Three typical polluted dust particles (i.e., single coated dust, two-sphere/spheroid system, and coated dust with ag- gregate) including internal and semi-external mixtures are modeled, and their scattering properties at 1.6-μm wavelength are calculated by using the generalized multi-sphere Mie-solution (GMM) method. We investigate the influences of par- ticle size, morphology, and chemical composition on the scattering parameters of polluted dust particles. The analysis results demonstrate that the single scattering albedo of coated dust is much smaller than that of pure dust, especially for the spheroidal black carbon (BC) coated dust. When a dust particle semi-mixes with another aerosol particle to form a two-sphere/spheroid system, its scattering properties are much more sensitive to the size and species of monomers than the monomer shape. If an aggregated BC attaches to the coated dust, the scattering properties of whole particle mainly depend on the host particle (coated dust). 相似文献

Terahertz radiation has broad application prospects due to its ability to penetrate deep into many organic materials without the damage caused by ionizing radiations. A free electron laser (FEL)-based THz source is the best choice to produce high-power radiation. In this paper, a 14 MeV injector is introduced for generating high-quality beam for FEL, is composed of an EC-ITC RF gun, compensating coils and a travelling-wave structure. Beam dynamics simulations have been done with ASTRA code to verify the design and to optimize parameters. Simulations of the operating mode at 6 MeV have also been executed. 相似文献

Epidemiologic studies use outcome-dependent sampling (ODS) schemes where, in addition to a simple random sample, there are also a number of supplement samples that are collected based on outcome variable. ODS scheme is a cost-effective way to improve study efficiency. We develop a maximum semiparametric empirical likelihood estimation (MSELE) for data from a two-stage ODS scheme under the assumption that given covariate, the outcome follows a general linear model. A trimeric lignin model compound composed of α-O-4 and β-O-4 linkages was prepared by the microwave-assisted synthesis, which consisted of three steps: (a) the synthesis of 3-methoxy-4- benzyloxyacetophenone (2) from acetovanillone (1), (b) the bromination of compound 2 to produce 3- methoxy-4-benzyloxy-α-bromoacetophenone (3), and (c) followed by a nucleophilic substitution of compound (3) to obtain 3-methoxy-4-benzyloxy-α-(3-methoxy-4-(1-propenyl)phenol)-acetophenone (4). The target product was characterized by MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. It was found that the trimeric compound synthesized can be used as a preferable lignin model compound because it contains guaiacyl structural unit (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy phenyl propane) linked by α-O-4 and β-O-4 linkages. In addition, under the conditions of microwave irradiation, the reaction time of each step is significantly reduced, and the selectivity of target product is greatly improved. 建立了反相高效液相色谱同时测定祛痘类化妆品中12种禁限用物质(依诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、林可霉素、克林霉素、克林霉素磷酸酯、氯霉素、氯霉素二醇物、磺胺甲口恶唑、甲硝唑、替硝唑、水杨酸)的方法。样品经甲醇与0.1 mol/L盐酸混合溶液(体积比1∶1)超声提取,采用ACEC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.025 mol/L磷酸三乙胺溶液二元流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.5 mL/min,柱温40℃,采用二极管阵列检测器双波长(210、277 nm)检测,外标法定量。林可霉素、克林霉素、克林霉素磷酸酯3种成分的线性范围为25~1 000mg/L,其他9种成分的线性范围为5~200 mg/L,相关系数均大于0.997。12种禁限用物质的方法检出限为5~50μg/g,平均回收率为88%~115%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~3.0%。该方法操作简便、准确、灵敏,适用于祛痘类化妆品中12种禁限用物质的测定。 相似文献
