全自动QuEChERS前处理仪结合气相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱法测定橄榄油中222种农药残留

基于QuEChERS方法,建立了全自动QuEChERS前处理仪结合气相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱法(GC-QTOF-MS)快速测定橄榄油中222种农药残留的分析方法,并考察了提取溶剂酸化程度、正己烷体积、振荡时间、离心温度、净化剂对222种农药残留测定的影响。首先选择响应较好且无明显干扰的离子用于定量及定性,再通过对全自动QuEChERS前处理仪的参数设置开发了净化流程,用含2%甲酸的乙腈溶液提取,上清液在含有400 mg N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)、400 mg十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(C18)和1200 mg无水硫酸镁的离心管中净化离心,净化液经氮气吹干,用乙酸乙酯定容后供仪器分析,最后采用基质标准溶液进行定量。从基质效应、线性范围、检出限、定量限、精密度及正确度等方面对定量分析方法进行验证。结果表明：222种农药中86.04%的农药线性范围为0.02～2.00μg/mL, 10.81%农药的线性范围为0.10～2.00μg/mL, 3.15%农药的线性范围为0.20～2.00μg/mL,相关系数(R²)均大于0.99,222种农药在各自线性范围内线性关系良好;全部...     

6,7-二甲氧基喹啉衍生物的合成及体外抗肿瘤活性研究

以3,4-二甲氧基苯胺和丙二酸为原料,经过多步反应合成得到一系列6,7-二甲氧基喹啉衍生物(3～7b),中间体及产物结构经~1H NMR和ESI-MS表征。并着重考察了Suzuki反应中,物料比对化合物5a和5b收率的影响,确定适宜物料比为n(化合物4)∶n(乙烯基硼酸频哪醇酯)=1∶2.0。在该反应条件下,化合物5a和5b收率分别为54.5%和33.8%。采用MTT法测定6,7-二甲氧基喹啉衍生物3～7b对人肝癌细胞HepG2及人非小细胞肺癌A549的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果表明,化合物7b对HepG2细胞的体外生长具有显著的抑制活性,IC_(50)为8.9±0.95μM·L~(-1)。     

A modified QuEChERS-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of pesticide residues in Lonicera japonicae FlosEI北大核心CSCD

A modified QuEChERS-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method using multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWCNTs）as adsorbent was established for the determination of 72 pesticide residues in Lonicera japonicae Flos. The sample was extracted with Association of Official Agricultural Chemists （AOAC）extracting package，purified with MWCNTs-modified purification tube，analyzed with dynamic multiple reaction monitoring mode，and quantified with external standard method of matrix-matched standard curve. The 72 pesticides showed good linearities in the corresponding concentration ranges with correlation coefficients greater than 0.9936. The limits of detection were 0.001-0.178 μµg/kg，and the limits of quantitation were 0.002-0.593 μµg/kg. The average recoveries for four spiked levels ranged from 60.1% to 118.0%，with the relative standard deviations of 2.2%-17%. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. All rights reserved.
