Effect of Cationic Surfactant on the Inhibition of Ligninase by Hydrogen Peroxide

The inhibition of lingninase by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of cationic surfactant CTAB was studied by kinetic speetrophotometdc technique. Results showed that addition of CTAB enhanced the inhibition by H202, but it did not alter the inhibition pattern and the inhibition constant changed little with theco-ncentration of CTAB. Modification of the enzymic protein by the surfactant monomer may be responsible for the above mentioned results.     

1‐[(5‐tert‐Butyl‐2‐hydroxy­phen­yl)­imino­meth­yl]‐2‐napthol

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C₂₁H₂₁NO₂, strong N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds exist. The keto–amine form is favoured over the enol–imine form in the tautomerism. Six‐membered chelate rings formed by intra­molecular hydrogen bonds increase the stability of the whole mol­ecule. Inter­molecular hydrogen bonds link adjacent units together, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain parallel to the a axis.

VmTi和KnV0.04Ti担载氧化物催化剂的表征与催化燃烧柴油炭黑的性能

用FTIR和UV-Vis研究了2个系列不同V和K负载量的VOx/TiO2和K-VOx/TiO2催化剂结构的变化;并使用程序升温氧化反应技术对这两种催化剂催化柴油炭黑燃烧活性进行了考察.结果表明,当VOx/TiO2催化剂中n(V)∶n(Ti)=0.04时,催化剂活性最好(tm=389℃).添加K能显著改善VOx/TiO2催化剂活性,n(K)∶n(V)∶n(Ti)=0.04∶0.04∶1时,炭黑燃烧的反应温度最低(tm=343℃).FTIR和UV-Vis结果表明,当VOx/TiO2催化剂n(V)∶n(Ti)>0.04∶1时,催化剂表面有V2O5形成,由于V2O5氧化能力较弱,因而催化剂的活性反而降低.而当K-VOx/TiO2催化剂中n(K)∶n(V)达到1∶1时,由于形成的KVO3物种与TiO2载体有很好的协同作用,所以催化剂活性最好.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Quinazolinone Compound 2,3-Dihydro-2-（2-hydroxyphenyl）-3-phenyl-quinazolin-4（1H）-one

A new quinazolinone compound 2,3-dihydro-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenylquinazolin-4(IH)-one 3 ([C2oH16O2N2]-C2H5OH, Mr = 362.42) and compound 2-(2-hydroxybenzylidene-amino)-N-phenyl-benzamide 2 (C2oH16O2N2, Mr = 316.34) were prepared from a precursor of 2-amino-N-phenyl-benzamide 1 (C13H12ON2, Mr = 212.25). Compound 3 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group Pbca with a = 1.2889(11), b = 1.6170(14), c = 1.7729(15) nm, V= 3.695(6) nm^3, Z= 8, F(000) = 1536, Mr = 362.42, Dc = 1.303 g/cm^3, μ(MoKa) = 0.087 mm^-1, R = 0.0447 and wR= 0.0879. The crystal structure analysis indicates that the title compound has a two-dimensional network structure formed by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions.     

手性2-氨基-1-苯基乙醇类化合物的不对称合成研究进展

对近年来手性2-氨基-1-苯基乙醇类药物的不对称合成方法进行了总结和概述. 重点介绍了不对称氢化、CBS还原、不对称Henry反应等新方法在2-氨基-1-苯基乙醇类药物如R-沙丁胺醇、R-沙美特罗和D-索他洛尔等合成中的应用.     

番红花红T与表面活性剂的作用及其在标记DNA中的应用

对阳离子染料番红花红Ｔ（ＳＴ）在阴离子表面活性剂存在时的溶液状态的吸收光谱和荧光光谱进行了研究。结果表明，低浓度阴离子表面活性剂与ＳＴ形成缔合物，导致ＳＴ的吸收与荧光强度降低；增大表面活性剂的浓度，其分子胶束前预聚集促使染料形成非荧光二聚体，导致荧光急剧猝灭，吸收光谱出现新的特征吸收峰；当表面活性剂浓度大于临界胶束浓度（ＣＭＣ）时，染料二聚体离解，ＳＴ单体增溶于胶团中形成新的高量子产率荧光体。本文     

Theory on the molecular characteristic contour (II)--Molecular intrinsic characteristic contours of several typical organic molecules

The molecular intrinsic characteristic contour (MICC) is defined based on the classical turning point of electron movement in a molecule. Three typical organic molecules, I.e. Methane, methanol and formic acid, were employed as examples for detailed introduction of our method. Investigations on the cross-sections of MICC provide important information about atomic size changing in the process of forming molecules. The electron density distributions on the MICCs of these molecules were calculated and shown for the first time. Results showed that the electron density distribution on the MICC correlates closely with molecular chemical properties, and it provides a new insight into molecular boundary.     

General combinatorics of RNA hairpins and cloverleaves

For an abstract single-strand RNA, a combinatorial analysis is given for two important structures, hairpins and cloverleaves. The total number of hairpins and cloverleaves of a given length with minimal hairpin loop length m(m > 0) and with minimal stack length l(l > 0) is computed, under the assumption that all base pairs can occur.
