Synthesis and reactions of 2-deoxy-β-D-ribofuranosyl derivatives of 3-aryl-4H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-imines

Summary 3-Aryl-7-(2-deoxy--D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-3,7-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyrimidin-4-imines (4) as well as 4-arylamino-7-(2-deoxy--D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-2-methyl-5-phenyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidines (7) have been synthesized by glycosylation of the sodium salt of the corresponding nucleobases with 2-deoxy-3,5-di-O-p-toluyl--D-erythro-pentofuranosyl chloride (2) followed by subsequent deprotection with sodium methoxide in methanol. The deprotected nucleoside4 undergoes aDimroth rearrangement on reflux for 24 h in water to furnish the 4-arylamino nucleoside7.

Synthese und Reaktionen von 2-Deoxy--D-ribofuranosylderivaten von 3-Aryl-4H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-iminen

Zusammenfassung 3-Aryl-7-(2-deoxy--D-erythro-pentafuranosyl)-3,7-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]-pyrimidin-4-imine (4) und 4-Arylamino-7-(2-deoxy--D-erythro-pentofuranosyl)-2-methyl-5-phenyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3,-d]pyrimidine (7) wurden durch Glycosylierung der Natriumsalze der entsprechenden Nucleosidbasen mit 2-Deoxy-3,5-di-O-p-toluyl--D-erythro-pentofuranosylchlorid (2) und anschließende Entfernung der Schutzgruppe mit Natriummethoxid in Methanol hergestellt. Das entschützte Nucleosid4 ergibt bei 24-stündigem Erhitzen in Wasser unter Rückfluß über eineDimroth-Umlagerung das 4-Aminonucleosid7.

     

Reaktionen von Tetraphosphortrichalkogeniden mit Alkyliodiden

Reactions of Tetraphosphorus Trichalcogenides with Alkyl Iodides Reactions of alkyl iodides RI (R = CHI₂, CH₂I or tert-Butyl) with P₄E₃ (E = S or Se) under the influence of light resulted in cleavage of the basal P₃ ring. β-P₄E₃(I)R was formed initially, then it rearranged to the more stable α-P₄E₃(I)R structure. ³¹P NMR data of these products were measured and discussed, along with ⁷⁷Se data for α- and β-P₄⁷⁷SeSe₂(I)CHI₂. On reaction of P₄S₃ with tert-butyl iodide in CS₂ or with sec-butyl iodide or iso-propyl iodide in dioxane, the new type of compounds P₅S₂R was observed. In this a sulfur bridge of P₄S₃ is replaced by a P? R group. ³¹P-NMR data for these compounds are reported.     

Spectroscopic and thermodynamic studies on solvatochromic nickel(II) complexes

Summary The solvatochromic and thermochromic behaviour of a series of mixed Ni(II) complexes with unsubstituted and substituted -diketones and diamines in the solvents 1,2-dichloroethane (DCE), acetonitrile (An), acetone (AC),n-butanol (n-BuOH), formamide (FA), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) and pyridine (PY) has been studied and characterized on the basis of electronic spectra. Spectrophotometric methods have been used to evaluate equilibrium constants and their enthalpic and entropic terms for the formation of Ni(-dik)(diam)L ⁺ and Ni(-dik)(diam)L ₂ ⁺ . Increasing donor strength of the donor-solvents (L) and (or) increasing electronwithdrawing parameters of the substituents at the -diketone and the diamine ligands lead to increasing formation constants, paralleled by relative increase in the stability of the five-coordinated species Ni(-dik)(diam)L ⁺. Repleteness and regular lattice measures

Let X be an abstract set and L a lattice of subsets of X. To each lattice regular measure µ, we associate two induced measures and on suitable lattices of the Wallman space IR(L) and another measure µ on the spaceIR(L). We will investigate the reflection of smoothness properties of p onto , and µ; and try to set some new criterion for repleteness and measure repleteness.     

Super spline spaces of smoothnessr and degreed≥3r+2

The problem of computing the dimension of spaces of splines whose elements are piecewise polynomials of degreed withr continuous derivatives globally has attracted a great deal of attention recently. We contribute to this theory by obtaining dimension formulae for certain spaces of super splines, including the case where varying amounts of additional smoothness is enforced at each vertex. We also explicitly construct minimally supported bases for the spaces. The main tool is the Bernstein-Bézier method.Communicated by Klaus Höllig.     

水中3-甲基-6-氨基-5-氰基-4-芳基-1-苯基-1，4-二氢吡喃[2，3-c]吡唑的洁净合成

在水溶剂中并有三乙基苄基氯化铵（TEBA）存在下，取代芳亚甲基丙二腈与3- 甲基-1-苯基-2-吡唑啉-5-酮缩合成为3-甲基-6-氨基-5-氰基-4-芳基-1-苯基-1， 4-二氢吡喃[2,3-c]吡唑，此法为相应化合物的合成提供了一种快速、方便、高效 和洁净的方法。     

[IrBr6]2-的反对称极化率与圆偏振激光诱导的ESR谱频移

在理论上研究了顺磁性粒子体系的圆偏振激光诱导的ＥＳＲ谱频移效应。给出磁场中分子反对称极化率的公式，并以［ＩｒＢｒ６］＾２－离子为例讨论了吸收带半高宽的影响。计算了［ＩｒＢｒ６］＾２－的ＥＳＲ谱在圆偏振激光作用下的频移。结果发现：在光学共振区附近，ＥＳＲ频移可达１ＭＨｚ的量级，与钠原子体系结果类似。     

The extraction,antioxidant and against β-amyloid induced toxicity of polyphenols from Alsophila spinulosa leaves

Alsophila spinulosa is a tree-like fern, and many evidences suggested that plant polyphenols had the potential therapeutic for Alzheimer s disease (AD). Herein, polyphenols (ASP) was isolated from A. spinulosa leaves and its major constituent were isoorientin and vitexin. ASP displayed excellent antioxidant activity and obvious anti-lipid peroxidation capacity in vitro. ASP improved the survival rate of C. elegans under high temperature by enhancing the antioxidant enzymes activities and decreasing the lipid peroxidation level. Moreover, ASP alleviated β-amyloid (Aβ) induced paralysis and reduced Aβ deposition, decreased reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation and improved the level of skn-1 mRNA. In addition, ASP decreased the levels of pdk-1 and akt-1 mRNA in P13K/AKT signaling pathway. In conclusion, ASP may be a potential ingredient for the alleviation of AD.     

SAPO-5分子筛骨架结构研究

SAPO-5分子筛的骨架是由PO_4~-、AlO_4~-和SiO_4四面体构成.可以看作是硅同晶置换AlPO_4-5分子筛骨架上的磷或铝而得到,其取代方式可以通过三种可能的途径实观;(1)Si 取代Al;(2)Si 取代P;(3)两个Si 等同取代一个P 和一个Al.由于取代方式的不同,将导致骨架TO_4(T=P、Al,Si)的连接方式的不同,因此Si 在SAPO-5分子筛骨架中的存在状态是人们十分关注的问题.目前这方面的研究工作都采用固体核磁共振的方法,并且认为合成条件的不同其取代机理也不相同.本工作用~(31)P 和~(29)Si 固体高分辨核磁共振技术结合电子探针和光电子能谱方法对HF 参与下得到的SAPO-5分子筛骨架构成进行了系统的研究.     

The application of novel methodology for the synthesis of o-, m-, and p-(SF5-perfluoroethyl) benzene derivatives

The reaction of o-, m-, and p-F₂CCFC₆H₄X with SF₅Br produces an intermediate adduct, F₅SCF₂CFBrC₆H₄X, which, on treatment with AgBF₄, affords the first useful, high yield preparation of o-, m-, and p-F₅SCF₂CF₂C₆H₄X.
