Determination of Silver in Human Hair by Ionic Liquid‐based Cold‐induced Aggregation Microextraction as a Solvent Extraction Method 下载免费PDF全文
We report on the determination of silver ion in human hair sample using ionic liquid cold‐induced aggregation combined with spectrophotometric detection. Parameters governing the extraction efficiency (such as concentration of ligand, volume of ionic liquid, pH, temperature, extraction time) were optimized and resulted in enrichment factor of 44.4 for silver ion. The calibration curve was linear with correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.999, in the concentration range from 1.0 to 20 ng mL?1. The relative standard deviation is 2.3% (for n = 10), the limit of detection is 0.262 ng mL?1, and relative recoveries in real samples were more than 93%. 相似文献

目的:运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定中草药翼梗五味子藤中的 Fe、 Zn、 Mg、 Ca、 Cu 5种微量元素的含量。方法用浓 HNO3-HClO4消解样品,采用标准曲线法测定其5种金属元素含量。结果所测的样品中含有丰富的人体必需微量元素, Ca 含量尤其丰富,高达15827μg/g。方法回收率在99.7%~105.0%之间,样品相对偏差小于5%。结论该法快速简便、重复性好、准确度好,适用于同类生物样品中微量元素的测定,结果令人满意。 相似文献

The chemical speciation of manganese of environmental and toxicological interest was undertaken in coal fly ash and soil. Hard coal used in combustion creates considerable quantities of waste ash. The greatest quantities of industrial ashes are stored in the form of waste-heaps, which create a serious problem as the source of inorganic pollution. It is necessary to identify physical and chemical properties of ash, especially when analyzing the pollution of soil by trace metals, which are potentially mobile in environment. In this work, a new analytical method has been developed and used successfully for identification and determination of chemical forms of manganese in coal fly ash and soil. The basic chemical forms of metals contained in the environmental samples (fly ash and soil) can be described by using sequential extraction method. To identify Mn ions, the UV-VIS spectrophotometric method was used by means of comparative analysis of spectrophotometric spectra of appropriate Mn ions in the standard solutions and solutions obtained after extraction. The concentration of manganese in all solutions was determined by the Flame Atomic Absorption method. The experimental approach and analytical method developed in this study appear adequate for this purpose and can therefore be used for similar research. 相似文献

Based on the advantage of high surface area and strong adsorption ability of potassium hexatitanate whisker, a method to determine trace Pb(Ⅱ) content by combining solid phase extraction with Flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was established.The adsorptive behavior of potassium hexatitanate whisker to Pb(Ⅱ), primary influencing factors of adsorption and elation and effect of coexistence ions were investigated systemically.The optimal analytical conditions were discussed and examined.It was found that the adsorption rate of potassium hexatitanate whisker to Pb(Ⅱ) was 100% at pH 4.0.Pb(Ⅱ) could be elated from potassium tetratitanate whisker with HCI (2mol/L) under boiling water for 30min.The detection limit was 5.75ng/mL, and relative standard deviation was 1.66% (n=9, CPb=2.0μg/mL). 相似文献

采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定10种中成药物中Na,CR,Ni,Mn和Mg五种金属元素的含量。结果显示,药物中金属元素含量丰富,但含量具有一定差异。其中含Na元素最多的是脑塞通;Mg元素含量最高的是中风回春片;Mn元素含量最高的是强力天麻杜仲丸;而消栓通络胶囊中Cr,Ni含量较高。测定结果为探讨中药微量元素与治疗脑血管疾病的关系提供了有用的数据。 相似文献

Abstract A Plackett-Burman design was carried out in order to find the significant experimental parameters affecting Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb, and Zn extraction by microwave energy in paper samples. Eight variables were studied and optimized by means of a factorial design. The design showed that HCl and HNO3 concentrations were the significant parameters in the microwave extraction procedure. The trace elements were determined by FAAS and ETAAS under optimum conditions. The levels of metals present in commercial samples, representing different types of paper and board and manufacturers are lower than those provided by the legislation. 相似文献

New materials have significant impact on the development of new methods and instrumentation for chemical analysis. From the discovery of carbon nanotubes in 1991, single and multi-walled carbon nanotubes – due to their high adsorption and desorption capacities – have been employed as sorption substrates in solid-phase extraction for the preconcentration of metal species from diverse matrices. Looking for successive improvements in sensitivity and selectivity, in the past few years, carbon nanotubes have been utilized as sorbents for solid phase extraction in three different ways: like as-grown, oxidized and functionalized nanotubes. In the present paper, an overview of the recent trends in the use of carbon nanotubes for solid phase extraction of metal species in environmental, biological and food samples is presented. The determination procedures involved the adsorption of metals on the nanotube surface, their quantitative desorption and subsequent measurement by means of atomic spectrometric techniques such as flame atomic absorption spectrometry, electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry or inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry/mass spectrometry, among others. Synthesis, purification and types of carbon nanotubes, as well as the diverse chemical and physical strategies for their functionalization are described. Based on 140 references, the performance and general properties of the applications of solid phase extraction based on carbon nanotubes for metal species atomic spectrometric determination are discussed. 相似文献

AbstractThe goal of this study was to determine the content of 12 metals in 23 samples of teeth from two cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (B&H): Sarajevo, a capital city with heavy traffic, industrial facilities, and long periods of smog during winter and Bihac, a picturesque small city, with no industrialization, settled among vivid national park and rivers. The teeth were separated into enamel and dentin. Dissolution of samples was performed in concentrated HNO3 with the addition of H2O2 followed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS) analysis. The results showed expected high contents of Ca, Na, Mg, and K, while elevated contents of Cu, Fe, and Zn were present in some samples. K and Na showed uniform distributions throughout enamel and dentin. Alkaline and earth-alkaline metals showed significant positive correlations. Zinc and manganese exhibited differences in the dentin content based on the place of residence. Zinc also displayed statistically significant differences between smokers’ and nonsmokers’ dentin samples. The differences were more pronounced between intra groups (within one sample) than for inter groups (within different groups, such as location, gender, and smoking). 相似文献
