A sustainable strategy for Fischer–Tropsch iron catalysts is successfully achieved by embedding of synergistic promoters from a renewable resource, corncob. The iron-based catalysts, named as "corncob-driven"catalysts, are composed of iron species supported on carbon as primary active components and various minerals(K, Mg, Ca, and Si, etc.) as promoters. The corncob-driven catalysts are facilely synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal treatment under mild conditions. The characterization results indicate that the formation of iron carbides from humboldtine is clearly enhanced and the morphology of catalyst particles tends to be more regular microspheres after adding corncob. It is observed that the optimized corncob-driven catalyst exhibits a higher conversion than without promoters' catalyst in Fischer–Tropsch synthesis(ca. 73% vs. ca. 49%). More importantly, a synergistic effect exists in multiple promoters from corncob that can enhance heavy hydrocarbons selectivity and lower CO_2 selectivity, obviously different from the catalyst with promoters from chemicals. The proposed synthesis route of corncob-driven catalysts provides new strategies for the utilization of renewable resources and elimination of environmental pollutants from chemical promoters.  相似文献

By utilizing hard template method to adjust the mesopore length, and alkali activation to generate micro pores, two hierarchical porous carbons(HPCs) were prepared. With controlling of their mesopore length and the activation conditions, the complex system composed by HPCs and electrolyte was simplified and the effect of mesopore length on the performance of HPCs as electrodes in supercapacitors was investi gated. It is found that with the mesopore length getting smaller, the ordered area gets smaller and th aggregation occurs, which is caused by the high surface energy of small grains. HPC with long pore(HPCL) exhibits a donut-like morphology with well-defined ordered mesopores and a regular orientation while in HPC with short pores(HPCS), short mesopores are only orderly distributed in small regions Longer ordered channels form unobstructed ways for ions transport in the particles while shorter chan nels, only orderly distributed in small areas, results in blocked paths, which may hinder the electrolyt ions transport. Due to the unobstructed structure, HPCL exhibits good rate capability with a capacitanc retention rate over 86% as current density increasing from 50 m A/g to 1000 m A/g. The specific capaci tance of HPCL derived from the cyclic voltammetry test at 10 m V/s is up to 201.72 F/g, while the specifi capacitance of HPCS is only 193.65 F/g.  相似文献

Low temperature prepared(La_(0.8)Sr_(0.2))_(0.9)MnO_3-δ-Y_(0.15)Zr_(0.85)O_(1.93)(LSM-YSZ) nano-composite cathode has high three-phase boundary(TPB) density and shows higher oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) activity than traditional LSM-YSZ cathode at reduced temperatures. But the weak connection between cathode and electrolyte due to low sintering temperature restrains the performance of LSM-YSZ nano-composite cathode. A YSZ interlayer, consisted of nanoparticles smaller than 10 nm, is introduced by spinning coating hydrolyzed YSZ sol solution on electrolyte and sintering at 800 °C. The thickness of the interlayer is about 150 nm. The YSZ interlayer intimately adheres to the electrolyte and shows obvious agglomeration with LSM-YSZ nano-composite cathode. The power densities of the cell with interlayer are 0.83, 0.46 and 0.21 W/cm~2 under 0.7 V at 800, 700 and 600 °C, respectively, which are 36%, 48% and 50% improved than that of original cell. The interlayer introduction slightly increases the ohmic resistance but significantly decreases the polarization resistance. The depressed high frequency arcs of impedance spectra suggest that the oxygen incorporation kinetics are enhanced at the boundary of YSZ interlayer and LSM-YSZ nanocomposite cathode, contributing to improved electrochemical performance of the cell with interlayer.  相似文献

Electrochemical reduction of CO2 provides a sustainable solution to address the intermittent renewable electricity storage while recycling CO2 to produce fuels and chemicals. Highly efficient catalytic materials and reaction systems are required to drive this process economically. This Review highlights the new trends in advancing the electrochemical reduction of CO2 by developing and designing nanostructured heterogeneous catalysts. The activity, selectivity and reaction mechanism are significantly affected by the nano effects in nanostructured heterogeneous catalysts. In the future, energy efficiency and current density in electrochemical reduction of CO2 need to be further improved to meet the requirements for practical applications.  相似文献

A thermal fatigue device––called SPLASH––similar to the facility developed by Marsh [Fatigue crack initiation and propagation in stainless steels subjected to thermal cycling, International Conference on Mechanical Behaviour and Nuclear Applications of Stainless Steels at Elevated Temperature, 1981] has been built in CEA/SRMA in 1985. Since then, it was used mostly on austenitic stainless steels to assess the initiation and growth of thermal fatigue crack networks. In 1998, a leak appeared in an auxiliary loop of the primary circuit of a pressurized water nuclear plant in Civaux (France). Thermal fatigue was suspected and studies began on AISI 304 L type austenitic stainless steel. They were eventually compared to results obtained earlier on AISI 316 L(N). First, the initiation conditions were determined and the damage before initiation was qualitatively observed. Then, some crack networks parameters were chosen and quantitatively determined by image analysis. This part of the study was done at the surface, during crack growth, and at the end of the tests, in depth. Finally, the stability of the crack networks obtained by thermal fatigue was tested under isothermal load controlled four point bending fatigue test, and some conclusions were drawn on the mechanisms of propagating crack selection.  相似文献

针对人神经母细胞瘤SH-SY5Y细胞系的磷酸化膜蛋白质组,发展了基于多酶酶解法结合杂化硅胶基质固定化钛离子亲和色谱(Ti4+-IMAC)整体柱富集的分析策略。该方法通过对细胞裂解液进行超速离心,以及1 mol/L NaCl和0.1 mol/L Na2CO3顺序清洗,获得膜蛋白质组分。所提取的蛋白质分别经胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶和胃蛋白酶平行酶解,产生的肽段经Ti4+-IMAC整体柱选择性富集磷酸肽后,采用纳升级反相液相色谱分离和质谱鉴定,成功鉴定到43个磷酸化蛋白质,其中有14个定位于膜上。研究结果表明,采用该策略开展SH-SY5Y细胞系磷酸化膜蛋白质组学分析有望加速对该肿瘤的研究和相关潜在标记物的筛选。  相似文献

In this study, zirconium oxide (ZrO2) aerogel was synthesized via a green sol–gel approach, with zirconium oxychloride, instead of the commonly used alkoxide with high toxicity, as the precursor. With such material, phosphopeptides from the digests of 4 pmol of β-casein with the coexistence of 100 times (mol ratio) BSA could be selectively captured, and identified by MALDI-TOF MS. Due to the large surface area (416.0 m2 g−1) and the mesoporous structure (the average pore size of 10.2 nm) of ZrO2 aerogel, a 20-fold higher loading capacity for phosphopeptide, YKVPQLEIVPN[pS]AEER (MW 1952.12), was obtained compared to that of commercial ZrO2 microspheres (341.5 vs. 17.87 mg g−1). The metal oxide aerogel was further applied in the enrichment of phosphopeptides from 100 ng nonfat milk, and 17 phosphopeptides were positively identified, with a 1.5-fold improvement in phosphopeptide detection compared with previously reported results. These results demonstrate that ZrO2 aerogel can be a powerful enrichment material for phosphoproteome study.  相似文献

针对日本式单元生产过程中流水装配线向单元装配系统转换的决策优化问题,本文以最小化总完工时间和工人总工时为目标,同时考虑产品与单元的匹配关系,构建了单元装配系统多目标优化模型,基于NSGA-II算法设计了适用于该问题的三段染色体的编码方式。通过算例分析了产品与单元匹配关系变化对总完工时间和工人总工时的影响,结果表明,在工人数不变的情况下,产品与单元匹配关系变化会导致总完工时间产生较大差异,随着工人数增多,这种差异逐渐变小。  相似文献
