Supramolecular systems based on poly(ethyleneimines) and calix[4]resorcinarenes with alkylphosphonate fragments. Aggregation and catalytic activity

Aggregation in poly(ethylenimine)-calix[4]resorcinarene-water-DMF systems was studied by the methods of conductometry and dynamic light scattering. The sizes (radii) of the aggregates formed and the critical micelle concentrations were determined. The catalytic activity for these systems in the hydrolisys of phosphorus acid esters was shown. KF－Al2O3催化下3，4－二氢－2H－吡喃[3,2-h]喹啉衍生物的合成

芳醛、8－羟基喹啉与丙二腈或氰乙酸乙酯KF－Al2O3催化下反应生成一系列新 的3，4－二氢－2H－吡喃[3,2-h]喹淋衍生物，产物的结构通过单晶X射线确证。     

铒离子及其阳离子卟啉配合物对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的抑制和刺激作用

用微量热法研究了Er³⁺、TMP{TMP=5，10，15，20-四(4-甲氧基苯基)卟啉}及其阳离子铒卟啉配合物[Er(TMP)(H₂O)₃]Cl对金黄色葡萄球菌生长作用的生物热动力学特征，求算了在Er³⁺、TMP和[Er(TMP)(H₂O)₃]Cl作用下，金黄色葡萄球菌生长的热动力学参数。实验结果表明：TMP对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的作用表现为单向的抑制作用，而Er³⁺和[Er(TMP)(H₂O)₃]Cl对金黄色葡萄球菌的生长有双向调节作用。在低浓度下，Er³⁺对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的刺激作用强于[Er(TMP)(H₂O)₃]Cl；在较高浓度下，[Er(TMP)(H₂O)₃]Cl对金黄色葡萄球菌生长的抑制作用显著强于Er³⁺。对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性为：[Er(TMP)(H₂O)₃]Cl>>TMP>Er³⁺。对相互作用机理做了初步探讨。     

杯芳烃的配位化学──Ⅳ.对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃与钙、镉配合物的合成与表征

本文合成了对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃(H₈L)与钙、镉的固体配合物。并以元素分析、核磁共振、热谱、红外谱、紫外谱等进行表征。其配合物的组成分别为Ca(H₆L)·6dmf及Cd(H₆L)·6dmf.     

Synthesis and structure of novel derivatives of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine. An unusual product of intramolecular cycloaddition of 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbonitrile oxide

9-Methyl-3,3a,4,5-tetrahydro-6H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocino[4,5-c]isoxazole and 9-hydroxyimino-2-methyl-7-methylene-6, 7,8,9-tetrahydro-5H-thieno[2,3-b]thiocine have been prepared for the first time by the oxidation of 2--alkenylthio-3-thiophenecarbaldoximes with NaOCl. X-ray structural investigations of thieno[2,3-b]thiocine and 2-homomethallylthio-5-methyl-3-thiophenecarbaldoxime have been carried out.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Tributyltin hydride-mediated straightforward synthesis of a new isoxazolo-benzazulene system from the derivatives afforded by the Baylis-Hillman reaction of 3-(2-bromophenyl)-4-isoxazolecarbaldehydes is described.     

Reductive coupling of polyfunctionalized organobismuth and organolead arylating reagents in the synthesis of benzopyran derivatives

Benzopyran derivatives were synthesized in good yields by the reactions of tris[2-(chloromethyl)phenyl]bismuth diacetate and 2-(halomethyl)aryllead triacetates with phenols and naturally occurring 4-hydroxycoumarins in the presence of bases according to a three-step one-pot procedure. Development of a Novel Approach to Formation of a Pyrrole Ring: Synthesis of 2,3,5-Substituted 1-[2-(Vinyloxy)ethyl]pyrroles

Reaction of 2-(vinyloxy)ethylisothiocyanate with unsaturated carbanions generated in situ from propargyl ethers and amines when treated with superbases, after S-alkylation and cyclization of the adducts in the presence of CuBr, leads to the previously unknown 2,3,5-substituted 1-[2-(vinyloxy)ethyl]pyrroles.     

A New Efficient Synthesis of p-Nitrocalix[4]arene

A new efficient synthesis of p-nitrocalix[4]arene from calix[4]arene by using nitrogen dioxide is described.The compound is an useful intermediates for the introduction of other functional groups to obtain N containing substituted calix[4]arene.The reaction mechanism is briefly discussed.
