夜蓝共振瑞利散射光谱法测定透明质酸钠

在pH3．0～3．9的HAc—NaAc介质中，夜蓝与透明质酸钠作用形成结合产物时将导致溶液共振瑞利散射(RRS)增强，并产生新的RRS光谱，其最大散射峰位于408nm处。透明质酸钠在0～1．5mg／L范围内其浓度与RRS强度成正比。据此，建立了一种测定透明质酸钠的新方法。该法对透明质酸钠的检出限(3d)为13．7μg／L。应用于润舒氯霉素滴眼液和润洁滴眼露中透明质酸钠的测定，回收率在98．2％～104．3％之间，结果满意。     

异丙基膦酸单（1—已基—4—乙基）辛酯从硫酸介质中萃取分离钪,铁和镥

报道了异丙基膦酸单（１－已基－４－乙基）辛酯（ＰＴ－２）的正庚烷溶液在硫酸介质中对Ｓｃ＾３＋，Ｆｅ＾３＋，Ｌｕ＾３＋萃取平衡的影响，结果表明，通过控制酸度可以使三种元素分离。确定了Ｓｃ＾３＋的萃取机理，低酸度下的阳离子交换反应，高酸度下为溶剂化反应，中等酸度下两种反应并存，研究了饱和萃合物的ＩＲ，ＮＭＲ谱。讨论了温度对萃取平衡的影响，低酸度和高酸度下均为放热反应。     

钠硼解石碳化机理的研究

采用Ｃａ（２＋）选择电极，ｐＨ电极和电导电极对钠硼解石水溶液碳化过程进行跟踪测定。实验结果表明：反应分二步进行，反应最终结果是钠硼解石完全分解，硼全部进入溶液并大部分以Ｈ３ＢＯ３的形式存在，同时考察了温度，气流量对钠硼解石水溶液碳化结果的影响。根据碳化机理，提出了较佳的碳化条件。     

固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/SiO_2-TiO_2催化合成异维生素C钠

在异维生素C钠(D-VcNa)的合成过程中,以SO42-/S iO2-TiO2复合固体超强酸作为酯化反应催化剂,2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸(2-KGA)和甲醇为原料,采用精馏脱水酯化工艺,不断除去酯化过程中产生的水。催化剂的最佳焙烧温度为550℃,催化剂用量为2.5%;反应时间3~4 h,产品收率为88.6%,催化剂的重复使用性较好,催化体系优于硫酸法。     

新试剂N-苯基-N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲的合成及其在微量金(Ⅲ)测定中的应用

介绍了新试剂N 苯基 N′ (氨基对苯磺酸钠 )硫脲 (PPT)的合成方法。并研究了与金的显色条件 ,建立了光度法测定微量金的新方法。在pH 5 .0～ 5 8的HAc NaAc缓冲体系中 ,在溴化十六烷基三甲胺 (CTMAB)存在下 ,Au(Ⅲ )与PPT形成组成比 1∶3的黄色水溶性络合物 ,其最大吸收峰位于 31 7.0nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.68× 1 0 4 L/mol·cm ,Au(Ⅲ )含量在 0～ 80 μg/2 5mL范围内服从比尔定律。

Macro-, Micro-, Nano- and Crystal Structures of a Homodinuclear Complex [NH3（ CH2）3NH3]2{Na2[（C6H4O2）2]（C6H4O2H）2}

A homodinuclear complex （NH3CH2CH2CH2NH3）2 {Na2[（C6H4O2）2] （C6H4O2H）2} （1） has been synthesized by a solution-based self-assembly route. It crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Every sodium ion coordinates in a tetragonal prism fashion with two O atoms of a terminal chelating catecholate ligand and three O atoms from two bridging catecholate ligands. Two neighboring NaO5 tetragonal prisms are edge-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[（C6H4O2）2]（C6H4OOH）2}^4- anion. The complex anions were aligned parallelly by n-n interaction and linked with the protonated 1,3-propylenediamine through hydrogen bonds which were assembled into a multi-lamellar structure with channels. The crystal exhibits rectangular geometry with an interior triangle hollow structure under optical microscopy. And the scanning electron microscopy （SEM） indicates that the wall of the tubes shows multi-lamella morphologies. Further, the transmission electron microscopy （TEM） reveals that the crystal is composed of multi-lamellar nano-tubes with diameters less than 100 nm. The molecular structure of the complex was compared with that of its isomer complex 2.     

头孢地嗪钠与牛血清白蛋白相互作用研究

用荧光光谱法研究水溶液中头孢地嗪钠(CDZM)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的结合反应, 测定了头孢地嗪钠与牛血清白蛋白的结合常数和结合位点数, 探讨了其荧光猝灭机制. 根据热力学参数确定了头孢地嗪钠与牛血清白蛋白之间的作用力类型, 运用Föster偶极-偶极非辐射能量转移原理, 测定了头孢地嗪钠与牛血清白蛋白相互结合时其授体-受体间的距离, 采用同步荧光技术考察了头孢地嗪钠对牛血清白蛋白构象的影响.     

高效离心分配色谱仪对异丙基膦酸单（1—己基—4—乙基）—辛酯稀土萃取体系的研

首次用高效离心分配色谱仪研究用异丙基膦酸单辛酯分离三阶重稀土元素，以分离Ｙｂ（Ⅲ），Ｅｒ（Ⅲ）及Ｌｕ（Ⅲ）为例，考察了流动相酸度，流速，固定相浓度，ＨＰＣＰＣ的转速等因素对ＨＰＣＰＣ分离稀土效果的影响。     

An Efficient Route to Prepare Metal Organosols by Phase Transfer Procedure

Silver and gold organosols are easily prepared by transferring nanoparticles from aqueous phase into isooctane with high efficiency (＞90%). Concentrations of sodium oleate and magnesium chloride have crucial effects on the transfer efficiency. Based on the UV-visible absorption spectra, TEM micrographs of nanoparticles, as well as molecular modeling calculation about the adsorption conformation of sodium oleate molecules, a possible phase transfer mechanism is proposed.
