A new photogrammetry based measurement technique for contact areas in line contact structures is developed. From the data collected by this technique, a method for measuring the contact strength of contact structures in high temperature applications is proposed. The contact strength of a line contact structure of polyimide at different temperatures is measured; the results show that the increase in temperature decreases the contact strength of the structure. The effect of temperature on the contact strength is studied by investigating the occurrence and evolution of yielding core within the structure at different temperatures. The decrease in the yield strength and elastic modulus of the polyimide material at high temperature induces core yielding at lower loads and eases the propagation of core yielding to the surface. 相似文献

The applications of a new supported tribromide reagent based on poly(vinylbenzyltrimethylammonium hydroxide) resin (Amberlite 717) were reported. This supported tribromide resin was used directly in α-bromination and α-bromoacetalization of acetophenones without any other catalyst under mild conditions. The effects of solvents and the amount of the supported tribromide resin on the reactions were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, most of α-bromo and α-bromoacetal of acetophenones were selectively obtained in excellent yields. 相似文献

Electrically conducting fibers based on coconut fibers (CF) and polyaniline (PANI) were prepared through in situ oxidative polymerization of aniline (ANI) in the presence of CF using iron (III) chloride hexahydrate (FeCl3.6H2O) or ammonium persulfate (APS) as an oxidant. The PANI-coated coconut fibers (CF-PANI) displayed various morphologies, electrical conductivities and percentages of PANI on the CF surface. For both systems, a PANI conductive layer was present on the CF surface, which was responsible for an electrical conductivity of around 1.5 × 10−1 and 1.9 × 10−2 S cm−1 for composites prepared with FeCl3.6H2O and APS, respectively; values that are similar to that of pure PANI. In order to modify the structure and properties of polyurethane derived from castor oil (PU) both CF-PANI and pure PANI were used as conductive additives. The PU/CF-PANI composites exhibited higher electrical conductivity than pure PU and PU/PANI blends. Additionally, the PU/CF-PANI composites showed a variation in electrical resistivity according to the compressive stress applied, indicating that these materials could be applied for pressure-sensitive applications. 相似文献

Two novel routes for the preparation of silica-based zwitterionic hybrid copolymers were proposed. A series of zwitterionic hybrid copolymers were prepared by the sulfonation of phenyl groups and the quaternary amination of tertiary amine groups alternately. Both FT-IR and 1H NMR spectra confirm the step products. TGA and DrTGA analyses indicate that the thermal stability of these zwitterionic hybrid copolymers is higher than 400 °C. The determination of sulfonation degree reveals that the zwitterionic hybrid copolymer (c) from sulfonation-quarteramination (Route I) has the minimal value; meanwhile the anion-exchange capacity exhibits that the zwitterionic hybrid copolymer (e) from quarteramination-sulfonation (Route II) has the minimal value. These findings demonstrate the impact of electrostatic effect on the charge content of ionic groups. MALDI-TOF mass spectra exhibit that the decrease in the stability of the charged hybrid copolymers can be ascribed to the electrostatic effect between the molecular chains. The surface SEM images demonstrate that the surface of zwitterionic hybrid copolymer (e) from quarteramination-sulfonation (Route II) has some aggregated particles and form clusters regions in the hybrid matrix, which can also be attributed to the ionic interactions between those charged groups. 相似文献
