两性树脂解吸动力学的研究──温度对扩散系数的影响

本文采用浅床法对阳离子在弱酸强碱两性树脂相内的扩散速度进行了研究。发现温度升高 ,其粒内扩散系数增大 ,离子价态越高 ,扩散过程的活化能就越大 ,表明温度的改变对高价阳离子的扩散速度的影响更显著     

LC–MS/MS method for the simultaneous determination of ethyl gallate and its major metabolite in rat plasma

A simple, rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectroscopy (LC–MS/MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of ethyl gallate, a pharmacologically active constituent isolated from Lagerstroemia speciosa (Linn.) Pers. This method was used to examine the pharmacokinetics of ethyl gallate and its major metabolite gallic acid in rat plasma using propyl gallate as an internal standard. After precipitation of the plasma proteins with acetonitrile, the analytes were separated on a Zorbax SB‐C₁₈ column (3.5 μm, 2.1 × 50 mm) with an isocratic mobile phase consisted of methanol–acetonitrile–10 mM ammonium acetate (10 : 25 : 65, v/v/v) containing 0.1% formic acid at a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min. The Agilent G6410A triple quadrupole LC/MS system was operated under the multiple‐reaction monitoring mode using the electrospray ionization technique in negative mode. The lower limits of quantification of gallic acid and ethyl gallate of the method were 0.5 and 1.0 ng/mL. The intra‐day and inter‐day accuracy and precision of the assay were less than 8.0%. Synthesis and characterization of green to orange electroluminescent copolymers derived from fluorene and 2,3-dimethylnaphthalopyrazine

Series of high molecular weight, readily soluble copolymers were synthesized by Suzuki palladium catalyzed coupling reaction from 9,9-dioctylfluorene and 2,3-dimethylnaphthopyrazine. The absorption, electrochemical and photoluminescence properties of the copolymers were studied. The external electrolu-minescence efficiencies in the devices of configuration indium-tin oxide/polyethylenedioxythiophene-polystyrene sulfonic acid/poly(fluorene-naphthopyrazine)/barium/aluminium varied with the copolymers composition, and the electroluminescence emission peaks of the copolymers were red-shifted from 530 nm to 584 nm as 2,3-dimethylnaphthopyrazine mole contents increasing from 0.5% to 30%. The best device performance was observed for devices fabricated with the copolymer of 2,3-dimethylnathphpyrazine 5% mole contents, showed maximum external quantum efficiency of 1.38% and electroluminescence peaks at around 537 nm.     

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF POLY(ARYL ETHER KETONE)FROM 4-(3-PHENYL-4-HYDROXYPHENYL)PHTHALAZINONE

A novel soluble poly(aryl ether ketone) was prepared by the reaction of 4-(3-phenyl-4-hydr-oxyphenyl)phthalazinone with 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone. The polymer was characterized by DSC, TGA andX-ray diffraction.     

中国西北地区沙尘暴的发生规律研究

借助MATLAB软件,根据中国西北地区六个省份1981～2005年沙尘暴发生天数、月平均风速、大风发生天数、月平均气温、月降水量、月平均相对湿度的统计数据,研究中国西北地区沙尘暴的区域分布和时间分布规律及其与气象因子的关系.方差分析结果表明:西北地区沙尘暴危害程度省份差异不显著,不同观测站所在地沙尘暴危害程度的差异显著,不同月份沙尘暴危害程度的差异也显著;聚类分析结果表明:拐子湖等站点所在地受沙尘暴危害最严重,各年4月份受沙尘暴危害最严重,北京地区8月份几乎不发生沙尘暴;相关分析结果表明:西北地区沙尘暴的气候影响因子为月平均风速、月大风发生天数和月相对湿度.由回归分析得到,沙尘暴每月发生天数y随月份t的变化规律为正态分布.研究结果可供有关部门参考.     

Potassium bromide catalyzed NS bond formation via oxidative dehydrogenation

N-Substituted benzo[d]isothiazol-3(2H)-ones are a family of compounds with extremely important application. Recently, we have developed a new green pathway to synthesize these compounds via potassium bromide-catalyzed intramolecular oxidative dehydrogenative cyclization. This reaction has high functional group tolerance and affords excellent yield even in gram scale.
