A 2D lead(II) coordination polymer [Pb2(phen)2(N3)3(ClO4)]n,( 1 ) containing 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and two different anions, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray crystallography. The single‐crystal X‐ray data show two different kinds of Pb2+ ions with coordination numbers of eight, Pb1 = PbN6O2 and Pb2 = PbN8, with hemidirected and holodirected structures, respectively. The supramolecular features in 1 is negiotated through the weak but directional C‐H···O and C‐H···N interactions and aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

In this study,the effect of Nb loading on the catalytic activity of Ce_(0.75)Zr_(0.25)O_2-supported Ni catalysts was studied for methane partial oxidation.The catalysts were characterized by BET,H_2 chemisorption,XRD,TPR,TEM and tested for methane partial oxidation to syngas in the temperature range of 400-800℃at atmospheric pressure.The results showed that the activity of methane partial oxidation on the catalysts was apparently dependent on Nb loading.It seemed that the addition of Nb lowered the catalytic activity for methane partial oxidation and increased the extent of carbon deposition. This might be due to the strong interaction between NiO and Nb-modified support and reduction of surface oxygen reducibility.  相似文献

Deprotonation of an oxiranyl β-proton takes place in a stereoselective manner providing the corresponding oxiranyl ‘remote’ anion. The anion is stabilized by chelation between the lithium and the carbonyl moiety of an ester, lactone, imide, or keto-group in the form of a five-membered cyclic intermediate. Certain ester-stabilized oxiranyl anions are stable and can be left in THF solution at −78°C for several hours. The generated anions undergo a stereoselective alkylation reaction to provide products, which could be useful intermediates in the synthesis of bioactive naturally occurring α-methylene bis-γ-butyrolactones.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive and selective method for the determination of bromide in seawater by using a flow injection/stopped-flow detection technique was examined. The detection system was developed for a new kinetic-spectrophotometric determination of bromide in the presence of chloride matrix without any extraction and/or separation. The detection was based on the kinetic effect of bromide on the oxidation of methylene blue (MB) with hydrogen peroxide in a strongly acidic solution. Large amounts of chloride could enhance the sensitivity of the method as an activator. The decolorisation of the blue color of MB was used for the spectrophotometric determination of bromide at 746 nm. A stopped-flow approach was used to improve the sensitivity of the measurement and provide good linearity of the calibration over the range of 0-3.2 μg ml−1 of bromide. The relative standard deviation was 0.74% for the determination of 2.4 μg ml−1 bromide (n = 5). The detection limit (3σ) was 0.1 μg ml−1 with a sampling frequency of 12 h−1. The influence of potential interfering ions was studied. The proposed method was applied to the determination of bromide in seawater samples and provided satisfactory results.  相似文献

A new caged-tetraprenylated xanthone, hanburinone (1), was isolated from the fresh fruits of Garcinia hanburyi together with four known caged-tetraprenylated xanthones; isomoreollin B (2), morellin (3), moreollic acid (4) and morellic acid (5). Their structures were elucidated by analysis of spectroscopic data and comparison of the NMR data with those reported previously. Compounds 4 and 5 showed moderately antibacterial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus with a MIC value of 25 microg/ml.  相似文献

N-salicyl-β-amino alcohols 1 were synthesized and evaluated as ligands for catalytic asymmetric Strecker reactions. N-Benzhydrylaldimines derived from aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes reacted with TMSCN in the presence of 10 mol% of Ti-1 complex to give the Strecker products in excellent yields and in up to >98% ee. The presence of a protic additive is essential to ensure good conversion and reaction rate. The reaction conditions are simple and the stereochemical outcome is predictable from the configuration of the ligands, both enantiomers of which are readily synthesized.  相似文献

Currently, high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) methods are mainly used to measure antiretroviral plasma concentrations in HIV-infected patients. Although the utility of routine therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) as an additional tool to optimize long-term antiretroviral therapy is unclear, if TDM is to be widely used, the availability of simple, cheap and reliable methods for the measurement of antiretroviral drug levels are needed, particularly in resource-limited settings. In this study, an immunochromatograhic (IC) strip test to detect the presence of nevirapine (NVP) in body fluids has been developed. Antiserum to NVP was first raised in rabbits by immunization against NVP chemically conjugated with bovine serum albumin, and subsequently validated by Western immunoblotting and competitive indirect ELISA. The partially purified anti-NVP antibodies were conjugated with colloidal gold particles. The conjugation of the colloidal gold and polyclonal antibodies was monitored by UV-vis spectroscopy, while transmission electron microscopy images were used to characterize the particle size and shape of the conjugates. The resulting colloidal gold conjugates were used for the production of an IC strip test to detect nevirapine in human plasma. Preliminary assessment suggests no-cross reactivity of the NVP polyclonal antibodies but assessment of plasma samples from HIV-infected patients receiving HAART needs to be conducted. This assay could potentially be used for drug monitoring as part of the clinical care of HIV infected patients.  相似文献

Poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT)/poly(ethylene naphthalate) (PEN) blends were miscible in the amorphous state in all of the blend compositions studied, as evidenced by a single, composition-dependent glass transition temperature (Tg) observed for each blend composition. The variation in the Tg value with the blend composition was well predicted by the Gordon-Taylor equation, with the fitting parameter being 0.57. The cold-crystallization peak temperature decreased with increasing PTT content, while the melt-crystallization peak temperature decreased with increasing amount of the minor component. The subsequent melting behavior after both cold- and melt-crystallization exhibited melting point depression, in which the observed melting temperatures decreased with increasing amount of the minor component. During melt-crystallization, both components in the blends crystallized concurrently just to form their own crystals. The blend with 60% w/w of PTT exhibited the lowest total apparent degree of crystallinity.  相似文献

The structural and dynamical properties of high-spin Ru2+ in aqueous solution have been theoretically studied using molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. The conventional MD simulation based on pair potentials gives the overestimated average first shell coordination number of 9, whereas the value of 5.9 was observed when the three-body corrected function was included. A combined ab initio quantum mechanical/molecular mechanical (QM/MM) molecular dynamics simulation has been performed to take into account the many-body effects on the hydration shell structure of Ru2+. The most important region, the first hydration shell, was treated by ab initio quantum mechanics at UHF level using the SBKJC VDZ ECP basis set for Ru2+ and the 6-31G basis sets for water. An exact coordination number of 6 for the first hydration shell was obtained from the QM/MM simulation. The QM/MM simulation predicts the average Ru2+–O distance of 2.42 Å for the first hydration shell, whereas the values of 2.34 and 2.46 Å are resulted from the pair potentials without and with the three-body corrected simulations, respectively. Several other structural properties representing position and orientation of the solvate molecules were evaluated for describing the hydration shell structure of the Ru2+ ion in dilute aqueous solution. A mean residence time of 7.1 ps was obtained for water ligands residing in the second hydration shell.  相似文献
