This paper presents the thickness-shear (TSh) vibration modes of an infinite circular AT-cut quartz resonator with ring electrodes. By application of 2D scalar differential equations derived by Tiersten and Smythe, we obtain the resonant frequencies and vibration amplitude distributions of thickness-shear modes in the resonator. The theoretical results have been verified in commercial FEM software COMSOL. Through numerical examples, we illustrate that the distribution of displacement fields in the center part of the ring electrode is adjustable. Furthermore, we optimize the size of the electrodes and the mass ratio of the electrode to the plate, in order to achieve a nearly uniform displacement distribution and mass sensitivity of the resonator. These results can be a theoretical guidance for design and optimization of sensors based on quartz resonators.  相似文献

Lithium-sulfur batteries have been considered as potential electrochemical energy-storage devices owing to their satisfactory theoretical energy density. Nonetheless, the inferior conversion efficiency of polysulfides in essence leads to fast capacity decay during the discharge/charge cycle. In this work, it is successfully demonstrated that the conversion efficiency of lithium polysulfides is remarkably enhanced by employing a well-distributed atomic-scale Fe-based catalyst immobilized on nitrogen-doped graphene (Fe@NG) as a coating of separator in lithium-sulfur batteries. The quantitative electrocatalytic efficiency of the conversion of lithium polysulfides is determined through cyclic voltammetry. It is also proven that the Fe-NX configuration with highly catalytic activity is quite beneficial for the conversion of lithium polysulfides. In addition, the adsorption and permeation experiments distinctly indicate that the strong anchoring effect, originated from the charge redistribution of N doping into the graphene matrix, inhibits the movement of lithium polysulfides. Thanks to these advantages, if the as-prepared Fe@NG catalyst is combined with polypropylene and applied as a separator (Fe@NG/PP) in Li-S batteries, a high initial capacity (1616 mA h g−1 at 0.1 C), excellent capacity retention (93 % at 0.2 C, 70 % at 2 C), and superb rate performance (820 mA h g−1 at 2 C) are achieved.  相似文献

Organic–inorganic hybrid perovskite-type multiferroics have attracted considerable research interest owing to their fundamental scientific significance and promising technological applications in sensors and multiple-state memories. The recent achievements with divalent metal dicyanamide compounds revealed such malleable frameworks as a unique platform for developing novel functional materials. Herein, two 3D organic–inorganic hybrid perovskites [Et3P(CH2)2F][Mn(dca)3] ( 1 ) and [Et3P(CH2)2Cl][Mn(dca)3] ( 2 ) (dca=dicyanamide, N(CN)2) are presented. Accompanying the sequential phase transitions, they display a broad range of intriguing physical properties, including above room temperature ferroelastic behavior, switchable dielectricity, and low-temperature antiferromagnetic ordering (Tc=2.4 K for both 1 and 2 ). It is also worth noting that the spontaneous strain value of 1 is far beyond that of 2 in the first ferroelastic phase, as a result of the precise halogen substitution. From the point view of molecular design, this work should inspire further exploration of multifunctional molecular materials with desirable properties.  相似文献

A series of monodisperse six-armed conjugated starbursts ( Tr1F , Tr2F , and Tr3F ) containing a truxene core and multibranched oligofluorene bridges capped with diphenylamine (DPA) units has been designed, synthesized, and investigated as robust gain media for organic semiconductor lasers (OSLs). The influence of electron-rich DPA end groups on their optoelectronic characteristics has been discussed at length. DPA cappers effectively raise HOMO levels of the starbursts, thus enhancing the hole injection and transport ability. Solution-processed electroluminescence devices based on the resulting six-armed starbursts exhibited efficient deep-blue electroluminescence with clear reduced turn-on voltages (3.2–3.5 V). Moreover, the resulting six-armed molecules showed stabilized electroluminescence and amplified spontaneous emission with low thresholds (27.4–63.9 nJ pulse−1), high net gain coefficients (80.1–101.3 cm−1), and small optical loss (2.6–4.4 cm−1). Distributed feedback OSLs made from Tr3F exhibited a low lasing threshold of 0.31 kW cm−2 (at 465 nm). The results suggest that the construction of truxene-centered six-armed conjugated starbursts with the incorporation of DPA units can effectively enhance EL properties by precisely regulating the HOMO energy levels, and further optimizing their optical gain properties.  相似文献

Bimetallic AgPd nanoparticles have been synthesized before, but the interfacial electronic effects of AgPd on the photocatalytic performance have been investigated less. In this work, the results of hydrogen evolution suggest that the bimetallic AgPd/g-C3N4 sample has superior activity to Ag/g-C3N4 and Pd/g-C3N4 photocatalysts. The UV/Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, CO adsorption diffuse reflectance FTIR spectroscopy, and FTIR results demonstrate that in the AgPd/g-C3N4, the surface electronic structures of Pd and Ag are changed, which is beneficial for faster photogenerated electron transfer and greater H2O molecule adsorption. In situ ESR spectra suggest that, under visible light irradiation, there is more H2O dissociation to radical species on the AgPd/g-C3N4 photocatalyst. Furthermore, DFT calculations confirm the interfacial electronic effects of AgPd/g-C3N4, that is, Pdδ−⋅⋅⋅Agδ+, and the activation energy of H2O molecule dissociation on AgPd/g-C3N4 is the lowest, which is the main contributor to the enhanced photocatalytic H2 evolution.  相似文献

From Abies nukiangensis, two novel 13,14-seco-abietane diterpenes, nukiangendines A (1) and B (2) were isolated. Their relative structures were determined by extensive NMR and HRMS spectroscopic analysis. The absolute configuration of 1 was established by ECD calculations. 为了探究角锥棱镜谐振腔激光模式,以角锥-平面镜腔为例,将角锥棱镜等效为衍射光栅,考虑角锥镜棱宽在谐振腔中的衍射效应以及二面角误差引起的附加相位分布对谐振腔激光模式的影响,在光学谐振腔理论的基础上,建立了求解本征模式的理论分析模型.采用快速傅里叶法数值模拟不同腔长、角锥镜棱宽和二面角误差情况下该无源谐振腔激光输出模式分布情况.结果表明,在腔长30 cm、角锥镜棱宽小于75μm、二面角误差在-10′~5′之间时,可实现光斑完整的圆形分布输出模式,且有较好的光束质量;棱宽不小于0.4 mm,二面角误差在-40′~10′之间时,光斑为TEM 03阶横模,光场呈六瓣分布;当角锥镜棱宽为0.4 mm、二面角误差为3′,腔长从30~90 cm范围内增加时,该谐振腔输出的激光模式从TEM 03转换成TEM 10.  相似文献
