对硫酸盐-氯化物电解液中电沉积富铁Fe-Ni合金箔的工艺进行了研究,讨论了电解液组成、电流密度、温度及pH值等因素与合金箔组成之间的相互关系,得到了制备富铁合金箔的最佳镀液组成及工艺条件,并通过实验确定在阴阳极比为1:2时,镍铁联合阳极配比为1.5:1.通过扫描电镜,能谱和X-衍射对富铁Fe-Ni合金箔的形貌及结构进行分析表明合金箔晶粒细致,尺寸均匀,结构紧密,表面光滑平整,无孔洞和裂纹,晶粒结构为(111),(200),(311)及(222)织构,并表现为较强的(111)择优取向.  相似文献

An artificial membrane consisting of pricramic acid in nitrobenzene was used as an oil phase imposed between two aqueous phases. The right one contained trimethyl-slearylammonium chloride and aicohol; and the left contained sucrose solution (or H_2O). We found that this system exhibited rhythmic oscillation of electrical potential. The amplitude of the oscillations was between 20—150 mV. The oscillations were observed even when ethyl alcohol was absent in the aqueous of trimethylslearylammonium Chloride, and the increase in amplitude of oscillation with time was found to be less in the presence of sucrose. Some of the expremental results have been explained.  相似文献

 Living tissues work with fantastic functions in soft and wet gel-like state. Thus, hydrogels have attracted much attention as excellent soft & wet materials, suitable for making artificial organs for medical treatments.However, conventional hydrogels are mechanically too weak for practical uses. We have created double network (DN) hydrogels with extremely high mechanical strength in order to overcome this problem. DN gels are interpenetrating network (IPN) hydrogels consisting of rigid polyelectrolyte and soft neutral polymer. Their excellent mechanical properties cannot be explained by the standard fracture theories. In this paper, we discuss about the toughening mechanism of DN gels in accordance with their characteristic behavior, such as large hysteresis and necking phenomenon. We also describe the results on tissue engineering application of DN gels.  相似文献

The monodisperse, porous poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads of 7.9 microm were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. The seed particles prepared by dispersion polymerization exhibited good absorption of the monomer phase. Based on this media, a weak cation-exchange (WCX) stationary phase for HPLC was synthesized by a new chemically modified method. The prepared resin has advantages of biopolymer separation, high column efficiency, low column backpressure, high protein mass recovery, and good resolution for proteins. The dynamic protein-loading capacity of the synthesized WCX packings was 18.2 mg/g. Five proteins were separated in 3.0 min using the synthesized WCX stationary phase. The experimental results show that the obtained WCX resin has very weak hydrophobicity. The WCX resin was also used for the rapid separation and purification of lysozyme from egg white in 5.0 min with only one step. The purity and specific bioactivity of the purified lysozyme were found to be more than 93% and 70 245 U/mg, respectively.  相似文献

曾研究了Cu/Cr二元催化剂上甲醇部分氧化制氢的反应,发现当Cu/Cr比为6:4时,催化剂的Cu^0比表面积最大,呈现出较好的活性。在Cu/Cr(6:4)催化剂中添加Fe,Zn,Al等8种助剂,考察其对甲醇部分氧化制氢催化性能的影响,并着重研究了Zn助剂的作用。实验结果表明,Zn的引入,有利于催化剂活性的提高。当Zn含量为10%时,催化剂活性最好。XRD表征结果表明,Cu/Cr催化剂的失活与其表面上的Cu物种烧结有关,Zn的引入可明显增强Cu/Cr(6:4)催化剂的热稳定性,提高其寿命。  相似文献

The biamperometry for the direct determination of irreversible redox analytes in flow system has been proposed based on coupling two independent and irreversible couples to form the biamperometric detection scheme. In this work, the method is studied both theoretically and experimentally. Equations describing the current–voltage characteristics and the current–concentration relationship are presented. The influence of the applied potential difference (ΔE) and the half-wave potential difference (ΔE1/2) between two irreversible couples on the method are discussed. It shows that small ΔE1/2 is favorable to construct the biamperometric detection system and to achieve high sensitivity and selectivity. Increasing ΔE leads to an increase in sensitivity. This is, however, accompanied by a decrease in selectivity and signal-to-noise ratio. To construct the biamperometric scheme for the irreversible systems with large ΔE1/2, two approaches, adjusting acidity of supporting electroyte or adding new irreversible couple, are proposed by taking uric acid/platinum oxide and phenol/permanganate systems as examples. Uric acid and phenol are, respectively, detected in a flow injection system with a biamperometric detector.  相似文献
