5-氨基-1,3-二氢-1,3-二氧-异吲哚-2-丙酸类衍生物的合成及抗血管生成活性研究

根据RGD序列肽的构效关系, 设计并合成了一系列以5-氨基-1,3-二氢-1,3-二氧-异吲哚-2-丙酸为分子骨架的新化合物. 其中间体和目标物的化学结构经¹H NMR, MS和元素分析确证. 体外初步生物活性筛选结果表明, 目标物在10^－5 mol/L浓度下对bFGF诱导的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜新生血管生成有显著抑制活性.     

SO42-/Zr-ZSM-5 超强酸催化剂的制备和表征

以硅溶胶和氧氯化锆为硅源和锆源，采用水热合成的方法制得具有ZSM-5结构的Zr-Si分子筛；用0.5mol/L的硫酸处理该分子筛，并在550℃焙烧，制得具有ZSM-5结构的SO4^2-/ZrO2-SiO2分子筛型的固体超强酸。采用XRD、SEM、TG、IR、NH3-PHD和指示剂法对其结构和酸性进行表征。结果表明，该SO4^2-/ZrO2-SiO2具有ZSM-5结构和超强酸性，其酸强度大于-13.75，且具有良好的热稳定性。     

Determination of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate in pig feed by capillary zone electrophoresis

A capillary zone clectrophoresis method was developed for the determination of IMP and GIMP, commonly used as flavor enhancers in poultry feed, in a real sample of complex composition. A baseline separation of inosine 5′-monophosphate and guanosine 5′-monophosphate was achieved within 10 min and the other components in the sample did not interfere with the separation. Quantitative results obtained from pig feed samples are presented. The separation conditions and experimental reproducibility are also discussed.     

3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酰甲壳素的制备与表征

在甲磺酸体系中，将具有较好紫外吸收性能的3，4，5—三甲氧基苯甲酸分子键接到甲壳素的分子链上，制得了3，4，5—三甲氧基苯甲酰甲壳素。采用红外光谱、^1H-NMR、广角X—射线衍射、紫外光谱等表征方法对改性产物进行了结构表征。通过对改性产物的紫外光谱表征发现产物具有一定的吸收紫外线能力。产物在有机溶剂中有一定的溶解性能。     

Improvement of basic performances of a nickel-metal hydride battery

To develop a sealed-type nickel-metal hydride battery for use in portable equipment or in electric vehicles, investigations were conducted on negative electrodes using AB₅-type hydrogen storage alloy and positive electrodes. For the cycle life performance of the battery, alkaline treatment of the alloy and the substitution of more than 50% to the alloy with Co were effective. For the positive electrode, zinc as a solid solution in the nickel positive electrode obviously prevented γ-NiOOH from being formed in the charging process of β-Ni(OH)₂ and suppressed the migration of the electrolyte solution in the separator to the active material of the positive electrode. Also, hydrophobic treatment of the surface of the alloy was effective to prevent the elevation of the battery internal pressure of the battery in high rate charge.     

反相高效液相色谱法半制备分离[T(4-MOP)PS4]卟啉的研究

本文研究了新水溶性５，１０，１５，２０－四（４－甲氧基－３－磺酸苯基）卟啉［Ｔ（４－ＭＯＰ）ＰＳ４］的反相高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）分离条件。采用ＳｈｉｍｐａｃｋＰＲＥＰ－ＯＤＳ半制备色谱柱，用含有１０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ四乙基碘化铵的乙腈－水（体积比２５：７５）为流动相，流速１８ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，于４１８ｎｍ波长下检测。［Ｔ（４－ＭＯＰ）ＰＳ４］与合成中生成的杂质组分完全分离。经此制备的卟啉纯度高，已成功地应用于自来水样中微量钴、锌、铜离子的ＨＰＬＣ测定中。     

轻稀土B-15-C-5联吡啶三元配合物

合成了稀土(Ln=La—Eu)硝酸盐与苯并-15-冠-5和2,2’-联吡啶的三元配合物,并培养出La-配合物的单晶,测定了的分子结构和晶体结构。经元素分析确定其化学组成为Ln(NO_3)_3·bipy·2H_2O·B-15-C-5。晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P2_1/n。晶胞参数:a=11.951(6),b=18.181(7),c=14.754(5);β=96.19(3)°;V=3187.0,Z=4,D_c=1.637g/cm~3。最后偏离因子R=0.035。     

乙醇-盐-水-5-Br-PADAP体系萃取分离测定钯

研究了在硫酸铵存在下 ,5 Br PADAP乙醇体系中Pd(Ⅱ )、Rh(Ⅲ )、Pt(Ⅳ )的萃取行为及乙醇溶液的分相条件 ,讨论了影响萃取率的各种因素 ,试验表明 ,室温下 ,一定 pH范围内 ,该体系中的Pd(Ⅱ )几乎可完全被乙醇相萃取 ,而Rh(Ⅲ )、Pt(Ⅳ )不被萃取或萃取率很低 ,从而可实现Pd(Ⅱ )、Rh(Ⅲ )、Pt(Ⅳ )混合离子的定量分离 ,同时建立了Pd(Ⅱ )的测定方法。乙醇相中Pd(Ⅱ ) 5 Br PADAP配合物表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.18× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,钯量在 0～ 9.6 0 μg/10ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,检出限为 0 .0 90 μg/10ml。用该法分离混合样和测定两种活性碳钯催化剂中钯 ,结果满意     

Solid state reactions of nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds(Ⅰ)——Solid state reactions of 3-methyl-l-phenyl-5-pyrazolone with carbonyl compounds

The solid state reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) with aromatic aldehydes and ke-tones benzil derivatives and imides,and the solid state Michael addition reaction of MPP with 4-arylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrnzolone 2 were investigated.Some new solid state reactions between the reactants were found,from which a series of new compounds were obtained The structures of the products were identified by IR,1H NMR,MS,elemental analyses and also by X-ray crystal analysis,and the reaction mechanism of MPP with aromatic aldehydes and ketones was proposed     

中孔MCM—41分子筛在微孔沸石ZSM—5上附晶生长的研究

首次在微孔沸石ＺＳＭ５表面进行了ＭＣＭ４１分子筛的附晶生长，并首次提出中孔材料ＭＣＭ４１分子筛静电组配理论的新形式（ＸＳ＋Ｉ）；同时利用ＸＲＤ、ＴＥＭ、ＢＥＴ等测试手段表征了合成样品，并讨论了微孔沸石表面附晶生长中孔分子筛ＭＣＭ４１的合成化学，考察了Ｆ离子效应、ｐＨ值及表面活性剂ＣＴＡＢ（十六烷基三甲基溴化铵）的影响。
