Multiple positive solutions of the singular boundary value problem for Sturm-Liouville equation with impulses on the half line

We consider the existence of multiple positive solutions of the singular boundary value problem for the Sturm-Liouville equation with impulses on the half line. By applying the fixed-point index theorem of a cone map, existence and multiplicity results about positive solutions are obtained. Our results improve and generalize some well-known results. An example is presented to demonstrate applications of our main results.     

A large family of cospectral Cayley graphs over dicyclic groups

For a finite group G and an inverse closed subset $S\subseteq G\setminus \{e\}$, the Cayley graph $X(G,S)$ has vertex set G and two vertices $x,y\in G$ are adjacent if and only if $x{y}^{-1}\in S$. Two graphs are called cospectral if their adjacency matrices have the same spectrum. Let $p\ge 3$ be a prime number and $T_{4p}$ be the dicyclic group of order 4p. In this paper, with the help of the characters from representation theory, we construct a large family of pairwise non-isomorphic and cospectral Cayley graphs over the dicyclic group $T_{4p}$ with $p\ge 23$, and find several pairs of non-isomorphic and cospectral Cayley graphs for $5\le p\le 19$.

Phosphorous acid promoted isomerization of propargyl alcohols to α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds

A metal-free and two-phase protocol for the Meyer-Schuster isomerization of propargyl alcohols to the corresponding α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds has been achieved in the presence of stoichiometric phosphorous acid aqueous solution, which produces the desired products in high yields with excellent stereoselectivity. Compared with the traditional methods, the procedure features broad scope of the substrates, mild conditions, and easy separation, providing an appealing alternative to the Meyer-Schuster reaction.     

硫代丁内酯拼接吡唑啉酮双螺环化合物的合成

以3-异硫氰酸酯取代的硫代丁内酯1为合成子,在有机催化剂DABCO作用下,与各种取代的吡唑啉酮烯烃2发生Michael加成与环化反应,获得了9个未见文献报道的新型硫代丁内酯拼接吡唑啉酮双螺环化合物3a~3i,产率70%~77%, dr 2/1~9/1,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和HR-MS（ESI-TOF）表征,通过单晶进一步确定了化合物3c的构型。该类化合物含有螺环丁内酯和螺环吡唑啉酮生物活性骨架,对医药行业具有重要的潜在价值。

不同于以往研究的含期权的最优投资消费决策,研究了不确定的时间范围下含期权的最优投资决策,运用动态规划原理和随机分析的方法,解决对应的最优控制问题,最优策略可通过对应的HJB方程得到,并显式地得到了HARA效用下的最优投资策略及最优财富过程.
