Studies on the cyclization reaction of D-aspartic acid

The cyclization reaction of D-aspartic acid was studied, the carboxyl groups of D-aspartic acid were protected by benzyl alcohol to give compound D-dibenzyl aspartate. Then (4R)-benzyl azetidine-2-one-4-carboxylate and meso-3,6-disubstituted piperazine- 2,5-diones were synthesized via intramolecular cyclization and intermolecular cyclization of D-dibenzyl aspartate, respectively, and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. Both cyclization reaction conditions were also investigated in detail.

本文用在位Ｘ－射线衍射技术研究了ＰＡＮ（聚丙烯腈）纤维的预氧化过程。由广角测得不同温度下试样随热解时间而变化的一系列的解析谱图中计算出样品的结晶度、微晶尺寸、晶面间距和芳构化指数,并对这些参数随实验条件变化的瞬间情况给予了解释。同时,还描述了ＰＡＮ纤维在预氧化过程中的环化动力学行为。求解了各温度下的环化反应速率和活化参数。     

简化的系统搜索法及其在构象分析中的应用

多肽的构象研究除了可以用X-射线晶体学及二维核磁共振等实验方法外,理论计算的方法有系统搜索法、蒙特卡洛方法、距离几何方法、分子动力学方法及能量极小化等.系统搜索法具有构象空间搜索彻底的特点,相对来说找到系统整体极小值的可能性较大,但由于其计算量较大,对于多肽及蛋白质很难实现.我们对系统搜索法进行了简化,不是同时旋转所有的二面角,而是成对地进行,以迭代的方法达到收敛,最后得到可能的构象.     

One pot synthesis of bis-silicon-bridged stilbene derivatives

Bis-silicon-bridged stilbene derivatives were synthesized in a modified procedure that combined the preparation of bis[2- (silyl)phenyl]acetylene and its intramolecular reductive cyclization in one pot.The results indicated that the one pot approach produced target products in a comparable yield to that of the two-step method reported previously.

A novel and simple procedure for the enantiospecific synthesis of penehyclidine hydrochloride （8018） isomers and the R configuration derivatives was described. The intramolecular asymmetric cyclization of the monosulfonate of compound 1,2-diol was applied to the execution of the synthesis of the key chiral building block for the first time. The aimed products were obtained with moderate yield in〉99% ee.

由新的合成路线合成了亚甲基二硝胺；研究了亚甲基二硝胺的Ｎ－烷基化反应，分离出一种新的多硝基多氮杂三环氮杂环硝胺。改进了由亚甲基二硝胺合成３，７－二硝基－１，３，５，７－四氮杂［３．３．１］壬烷（ＤＰＴ）的方法。     

一个亲脂的环腺苷酸类似物的合成及其活性

基于高度亲脂的分子可能增强对神经细胞膜的渗透力的设想,合成了一种新的环腺苷酸的类似物2'-O-oleoy1-2-(?)aza-adenosine 3',5'-cyclic phosphate(3),发现在10~(-3),10~(-4)和10~(-5)M时,该化合物对小鼠神经胶质癌组织培养细胞的杀灭率分别是97%,86%和60%。     

微波促进2,2''''-联咪唑的快速合成

探索了在微波条件下合成2,2'-联咪唑的新方法.研究结果表明:在微波辐射下,可以由铵盐和乙二醛的环化缩合反应快速制备2,2'-联咪唑.在相同的条件下,有机铵盐有比较好的反应活性,而无机铵盐没有活性.微波反应收率可以与传统方法相比较,且与反应时间、微波功率、原料配比等因素有关.     

金鸡纳碱衍生物催化的异氰酸酯与硝基烯的不对称形式[3＋2]环化反应

手性2,3-二氢吡咯是合成天然生物碱的重要中间体，而且可以很容易转化成多取代的吡咯烷，因此发展高效合成手性二氢吡咯的方法对于有机合成化学具有重要意义．不对称诱导和金属催化合成光学活性的吡咯烷的方法已有很多，但还没有不对称催化合成手性2,3-二氢吡咯的报道．金属化的异氰与不饱和烯烃可以环化生成消旋的二氢吡咯（Saegusa，T；Ito，Y．；Kinoshita，H．；Tomita，S．，Org．Chem．1971，36，3316），
