四川地区宫颈癌组织HPV18和HPV45 E6基因突变分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
采用聚合酶链反应技术对四川地区2003~2004年收集的60例宫颈癌患者的癌组织DNA进行人乳头瘤病毒(HPV) E6基因扩增, 获得HPV18和45型E6基因. 序列分析发现, 18型三例E6基因有同样的两处同义突变; 45型两例E6基因发生突变, 一例有两处碱基突变, 另一例发生六处碱基突变, 其中两处涉及氨基酸变化, 均位于E6抗原决定簇区. HPV45型E6基因中134位c→t, 157位c→t, 259位g→t和341位t→c的碱基点突变未见报道. 另外, 该地区HPV18和45型突变株之间存在碱基互变, 它们之间的最小差异比野生型HPV18和HPV45之间的差异小4.05%, 该数值比在非洲发现的突变株的要小很多, 该结果支持HPV18和HPV45可能起源于非洲的观点. 相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) of quantum chemistry method was employed to investigate proton transfer reactions of 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ) monomers and dimers. By studying the potential energy curves of the isomerization, the most possible reaction pathway was found. The total energy of 8-hydroxyquinoline was lower than that of quinolin-8(1H)-one, whereas the order was reversed in dimers. The findings explained the contrary experimental phenomena. The minimum reaction barrier of intramolecular proton transfer was 47.3 kJ/mol while that in dimer was only 25.7 kJ/mol. Hence it is obvious that proton transfer reactions of 8-HQ monomer have a considerable rate but it is easier to proceed for 8-HQ dimer than monomers. It implied that the hydrogen bond played an important role in depressing the activation energy of reaction. The mechanism of the tautomerization was discussed on the basis of theoretical results. 相似文献

The cobalt ferrite nanoparticles were prepared by coprecipitation in the presence of poly (N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) and characterized by XRD, TEM, EDX and magnetometry. XRD results suggest the formation of pure cobalt ferrite. The mean particle sizes of CoFe2O4 samples annealed at 400 ℃ and 600 ℃ were ca. 6 and 25 nm, respectively as obtained by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The magnetic measurements indicated that nano-particles obtained at 400 ℃ were superparamagnetic while that prepared at 600 ℃ were ferrimagnetic. 相似文献

A new series of dendritic two-photon absorbing chromophores containing triphenylamine moiety as a core or branching points have been synthesized through a convergent synthetic strategy. One-photon and two-photon optical properties of these molecules were characterized. 利用CASTEP软件包采用密度泛函理论计算研究了过渡金属Mo掺杂Fe_3O_4(111)Fe_(tet)表面对Hg~0、HgCl和HgCl_2的吸附特征,分析了Mo掺杂前后Fe_3O_4(111)Fe_(tet)表面上不同汞物种的吸附形态。结果表明,Mo掺杂Fe_3O_4(111)Fe_(tet)表面对HgCl和HgCl_2为化学吸附,而对Hg~0的吸附为物理吸附;与纯净表面相比,HgCl在Mo原子掺杂表面上的吸附能提高了40%-66%。HgCl_2在纯净Fe_3O_4(111)Fe_(tet)表面形成"M"形结构;而掺杂Mo原子后,由于Cl原子与Mo原子之间更强的相互作用,使得HgCl_2发生了完全解离,两个Cl原子分别与Mo原子和Fe原子成键吸附在表面,Hg脱附。相关研究结果可为脱除燃煤烟气中的汞提供一定的理论指导。 相似文献

The bimolecular single collision reaction potential energy surface of an isocyanate NCO radical with a ketene CH2CO molecule was investigated by means of B3LYP and QCISD(T) methods. The computed results indicate that two possible reaction channels exist on the surface. One is an addition-elimination reaction process, in which the CH2CO molecule is attacked by the nitrogen atom at its methylene carbon atom to lead to the formation of the intermediate OCNCH2CO followed by a C-C rupture channel to the products CH2NCO+CO. The other is a direct hydrogen abstraction channel from CHzCO by the NCO radical to afford the products HCCO+HNCO. Because of a higher barrier in the hydrogen abstraction reaction than in the addition-elimination reaction, the direct hydrogen abstraction pathway can only be considered as a secondary reaction channel in the reaction kinetics of NCO+ CH2CO. The predicted results are in good agreement with previous experimental and theoretical investigations. 相似文献
