Fluorescence enhancement effect and the interaction between donor and acceptor

A new theoretical equation for fluorescence enhancement effect between donor and acceptor has been introduced.By using it we determined the binding constants and numbers of binding sites of five medicines,including chlorogenic acid,forsythiaside norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and fluorenone,to γ-globulin.

Two New Dibenzofurans from the Underground Parts of Ligularia intermedia

Two new dibenzofurans,7,8-dimethoxy-4-methyldibenzofuran-1-carboxaldehyde, named ligumedial (1) and 7,8-dimethoxy-4-methyldibenzofuran-1-carboxylic acid, named ligumediaoic acid (2), have been isolated from the underground parts of Ligularia intermedia. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.

蒙药饭石膏的红外光谱分析及药用再研讨

利用红外光谱法分析了蒙药饭石膏的成分，结果表明，该类矿物药除主要成分水菱镁矿外，还含有其他的碳酸盐类矿物，并发现有绿泥石的存在，该结果为重新认识饭石膏药理作用及其临床应用提供了依据。     

An algebraic approach to approximate evaluation of a polynomial on a set of real points

The previous best algorithm for approximate evaluation of a polynomial on a real set was due to Rokhlin and required of the order ofmu+nu ³ infinite precision arithmetic operations to approximate [on a fixed bounded setX(m) ofm+1 real points] a degreen polynomial within the error bound . We develop an approximation algorithm which exploits algebraic computational techniques and decreases Rokhlin's record estimate toO(mlog² u+nmin-u, logn}). For logu=o(logn), this result may also be favorably compared with the record boundO(m+n)log² n) on the complexity of the exact multipoint polynomial evaluation. The new algorithm can be performed in the fields (or rings) generated by the input values, which enables us to decrease the precision of the computations [by using modular (residue) arithmetic] and to simplify our computations further in the case whereu=O(logn). Our algorithm allows NC and simultaneously processor efficient parallel implementation. Because of the fundamental nature of the multipoint polynomial evaluation, our results have further applications to numerical and algebraic computational problems. In passing, we also show a substantial improvement in the Chinese remainder algorithm for integers based on incorporating Kaminski's fast residue computation.     

Theory of GC2 — an unusual approach

In contrast to traditional theoretical approaches by calculation of (nonexistent) theoretical plates, a unified theory of gas chromatography as given by a definition of the resolution analogue to methods in signal processing or spectroscopy using the well-known Kovacz indices as fundamental scale. A derivation of the thusly defined resolution from basic physical principles yields very practical formulae for peak width, maximum load, substance flow in peak maximum, concentration of substance in the carrier gas and other interesting parameters in dependence of capillary diameter, capillary length, film thickness, carrier gas speed, viscosities etc. Diagrams show favourite conditions for detectors responding on absolute substance flow (e.g. FID) or on concentrations.

蒙药伊赫－汤－25中金属元素的原子光谱分析

用原子发射光谱法定性测定了蒙药伊赫－汤－２５中含有的金属元素，并用火焰原子吸收光谱法定量测定了该药中九种金属元素的含量。为将来进一步探讨该药中金属元素（特别是微量元素）与其药效的关系以及准确检验此种药物提供了实验数据。     

中西医结合治疗小儿缺铁性贫血

以富血素糖片口服为主、中西医结合治疗８０例缺铁性贫血患儿，取得显著疗效。
