A HIV Infection Model with Periodic Multidrug Therapy

This paper investigates the effects of periodic drug treatment on a HIV infection model with two co-circulation populations of target cells. We first introduce the basic reproduction ratio for the model, and then show that the infection free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable if R0 < 1, while the infection persists and there exists at least one positive periodic state when R0 > 1. Therefore, R0 serves as a threshold parameter for the infection. We then consider an optimization problem by shifting the phase of drug efficacy functions, which corresponds to change the dosage time of drugs in each time interval. It turns out that shifting the phase affect critically on the stability of the infection free steady state. Finally, exhaustive numerical simulations are carried out to support our theoretical analysis and explore the optimal phase shift.     

Improvement of all-optical switching performance based on azo dye-doped polymer film using two cross-linearly polarized pump beams

We propose a method for improving the characteristics of all-optical switching based on azo dye-doped polymers. Using alternately two cross-linearly polarized beams (532 nm, continuous light wave (CW)) to pump azo dye–ethyl red (ER) doped polymer methyl methacrylate (PMMA) film, the modulation depth of the all-optical switching reached 96% at the pump powers of 4.8 mW and 1.6 mW and the modulation frequency of 1000 Hz. For comparison, we used respectively the single linearly polarized beam (4.8 mW) and the alternately linear–circular polarized beams (4.8 mW and 1.6 mW) to pump the film at the modulation frequency of 1000 Hz, the obtained modulation depths of the all-optical switching were 36% and 45.8%, respectively. Furthermore, the experimental measurement and analysis showed that the turn off speed of the all-optical switching could be obviously increased by use of our pump method.

应用直接标化法计算病种构成变化对医疗质量综合评价指标的影响程度并算出标化值。１９９１年病种构成变化对治愈率、病死率、平均住院日变化的影响程度分别为６９．９１％，８４．９６％，８６．７７％，表明病种构成变化对医疗质量综合评价指标的影响不容忽视，未经标化的指标无可比性     

增生性疤痕组织与正常上皮组织FTIR光谱研究

通过对40例疤痕组织和正常皮肤组织的ETIR光谱比较分析发现,由于个体差异,其光谱均可分为三种不同类型。此外,疤痕组织中的胶原、蛋白质、核酸和脂类等生物大分子的吸收峰强度均在不同程度上高于正常皮肤组织,但两者的A_(1083)/A_(1548)并无明显差异。提示疤痕组织中的细胞仍属正常生长,治疗中不应损伤。     

强相依高斯序列的最大值与和的联合渐近分布

{X_n,n≥1)是标准高斯序列,T_(ij)=cov(X_i,X_j)。本文在强相依条件rijlog(j-i)→r∈(0,∞)(j-i→ ∞)下,得到了高斯序列的最大值M_n与标准化部分和S_n=sum from i=1 to n(X_i/(E(sum from i=1 to n X_i)~2)/(1/2))     

Pulsed field ionisation—ZEKE photoelectron spectrum of o-, m- and p-tolunitrile

Pulsed field ionisation—ZEKE photoelectron spectroscopy has been applied to o-, m- and p-tolunitrile in a supersonic jet. The PFI-ZEKE photoelectron spectra of m- and p-tolunitrile show well-resolved anharmonic structures in the low-frequency region, which are assigned to bands due to internal rotational motion of the methyl group in the cation. Level energies and relative transition intensities are reproduced well by a one-dimensional rotor model with a three-fold axis potential. Potential curves for the internal rotation have been determined. For o-tolunitrile, no band due to internal rotation was found in PFI-ZEKE spectrum. It is suggested that the o-tolunitrile cation has the high barrier for internal rotation and the stable conformation that is the same as that in S₁ and S₀. The barrier height and the conformation are compared with other toluene derivatives, and the relation between the electronic character of –CN and the internal rotational motion has been discussed.

表面等离子共振谱半波全宽的算法探讨

根据金属薄膜复介电常量的性质和衬底对表面等离子波波矢的微扰,对在波长调制下的表面等离子共振传感器输出光谱的半波全宽计算方法进行了探讨。建立了输出光谱的半波全宽与传感器各参量之间关系的数学表达式。将理论研究与实验结果进行对比后发现,两者吻合较好。文中的研究结果可为优化传感器的特性提供理论依据。     

用近红外无损肌氧及运动心率检测技术评定100m极量强度运动对心脏冲击影响

利用连续双波长近红外光技术测量肌肉中血红蛋白含氧量的变化情况,同时应用运动心率无线实时采集设备,设计了检测实时肌肉组织血氧含量和瞬时心率实验方案,对6名健康男性进行了100 m跑同步实测实验。实验表明,肌肉组织氧合血红蛋白浓度在100 m跑结束后继续降低,达到最低值的时刻滞后于运动结束时刻的时间为(6.65±1.10)s;心率则在运动结束后继续上升,达到最高值的时刻滞后于运动结束时刻的时间为(8.00±1.57)s。这些结果显示了双波长近红外光组织氧测试技术和运动心率无线实时采集系统能够正确检测极量强度运动时的血氧参数和心率,揭示了极量强度运动过程中肌肉中氧运输与消耗的过程及其与心率之间的动力学特征。
