采用坩埚下降法生长出不同摩尔分数Ce3+(1%、2%、4%、6%、8%)掺杂的KCaCl3:Ce单晶。晶体属于正交晶系,晶胞参数为a=0.756 0 nm,b=1.048 2 nm,c=0.726 6 nm。热重分析仪测得熔点为740 ℃,透过率测试显示晶体在可见光波段均具有较好光学透过率。对晶体的光致发光光谱、光致衰减时间、X射线激发发射光谱、透过率等光学性能进行了表征。光致发光光谱显示KCaCl3:Ce晶体在358 nm和378 nm波长左右有宽的发射峰,符合Ce3+的5d12F5/2和5d12F7/2能级跃迁,通过拟合,KCaCl3:Ce晶体的衰减时间在30 ns左右。晶体在X射线激发下均表现出优异的X射线发光性能。  相似文献

We report spectral characteristics of amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) from an Er–Tm co-doped silica fiber. When pumped at 980 nm, the ASE yielded a 3 dB bandwidth over 90, 1460–1550 nm. The changes in ASE with regard to temperature, pumping scheme, and fiber lengths were measured experimentally, which strongly suggest that phonon-assisted energy transfer between the sensitizing ion, Er3+, and the acceptor ion, Tm3+, plays an important role in the bandwidth increment.  相似文献

Two-color laser simultaneous oscillation in compact trivalent praseodymium ion (Pr3+)-doped ZrF4-BaF2-LaF3-AlF3-NaF (ZBLAN) fiber lasers is investigated. Fiber pigtails by coating high-reflective visible dielectric films are utilized as fiber mirrors (FMs) to construct compact all-fiber laser cavity. Reflectance/transmittance of FMs is intentionally designed to balance net gains and reduce gain competition of different lasable wavelengths in the constructed fiber lasers. By using two selected FMs with high reflectivity at green-light and low reflectivity at red-light, simultaneous green and red laser emission in all-fiber Pr3+-doped ZBLAN fiber laser is obtained. Moreover, simultaneous orange and red laser emission is also achieved with another selected FM of high reflectivity at orange-light and low reflectivity at red-light. Our work will provide an effective and easy method to construct compact special fiber (e.g.,ZBLAN fiber, chalcogenide fiber) lasers.  相似文献

The modification of structural, thermal and optical properties of Se-Ge-Sb glasses by addition of arsenic element was the goal of this study. In this regards, six different glasses of Se60Ge40-xSb5Asx (0  x  15) were prepared by conventional melt quenching technique in quartz ampoule. The produced samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), UV–Vis–NIR spectrophotometer, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy. The fundamental absorption edge for of the glasses was analyzed in terms of the theory proposed by Davis and Mott. Based on the obtained results, the glass transition temperature, optical energy gap and Urbach energy of prepared glasses in this alloying system were in the range of 325–380 °C, 1.43–1.64 eV and 0.03–0.3547 eV, respectively. The as prepared glasses show anomalous behavior at 5–7.5 mole% of arsenic for the glass transition temperature, transmittance, absorption edge, optical energy gap and Urbach energy. Based on the Raman spectra, the structural analysis indicates that, increasing the network connectivity upon increasing the arsenic content up to 7.5 mole% is the main reason of anomalous behavior in Se60Ge40-xSb5Asx (0  x  15) system.  相似文献

We have studied the electronic and magnetic properties of the PbO-type 3d transition-metal selenides (TMSes) by first principles calculations. We find that TiSe and VSe have ionic type bonds and the other TM-Se bonds are the mixed metallic-ionic-covalent type similar to the Fe–As bonds in the iron-based superconductors. FeSe has the shortest TM-Se bond and unique stripe antiferromagnetic ground state. CrSe and MnSe have a ferromagnetic ground state, while the other TMSes have a nonmagnetic ground state. Both nonmagnetic Co dopants and magnetic Mn dopants in FeSe compress the stripe antiferromagnetic state, while the magnetic trends are different as the doping concentration increases.  相似文献

We reported an ultrabroadband mid-infrared(MIR) emission in the range of 1800 nm–3100 nm at room temperature(RT) from a Cr~(2+):Zn Se-doped chalcogenide glasses(Ch Gs) and studied the emission-dependent properties on the doping methods. A series of Cr~(2+):Zn Se/As40 S57 Se3(in unit wt.%) glass-ceramics were prepared by hot uniaxial pressing(HUP)and melt-quenching methods, respectively. The glass-ceramics with MIR emission bands greater than 1000 nm were successfully prepared by both methods. The effects of matrix glass composition and grain doping concentration on the optical properties of the samples were studied. The occurrence state, morphology of the grains, and the microscopic elemental distributions were characterized using x-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) analyses.  相似文献

Heat capacities of orthoferrites, ErFeO3 and TmFeO3, have been measured below room temperature by adiabatic calorimetry. A broad but definite anomaly due to the spin reorientation phenomenon was successfully detected in the expected temperature range (ca. 90 K). The results are compared with a vast anomaly reported for YbFeO3. The temperature dependence of the electric quadrupole splitting of the Fe nuclear levels was determined by Mössbauer spectroscopy through the spin reorientation. A heat capacity anomaly centered at 3.60 K due to the magnetic ordering of Er3+ ions was clearly detected. Some Schottky anomalies were resolved and energy splittings involved were roughly estimated. Some thermodynamic functions are derived and tabulated.  相似文献

通过高温固相法合成Pr3+不同掺杂浓度的K2LaBr5多晶料,采用垂直坩埚下降法生长出K2LaBr5∶Pr单晶,并对晶体进行一系列加工,得到ø12 mm×5 mm的圆柱透明晶体。该晶体属于正交晶系,晶胞参数为a=1.336 0 nm,b=0.992 7 nm,c=0.846 2 nm,Z=4,晶体密度为3.908 g/cm3,熔点为607 ℃。测试了该晶体的X射线粉末衍射、X射线激发发射光谱、光致发光光谱、透过率等。在紫外光以及X射线的激发下,K2LaBr5∶Pr晶体在480~750 nm波长范围内呈现蓝光(3P13H4)、绿光(3P03H4,3P13H5)、橙光(3P13H6,3P13F2)、红光(3P03F2,3P13F3)、深红光(3P13F4),及紫光(3P03F4)等多个可见波长的光输出,表明该晶体具有优良的发光性能。在X射线的激发下,在360~440 nm范围内还观察到一个宽带4f 5d-4f2发射跃迁。稳态瞬态荧光光谱分析仪测出光致衰减时间为10 μs左右,紫外可见分光光度计则测出晶体在可见光波段的透过率达到88%。  相似文献

室温下,以N-乙基吡啶碘盐(Epy)I和四水溴化锰(MnBr2·4H2O)为原料合成了一种零维发光材料[(Epy)2][MnBr2I2]。对该配合物进行元素含量分析、红外光谱、单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、紫外可见吸收光谱、光致发光光谱及X射线激发发射光谱等测试。单晶X射线衍射结果表明:配合物为单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,中心离子Mn(Ⅱ)为四面体构型,晶胞参数为a=2.825 5(6) nm,b=0.839 71(17) nm,c=1.836 0(4) nm。在332 nm紫外光激发下,配合物发出528 nm的绿光,对应于四面体Mn(Ⅱ)配合物的4T1(G)→6A1特征辐射跃迁,荧光寿命为58.85 μs,荧光量子产率为58.29%。X射线激发光谱表明配合物发光强度较高,具有X射线荧光性能。  相似文献

We study defect modes in optically induced one-dimensional lattices in photovoltaic-photorefractive crystals. These defect modes exist in different bandgaps due to the change of defect intensity. For a positive defect, defect mode branches exist not only in the semi-infinite bandgap, but also in the first and second bandgaps. When the defect mode branch is fixed, the confinement of defect modes increases with the defect strength parameter. For a negative defect, defect mode branches exist only in the first and second bandgaps. For a given defect mode branch, the strongest confinement of the defect modes appears when the lattice intensity at the defect site is not the smallest in its branch. On the other hand, when the defect strength parameter is fixed, the most localized defect modes arise in the semi-infinite bandgap for the positive defect and in the first bandgap for the negative defect.  相似文献
