高压下氢化锂晶体中的离子间力与结合能公式的原子分子设计

本文提出一种利用材料Hugoniot数据研究高压下离子晶体中微观离子状态及其离子间排斥作用势的新方法。对氢化锂晶体进行研究时,我们得到Li~+和H~-离子之间排斥作用势函数,结果表明文献〔1〕中提出的离子压缩效应具有客观性。     

四阶累积量的MUSIC算法在海流测向中的应用

针对高频地波雷达系统OSMAR2000海流测向中海流元数不易估计的问题，利用四阶谱累积量MUSIC算法的空间谱结构特点，采用试探法确定信号源数并估计信号源的位置．通过对模拟海流和实测数据的处理实验表明，利用该算法可以较准确地估计出海流元的个数和方位，并且比传统MUSIC方法获得更小的角度估计方差，有效地反演了海洋表面流信息．     

Low-threshold, high-efficiency, high-repetition-rate optical parametric generator based on periodically poled LiNbO3

We report a high-repetition-rate optical parametric generator (OPG) with a periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystal pumped by an acousto-optically Q-switched CW-diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO_4 laser. For the maximum 1064nm pump power of 970mW, the maximum conversion efficiency is 32.9% under the conditions of 250℃, 1064nm pulse repetition rate of 22.6kHz and pulse width of 12ns, and the PPLN OPG threshold in the collinear case is less than 23.7μJ. The output power increases with the increase of the crystal temperature. The 1485－1553nm signal wave and 3383－3754nm idler wave are obtained by changing the temperature and the angle of the PPLN crystal.     

C60量子点与磁性电极的耦合

在磁电子学领域，自旋极化输运与分子器件的结合是一个热门研究方向．最近，来自美国康奈尔大学的Pasupathy等，采用纳米加工技术，将单个C60分子吸附在一对Ni电极之间，构成了“铁磁电极-C60量子点”器件．量子点的Kondo效应和铁磁性交换耦合，原本是相互排斥的，在Pasupathy的实验中，两者被首次结合在一个器件中并加以观察．研究结果表明，如果器件的质量能够保证两种效应之间的竞争得到有效控制，     

形态对钯-氢体系热力学性质的影响

在典型的Sieverts装置上采用等温等容(即PVT)法测定海绵钯粉末在T=278～323K吸放氕、氘的P-C-T曲线。结合文献给出的其他形态的Pd吸放氢结果进行系统比较分析，探讨了形态对钯-氢体系热力学性质的宏观影响和微观本质。     

座壳孢菌对烟粉虱致病力的研究

座壳孢属(Aschersonia)是粉虱和介壳虫的一类重要病原真菌,可用于世界性害虫烟粉虱(Bemisiatabaci)的生物防治.本文对来自世界各地的15株座壳孢菌进行了产孢、萌发性状比较,在此基础上筛选出11株产孢、萌发能力较好的菌株测定其对烟粉虱的致病力.菌株Aa5、Ag1、Aa8、Aa7、Aa2和Aa1均表现出高致病性(＞60%),此外本研究还发现菌株的致病力与其萌发率成明显正相关(r=0.86),而与产孢量不相关.     

Mid—Infrared Optical Parametric Oscillator Based on All—Solid—State—Pumped Periodically Poled LiNbO

We report the tunable mid-infrared generation with a periodically poled LinbO3(PPLN).Using an all-solid-state pumped Nd:YVO4 laser as the pump source and a PPLN nonlinear crystal with grating periods of 28.2-30.8μm,we have achieved wavelength conversion in the 2.90-4.05μm spectral range by period tuning.The use of confocal cavity design has brought a compact,all-solid-state configuration with an average output powers of idler up to -200mW.The maximum power of 277mW was obtained at the wavelength of 3.35um.
