首先给出了有限混合Erlang分布在正实数轴上所有概率分布中稠密的理论证明,进而给出了混合Gamma分布具有稠密性的结论,说明有限混合Gamma分布具有广泛的适用性,可以用来刻画正实数轴上的任意随机变量.     

Evaluation of gap length fluctuation with harmonic analysis method

Gap length (GL) of reading head is one of the most critical parameters for high-density magnetic recording systems. A novel method is proposed for quantitative evaluation of the GL fluctuation among a batch of magneto-resistive/giant magneto-resistive heads with same structure design. The method works at head-gimbal assembly level and the evaluation can be done with any read/write analysis equipment. The testing process is based on harmonic analysis of the readback signal. The testing system consists of a selected reference head and sample heads for evaluation. A GL variation function is introduced for the evaluation of GL deviation between the reference head and sample head. This method proved to be easy for implementation and results suggest that variation of GL is considerable and has obvious effect on recording performance in high recording density systems.     

碳化硅压腔和高压下的中子衍射

使用宝石级碳化硅晶体作为压砧材料，成功研制出了碳化硅压腔（MAC），并应用全景式MAC进行了高压下物质的中子衍射实验研究。结果表明，MAC是一种既能产生高的压力又具有大的高压样品室的装置，特别适合于高压下的中子衍射研究。     

含氢硅单晶2210cm-1红外吸收峰本质的理论研究——Ⅰ.振子频率的价键力场计算

本文根据Urey-Bradely 力场的思想,用价键力场的方法对文献[1]中提出的含氢硅单晶中2210cm^-1吸收峰对应的缺陷复合体的两个模型:空位+4H,间隙硅烷,进行了振动频率的计算.在对计算结果和力常数调节合理性分析的基础上,得出了空位+4H模型比较合理的结论.此外还介绍了理论计算揭示的从实验上区分两个模型的可靠途径.     

Solvothermal synthesis of TiO2: anatase nanocrystals and rutile nanofibres from TiCl4 in acetone

This work reports a new synthetic approach for single‐phase TiO₂ nanomaterials by solvothermal treatment of titanium tetrachloride in acetone at 80–110 °C. Small, uniform, and yet size‐tunable (5–10 nm) anatase titania nanocrystallites were obtained using a low concentration of TiCl₄ in acetone (i.e., at molar ratios of TiCl₄/acetone ≤ 1:15) in the temperature range of 80–110 °C, while rutile nanofibers were synthesized using a high concentration of TiCl₄ (e.g., TiCl₄/acetone = 1:10) at 110 °C. Interface solution for writing-induced nano-deformation of slider body

Writing-induced nano-deformation of slider body becomes a big concern when the mechanical spacing between the head and disk is continuously reduced to achieve higher magnetic recording areal density. Reduced head–disk spacing increases the risk of head/disk contact and causes the thermal instability in head–disk interface (HDI). This paper reports authors’ efforts towards exploration of interface solutions for writing-induced instability in ultra-low head–disk spacing magnetic system. Multi-shallow step structure with optimized rail position is analyzed and a new femto slider with such structure is explored. The results of numerical simulation indicate that the multi-shallow step structure is an effective approach in reducing the flying height change caused by the writing-induced nano-deformation of the slider body.     

Bistable Behaviour of N Two-Level Atoms Interacting with the Field inside a High-Q Cavity Containing a Nonlinear Kerr-Like Medium

Taking the intensity-dependent coupling between atoms and cavity mode into account, we investigate a system consisting of N homogeneously broadened two-level atoms interacting with the field inside a single-mode Fabry- Perot cavity containing a nonlinear Kerr-like medium. We derive the steady-state bistable behaviour of the system, and further analyse in details the influence of several critical parameters on the bistable behaviour.     

基于电子商务的集群式供应链跨链库存控制

以电子商务环境下集群式供应链库存控制为对象,建立了时变需求下跨链合作的交叉库存模型,并用H∞控制中抑制外部干扰的对策理论来寻求最优订货策略,以减小库存、订货波动和提高供需网快速响应市场的能力.文中采用对比分析方法分别针对供应链间有合作与无合作情形对模型做了仿真实验,仿真表明,实施H∞控制和交叉紧急库存补充策略可以有效避免货物积压或缺货现象,提高供应链及集群的竞争力.
