Dialane anion: three-center two-electron or two-center one-electron bonded

Dialane anions can be formed via a single three-center two-electron (3c-2e) or two-center one-electron (2c-1e) bond. The 2c-1e bonded anion Al(2)H(6)(-)(D(3)(d)) and the 3c-2e bonded anion Al(2)H(6)(-)(C(s)) have significant thermodynamic stabilities with respect to the neutral Al(2)H(6)(D(2)(h)) and correspond to 0.22 and 0.32 eV of the adiabatic electron affinities, respectively. In particular, the 2c-1e bond plays an essential role in stabilizing the Al(2)H(6)(-)(D(3)(d)) anion.     

（R）－N－（γ－烃基－δ－酮己酰基）四氢噻唑－2－硫酮－4－羧酸乙酯的合成及其同（R，S）－α－苯乙胺的反应

γ－甲基－δ－酮己酸，γ－异丙基－δ－酮己酸在碘化Ｎ－甲基－２－氯吡啶盐存在下分别同（Ｒ）－四氢噻唑－２－硫酮－４－羧酸乙酯反应，得到光学活性的（Ｒ）－Ｎ－（γ－甲基－δ－酮己酰基）四氢噻唑－２－硫酮－４－羧酸乙酯（１ａ）及光学活性的（Ｒ）－Ｎ－（γ－异丙基－δ－酮己酰基）四氢噻唑－２－硫酮－４－羧酸乙酯（１ｂ）。１ａ，１ｂ分别同（Ｒ，Ｓ）－α－苯乙胺反应得到光学活性的酰胺２ａ，２ｂ，同时使（Ｒ，Ｓ）－α－苯乙胺拆分，得到光学活性的α－苯乙胺。     

偶极积分与Boys法分子轨道定域化

定域分子轨道在分子体系的化学图象和物理图象之间充当重要的桥梁作用,它的产生依赖于定域化准则,其中最普遍使用的是Foster-Boys和Edmiston-Ruedenberg(E—R)提出的两种定域化准则。这两种定域化准则是等价的,因而结果也是一致的。但对于E—R定域化来说,由于涉及到大量的多中心积分的计算,计算极为费时,因而远不如Foster-Boys定     

Total synthesis of methyl protodioscin: a potent agent with antitumor activity

Methyl protodioscin (1), otherwise known as 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)]-beta-d-glucopyranosyl]-26-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl]-22-methoxy-25(R)-furost-5-ene-3 beta,26-diol, has been synthesized for the first time from diosgenin through nine steps in an overall yield of 7.8%.

分析化学中液膜富集方法的研究——痕量锰的液膜分离富集与火焰原子吸收光谱法测定

本文以N_(205)-P_(507)-煤油-液体石蜡-HCl液膜体系分离富集了痕量Mn~(2+),五次提取分离,富集倍数可达87倍,回收率近于98％。与火焰原子吸收光谱法结合,可富集测定ppb级的Mn~(2+)。     

Preparation and properties of polymer and quantum dot composites

Quantum dots (QDs) were prepared in an organic system through a simple and low-cost wet chemistry method. Polymer beads with a diameter of 60–70 nm and specific functional groups were synthesized by a particular seeded emulsion polymerization technique. QDs were embedded in the polymer beads with the specific functional groups through dissolving and swelling method, which provided the condition for the conjunction of biomolecules and QDs as fluorescent probes. The prepared composites were characterized with UV-Vis, PL, TEM, FTIR, CLSM and conductance titration etc. The results show that QDs are successfully embedded in polymer beads, which breaks the limitation that the conjunction of biomolecules and QDs can be achieved only for those synthesized in aqueous system. __________ Translated from Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University, 2005, 39(1) (in Chinese)     

合成高分子膜透气速率的温度依赖性

近年来以气体选择性分离为目的的合成高分子膜的研究取得了巨大的进步。气体分离膜的两个基本性能参数是透气速率J及选择系数α。同一个膜,在较高温度使用时,往往是J值增大,α值下降,因此选择适当地操作温度,以便得到最佳的J-α搭配是很重要的。本文讨论了甲基硅橡胶(MSR)、天然橡胶(NR)、乙丙橡胶(EPR)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚(4-甲基戊烯-1)(TPX)等材料的均质膜或复合膜,在不同温度下的氧、氮透过速率,计算了各种膜材料的氧、氮表观透过活化能,并对其本质进行了探讨。     

哌仑西平的单扫描示波极谱法测定

本报道一种测定哌仑西平的单扫描示波极谱法，在０．１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ４Ｃｌ－ＮＨ３．Ｈ２Ｏ（ｐＨ８．０±０．１）缓冲液中，哌仑西平有一极谱还原波，其峰电位为－１．５１Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ），其一阶导数峰高与哌仑西闰浓度在６．６×１０＾－７－４．６×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ（ｒ＝０．９９８１）和６．６×１０＾－６－１．６×１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ（ｒ＝０．９９９１）范围内有线性关系，检测限为３．４×１０－７ｍｏｌ     

Separation and determination of podophyllum lignans by micellar electrokinetic chromatography

A micellar electrokinetic chromatography method was established for the quantitative analysis of seven podophyllum lignans in Podophyllum emodi Wall. var. chinesis sprague. The optimum buffer system was 10 mM NaH2PO4-5 mM borate-100 mM sodium dodecylsulfate-30% isopropanol (pH 7.20). Voltage was 18 kV and detection at 214 nm. The second derivative chromatogram was used to determine a low-content component and those not fully separated from adjacent ones. The RSD values of migration times and peak areas were <2.2 and <5.5%, respectively. The effects of several CE parameters on the resolutions were studied systematically.
