Absorption spectra and fluorescence parameters (spectra, quantum yields, and lifetimes) were obtained for a number of branched
oligophenylenes (OPh) with long-wavelength chromophores such as p-quaterphenyl (OPh4-2), p-pentaphenyl (OPh5), and p-hexaphenyl (OPh6) and for oligofluorenylphenylenes (OFl) in solutions and films. It is demonstrated that the absorption spectrum
of OPh4-2 is a superposition of p-quaterphenyl, p-terphenyl, and diphenyl absorption bands taken in a ∼3:2:2 ratio. The obtained OPh5 and OPh6 absorption and fluorescence
spectra are shown to be determined mainly by the longest-wavelength chromophores, p-pentaphenyl and p-hexaphenyl, respectively. It is demonstrated that the obtained compounds contain traces of impurities with fluorescence at
longer wavelengths than that of the base material. The branched oligomers exhibit high fluorescence quantum yields in solutions,
those for OPh5 and OPh6 reaching 1. Transparent fluorescent films were produced from all of the synthesized oligomers. 相似文献

We propose two optical schemes for implementing the deterministic single-particle and two-particle quantum dense coding using four-qubit cluster states. In the protocols, the photon is neuter particle, so it has longer decoherence time with the environment than other particles. It is easy to implement single-bit gate using the linear optical elements under certain conditions, so the transformations performed on the photons by Alice can be easily achieved. Here the cluster states can be exactly discriminated using the parity detector, PBS and FS-PBS. In addition, the success probabilities of the dense coding are both equal to 1. 相似文献

In this paper, we use a two-photon technique to record data points on bisazobenzene-containing films. The recording data points are evidently polarization dependent. It is found that the recording data points can be erased by the linearly polarized light whose polarization direction is perpendicular to that of the recording beam and then, in the same region, new data can be rewritten after erasing. In addition, the recorded data can also be erased completely by the circularly polarized light. Compared with linearly polarized beam, the circularly polarized light is a better choice for erasure as no main orientation is regained after erasing rather than reorientation. 相似文献

We propose a new two-mode squeezed coherent state representation |z1, z2〉g which is characteristic of the correlation between the squeezing and the displacement. Based on it and using the technique of integration within an ordered product of operators we obtain a generalized two-mode Fresnel operator (GTFO), which is an image of the mapping from (z1, z2) to in |z1, z2〉g representation. Uniform Cu2O hollow spheres fabricated by single-crystalline particles (smaller than 20 nm) are facile synthesized in ethylene glycol
(EG) solution by a simple solvothermal route without using pre-fabricated templates and reductive agents. EG in this protocol
is not only used as a solvent, complexing agent, and reducing agent, but also served as a structure-directing agent for the
formation of hollow structure. By control of reaction conditions, such as reaction time, temperature, and the anions, the
morphology and structure of the hollow spheres can be tuned. A coordination adsorption and oriented attachment and Ostwald
ripening mechanism is proposed for explaining the formation process of hollow Cu2O spheres in EG solution; and importantly, the hollow Cu2O spheres exhibit an excellent property for the electro-catalytic oxidization of ascorbic acid in acetic acid buffer solution.
Moreover, the hollow spherical Cu2O particles could be potentially applied in catalysis, sensor, and as model for fundamental research. 相似文献
