A number of new functionalised bridged indolocarbazole systems have been prepared by ring-opening reactions of a key cyclic sulfate intermediate, prepared from the corresponding diol by the action of sulfuryl diimidazole and DBU. In this paper, we suggest and analyze several iterative methods for solving general mixed quasivariational inequalities by using the technique of updating the solution and the auxiliary principle. It is shown that the convergence of these methods requires either the pseudomonotonicity or the partially relaxed strong monotonicity of the operator. Proofs of convergence is very simple. Our new methods differ from the existing methods for solving various classes of variational inequalities and related optimization problems. Various special cases are also discussed. 相似文献

A new type of phosphino-phosphonium ylide ligand bearing a chiral sulfinyl center affords a P,C-chelated palladium(II) complex with a resolved asymmetric ylidic carbon atom. According to 31P NMR analysis of the crude material, the diastereoselectivity of the complexation at room temperature is ca. 7:1. In the crystal state, an X-ray diffraction analysis of one epimer reveals a quasi C2-symmetric chloro-bridged dinuclear structure, where the (S) configuration of the sulfur atom induces a (S) configuration of the ylidic carbon atom. New partially fluorinated binaphthols were obtained using a copper-catalyzed oxidative coupling. The corresponding enantiomerically pure compounds were prepared by fractional crystallization of the corresponding bis(menthyl)carbamates. Nucleophilic aromatic substitution using oxygen- and carbon-based nucleophiles resulted in functionalized derivatives without concomitant racemization. 通过考察缓冲液种类、浓度及其pH值对对映体在手性柱上的保留和分离行为的影响,以及流动相中加入不同种类、不同浓度的不带电荷的有机溶剂乙腈、甲醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、流动相流速和柱温对对映体分离能力的影响,优化了含碳手性中心的碱性药物苯丙哌林、酸性化合物MT-A5及MT-酸和含硫手性中心的质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑、泮托拉唑、雷贝拉唑对映体分离条件,最佳手性分离条件为:苯丙哌林,0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢铵缓冲液(pH 3.0)-乙腈(95∶5,V/V)为流动相,流速为0.7 mL/m in,柱温为20℃;MT-A5及MT-酸,流动相为0.01 mol/L醋酸铵缓冲液(pH 5.0)-乙腈(74∶26,V/V),流速为0.9 mL/m in,柱温为20℃;泮托拉唑,流动相为10 mmol/L醋酸铵缓冲液(pH 5.5)-乙腈(93∶7,V/V),流速为0.9 mL/m in;柱温为20℃;奥美拉唑和雷贝拉唑,流动相为0.01 mol/L醋酸铵缓冲液(pH 3.0)-乙腈(95∶5,V/V),流速为0.7 mL/m in,柱温为20℃。实现了应用高效液相色谱法在α1-酸糖蛋白手性柱上对上述化合物的对映体分离,并成功用于手性药物合成中的对映体过量百分率的测定。 相似文献

通过2,5-二溴苯乙烯与对甲酰基苯硼酸的Suzuki偶联反应得到2,5-二(4′-甲酰基苯基)苯乙烯.在催化剂量的冰乙酸存在下,与光学纯的(S)-(-)-α-甲基苄胺或(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺发生缩和反应,得到了一对手性非外消旋单体,(+)-2,5-二{4-′[(N-(S)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯和(-)-2,5-二{4′-[(N-(R)-α-甲基苄亚胺基)次甲基]苯基}苯乙烯.以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)或过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,经自由基溶液聚合得到光学活性聚合物.比旋光度、紫外-可见吸收光谱以及圆二色光谱研究表明,聚合物主链可能形成了某一方向占优的稳定螺旋构象,且该螺旋构象的旋光方向与单体的旋光方向相反.聚合条件对聚合物的光学活性有很大影响,在极性较大的芳香族溶剂和较高温度下得到的聚合物具有和单体相差更大的比旋光度.侧基的手性基团脱除后,聚合物仍具有一定的旋光性,说明聚合过程中形成的螺旋手性具有一定的记忆效应. 相似文献

The study of possible chiral recognition of a series of peptide models (For-Gly-NH2, For-Ala-NH2 and four of their fluoro substituted derivatives) has been carried out by means of DFT calculations. Homo (L,L) and heterochiral (L,D) dimers formed by hydrogen bond (HB) complexation have been considered. Initially, the conformational preferences of the monomers have been calculated and used to generate all the possible homo and heterochiral dimers. The energetic results show that in most cases, the β monomers are the most stable while in the dimers, the γ–γ complexes show the strongest interaction energies. In three of the four chiral cases studied, a heterochiral dimer is the most stable one. In addition, the electron density and nuclear shielding of the complexes have been studied. 相似文献
