后交联型St-DVB大孔吸附树脂对低级醇类的吸附性能研究

分别在静态和动态条件下研究了Friedel—Crafs后交联型聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(St-DVB)大孔吸附树脂对水溶液中多种低级一元醇的吸附性能，测定静态吸附等温线和动态吸附曲线，并分别按照Langmuir和Freundlich模型进行拟合．结果显示，树脂对水中低浓度低级一元醇的吸附过程属于放热的物理吸附过程，树脂吸附能力随着一元醇碳原子数的增加，即分子内疏水基团质量的增加而增加；树脂对直链醇的吸附能力稍强于同分异构的支链醇．     

On the Criteria of Instability for Electrochemical Systems

Both cyclic-voltammetry-based and impedance-based experimental criteria that have been developed recently for the oscillatory electrochemical systems are critically appraised with two typical categories of oscillators.Consistent conclusions can be drawn by the two criteria for the category of oscillators that involve the coupling of charge transfer mainly with surface steps(e.g.ad-and desorption)such as in the electrooxidation of C1 organic molecules.Whereas,impedance-based criterion is not applicable to the category of oscillators that involve the coupling of charge transfer mainly with mass transfer(e.g.diffusion and convection) such as in the Fe(CN)6^3- reduction accompanying periodic hydrogen evolution.The reason is that the negative impedance cannot include the feedback information of convection mass transfer induced by the hydrogen evolution.However,both positive and negative nonlinear feedbacks,i.e., the diffusion-limited depletion and convection-enhanced replenishment of the Fe(CN)6^3- surface concentration,that coexist between the bistability,i.e.,Fe(CN)6^3- reduction with and without hydrogen evolution at lower and higher potential sides respectively,are all reflected in the crossed cyclic voltammogram(CCV).It can be concluded that the voltammetry-based criterion(in time domain)is more intuitive,less time-consuming and has a wider range of applications than the impedancebased one (in frequency domain).     

速霸螨中克螨特和唑螨酯的高效液相色谱分析

采用Hypersil硅胶柱，在流动相为正己烷-四氢呋喃(体积比90：10)，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为230nm，柱温为20℃时，速霸螨中克螨特和唑螨酯得到很好分离；克螨特的平均回收率为100％，标准偏差为0．65g/L，相对标准偏差为0．66％；唑螨酯的平均回收率为98％，标准偏差为0.08g/L，相对标准偏差为0．29％；方法简便、快捷、准确。     

产能约束下的闭环供应链制造商合作策略研究

构建了一个由制造商、回收商和零售商组成的闭环供应链模型,运用Stackelberg博弈对产能约束下制造商的合作策略进行了研究。研究发现:制造商始终有与回收商或零售商合作的经济动机,且当产能较小时,更倾向于与零售商合作;反之,则更倾向与回收商进行合作。此外,相对于无合作模式,不同合作策略对于回收率、供应链整体利润、新产品与再制品总体环境影响程度以及消费者剩余的影响会随着制造商产能大小的变化发生改变,而不同合作策略对于总体环境影响程度的影响与制造商的再制造水平也存在关联。     

增量式Huber-支持向量回归机算法研究

传统的面向支持向量回归的一次性建模算法中样本增加时,均需从头开始学习,而增量式算法可以充分利用上一阶段的学习成果。SVR的增量算法通常基于ε-不敏感损失函数,该损失函数对大的异常值比较敏感,而Huber损失函数对异常值敏感度低。所以在有噪声的情况下,Huber损失函数是比ε-不敏感损失函数更好的选择,在现实情况当中。基于此,本文提出了一种基于Huber损失函数的增量式Huber-SVR算法,该算法能够持续地将新样本信息集成到已经构建好的模型中,而不是重新建模。与增量式ε-SVR算法和增量式RBF算法相比,在对真实数据进行预测建模时,增量式Huber-SVR算法具有更高的预测精度。     

INFLUENCE OF SPIN AND CHARGE FLUCTUATIONS ON THE HIGH-Tc SUPERCONDUCTIVITY

In the framework of the weak coupling theory of superconductivity, we have proved that spin and charge fluctuations in the high-T_c superconductors can pro-duce respectively, pair-breaking and pair-forming effects on the superconductivity resulting from the "generalized BCS mechanism". With the coupling constant for spin fluctuations larger than that for charge fluctuations, they combine to produce a temperature-dependent effective pair-breaking effect, which makes T_c decrease more rapidly than Δ(0), the superconducting gap at T=0, and therefore, enhances the ratio 2Δ(0)/T_c. This provides a reasonable physical interpretation for the relevant experimental results.

ISOLATION,CHARACTERIZATION AND EXPRESSION OF THE COMPLEMENTARY DNA FOR HUMAN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR (TNF-α)

A cDNA for human TNF-α (615bp) was isolated by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) using first strand cDNA from PMA-induced HL-60 cells as template. The result from sequencing the 615 bp cDNA fragment indicated that it corresponded to the entire sequence of mature human TNF coding region. Direct expression of mature human TNF was achieved using a plasmid pHT-1 constructed by ligation of the cDNA and a synthetic DNA. The IPTG-induced bacterial product (hTNF) showed cytotoxicity to mouse L-929 cells. The TNF activity was further identified by neutralization of a specific monoclonal antibody against human TNF-α. Approximately 80,000 units of activity were detected per ml of culture at A600=2.

Ship-in-bottle formation of Ru_3(CO)_(12) in NaY zeolite

NaY zeolite entrapped Ru3(CO)12 cluster has been synthesized from RuCl3 ion-exchanged NaY, which is well characterized by IR and Raman spectroscopies and CO chemisorp-tion. When the Ru3+/NaY sample is heated from 298 K to 393 K for 25 h and for 10 h at 393 K, the sample colour changes from dark to brown-yellow. The in situ infrared spectrum exhibits absorption bands at 2130, 2064, 2040, 2017, 1990, 1953 and 1925 cm-1. The bands at 2130 cm-1 arises from the Runm+(CO)l m =1-3;n = 1 - 3; l = 1-12). The bands at 2064, 2040, 2017 and 1990 cm-1 are proposed to be associated with the Ru3(CO)12/NaY, which are close to Ru3(CO)12 crystalline. Furthermore, the Raman results provide bands at 150 and 185 cm-1, which can be attributed to Ru-Ru bonds of the sample as in the case of Ru3(CO)12 crystalline, for which the A1' Ru-Ru stretching mode is assigned to 185 cm-1 and E1' Ru-Ru stretching mode is assigned to a band at 150 cm-1, respectively.
