola for the homogeneous material. This behavior is the same as the stationary crack. The micro-dW/dV relations are expressed in terms of a single undetermined parameter. Its evaluation is beyond the scope of this investigation although the qualitative behavior is expected to be similar to that for the stationary crack. To reiterate, what has been achieved as an objective is a model that accounts for the thickness of a running crack since the surface of separation representing damage at the macroscopic and microscopic scale is different. The transitory behavior from micro to macro is described by the state of affairs in the mesoscopic zone.  相似文献

Environmental assessment is increasingly important in preventing various types of pollutions. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been long used as an operational performance measure, but we have insufficiently explored the use of DEA for environmental assessment. This study explores a new use of DEA for the environmental assessment in which outputs are classified into desirable (good) and undesirable (bad) outputs. Such an output separation is important in the DEA-based environmental assessment. This study extends the use of DEA to the measurement of both Returns to Scale (RTS) for desirable outputs and Damages to Scale (DTS) for undesirable outputs. A Range-Adjusted Measure (RAM) is used as a DEA model for this study because the non-radial model can easily combine the two types of outputs in a unified treatment. All the mathematical features regarding the RAM-based RTS/DTS measurement are first discussed from the operational and environmental performance in a separate treatment. Then, this study combines the two performance measures as a unified measure. The RAM-based RTS/DTS is mathematically explored from the unified measure for operational and environmental performance.  相似文献

Scale effects on the strength of coal are studied using a discrete element model. The key point of the model is its capability to discriminate between the “strictly sample size” effect and the “Discrete Fracture Network (DFN) density” effect on the mechanical response. Simulations of true triaxial compression tests are carried out to identify their respective roles. The possible bias due to the discretization size distribution of the discrete element model is investigated in detail by considering low-resolution configurations. The model is shown to be capable of quantitatively reproducing the dependency of the maximum strength on the size of the sample. This relationship mainly relies on the DFN density. For all given sizes, as long as the DFN density remains constant with a uniform distribution or if discontinuities are absent in the considered medium, the maximum strength of the material remains constant.  相似文献

The energy release rate criterion, being mono scale by definition, is incompatible with the failure behavior of solids that are inherently dual, if not, multiscale. Time span of reliability is scale sensitive and can be addressed with consistency only by use of transitional functions that are designed to transform a function from one scale to another. A pseudo transitional energy release rate G is defined to address the cross-scaling properties of energy release rate. The reliability of such a function is found to fall quickly when the scale range deviates from that of micro-macro. In general, the time span of reliability based on G* shortens considerably within the nano-micro and pico-nano scale ranges, resulting in fast turnover of system usability. Prediction accuracy tends to be scale range specific. Stress or strain based criteria are also mono scale. They may be adequate for some situations at the macroscopic scale, but can be ambiguous for multiscale problems. These situations are analyzed by application of the principle of least variance in conjunction with the R-integrals.Accelerated test data for the equivalent of 20 years’ fatigue crack growth in 2024-T3 aluminum panels were analyzed using the mutliscale reliability model. A time span plateau within the micro-macro range is from 8 to 17 years. This corresponds to the reliable portion of prediction, while the terminal 3 years are regarded as unreliable. A similar time span plateau were also found from 4 to 6 years within the nano-micro scale range. And an even smaller plateau hovering around 1.2 years were found for the pico-nano scale range. Time span of reliable prediction narrows with down sized scale range. The overlapping ends of the scale ranges are rendered unreliable as anticipated. These regions can be suppressed by the addition of meso scale ranges. Reference can be made to past discussions related to multiscaling and mesomechanics.  相似文献

采用二种消化方法并用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光光谱法测定了鱼肉和鱼肝中铅、镉、汞、砷的含量。改进了国标每种元素需要一种方法测定的不足。结果表明在污染的河水中鱼肉的重金属元素含量比河水中的高,在同一条鱼中鱼肝中的重金属元素含量比鱼肉中的高。测定值与国标测定值以及标准物质推荐值一致。该方法快速、简便、准确。  相似文献

A flow injection analysis (FIA) system for determination of formaldehyde in frozen fish products is described. The system provides a rapid and selective determination of formaldehyde in aqueous fish extracts by the combination of a deproteinization procedure and a stopped-flow enzymatic approach in a FIA system. The FIA system is furnished with a gel-filtration chromatography column for on-line removal of the proteins from the extract before the enzymatic analysis is performed. Compared with the standard methods for determination of formaldehyde in fish products the present method is much faster and less affected by interferences. The limit of detection for the proposed method is 2.5 mg/l of formaldehyde. The sampling frequency is about 10 determinations per hour.  相似文献

A new perspective of scale-invariant pattern recognition is proposed in this paper. Instead of computing a filter from one of many orthogonal components of the reference object, the scaling factor is estimated from the Fourier spectrums of reference and test images and utilized in rescaling of the spectrum. The test image is correlated with the reference image after rescaling its Fourier spectrum with classical matched filtering. Computer simulation results are presented for a reference object at several scaling versions as well as some non-target objects.  相似文献
