超临界CO_2萃取-分子蒸馏对白术挥发油的提取分离和GC-MS分析

用超临界CO2萃取技术提取白术挥发油，然后用分子蒸馏对所得的萃取物进行精分离，得到蒸出物；超临界萃取物收率为2．42％(w)，分子蒸馏蒸出物收率26．3％(w)；对超临界萃取物和分子蒸馏蒸出物分别进行GC—MS分析，结果超临界萃取物检测出33个化合物，分子蒸馏蒸出物检测出27个化合物，主要成分均为2，7-二甲氧基-3，6-二甲基萘、γ-芹子烯、大根香叶烯等，但相对含量有区别。     

Sebiferone,a New Triterpenoid from Stem Bark of Sapium sebiferum （L.）Roxb.

From the stem bark of Sapium sebiferum a new triterpenoid,anmed sebiferone (1),was isolated.The structure of the new compound was clucidated as 3β-acetoxy-D-friedoolen-14-en-1-one-28-oic acid on the basis of spectral and chemical methods.     

Two New C-21 Steroidal Glycosides from the Stems of Stephanotis mucronata

Two new C-21 steroidal glycosides, mucronatosides M（1） and N（2）, were isolated from the stems of Stephanotis mucronata, together with one known compound stephanoside M（3）. On the basis of chemical evidence and extensive spectroscopic methods, including one-dimensional and two-dimensional NMR, the structures of the two new compounds were identified as 12-O-tigloyl-20-O-N-methylanthraniloyl sarcoslin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→4）-6- deoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-（→4）-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-（1→4）-β-D-cymaropyranoside （1）, and 12-O- cinnamoyl-20-O-nicotinoyl（ 2OS）-pregn-6-ene-3 β,5α,8βm12 β,14β,17β,20-heptanol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1→4）-6- deoxy-3-O-methyl-β-D-allopyranosyl-（1→4）-β-D-cymaropyranosyl-（1→4）-β-D-cymaropyranoside （2）.     

中药化州橘红乙酸乙酯提取物中微量元素的分布及含量

以乙酸乙酯为溶剂萃取分离了中药化州橘红水煎液的有机成分；测定了提取物中元素的分布及含量，分析了不同微量元素在提取物中富集程度的差别。并由此说明了中药微量元素与中药所含的有机成分是有密切关系的。     

中草药溪黄草低极性组份的研究

１前言溪黄草（Ｒａｂｄｏｓｉａ．ｓｅｒｒａ（Ｍａｘｉｍ．）Ｈａｒａ）属于唇形科香茶菜属植物，是一种多年生草本植物。据中华大辞典记载，其具有清热祛湿，凉血散瘀之功效，对急性肝炎，肠炎，痢疾等有较好效果。但是该植物化学组成的研究目前在国外尚未有报道，国内研究报道有４篇卜’１。共分出８个化合物：ＲａｂｄｏｓｅｒｒｉｎＡ，ＲａｂｄｏｓｅｒｒｉｎＢ，ＢｘｃｌｓａｎｌｎＡ，Ｋａｍｅｂａｋａｕｎｎ，Ｚａ一羟基乌索酸，乌索酸，卜谷自醇及一ｐ谷尚醇一Ｄ一葡萄糖贰。该植物的石油醚提取层的化学组分未见报道。我们利用高…     

复方枳术丸的化学研究——(Ⅳ)白术中羟基苍术内酯的极谱测定

本文报道一种测定中药白术中羟基苍术内酯(Ⅰ)的单扫描示波极谱方法。在0.2mol/LNH_4Cl-4%乙醇溶液(pH5±1)中,Ⅰ有一灵敏的极谱还原波,峰电位为-0.90V(vs.SCE),峰高与Ⅰ浓度在8×10~(-8)～1.6×10~(-6)mol/L范围内有线性关系。应用本方法测定生,炒白术中Ⅰ的含量,结果令人满意。该波是由于Ⅰ中丁烯羟酸内酯环还原所致,其电极反应为四电子不可逆过程。     

汞与邻羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯显色反应的研究

研究了汞与邻羟基苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯(HBDAB)的显色反应。在Na2B2O7-Na2CO3缓冲溶液中有OP乳化剂存在下,Hg(Ⅱ)与HBDAB形成1:3橙红色配合物,其最大吸收峰位于515nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.36×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Hg(Ⅱ)在0～20μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,方法应用于中草药中痕量汞的测定,结果满意。     

A new triterpenoid saponin from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum

A new triterpenoid saponin, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl 16-oxo-platycodigenin 28-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyra-nosyl ester, was isolated from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum, together with three known saponins, including platycodin D, deapio platycoside E and platycoside E. The structure of the new compound, named 16-oxo-platycodin D, was elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.     

萃淋树脂微色谱柱分离富集-苯基荧光酮光度法测定中草药中痕量锗和钼

研究了在微色谱柱中以CL-TBP萃淋树脂为固定相,运用零空床体积洗脱技术,反相萃取分离痕量Ge、Mo。洗脱体积仅1.0~1.2 mL便可实现两元素的连续分离。洗脱液用苯基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(PF-CTMAB)光度法进行测定。该树脂对Ge、Mo的动态吸附容量分别为34.8 mg/g和67.4 mg/g,加标回收率分别为91.4%~98.6%和96.6%~101.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别在2.53%~5.74%和1.91%~4.12%之间。方法用于中草药中痕量Ge、Mo的测定,结果满意。
