C2（a 3Πu）+NO 的反应机理研究

在G2 (CC ,MP2 )理论水平上研究了C2 (a3 Πu)自由基与NO分子的反应 .计算了反应体系最低二重态势能面上各驻点的构型参数、振动频率和能量 ,揭示了此反应存在两种反应机理 :由NO中的O原子进攻C2 自由基形成CCON中间体的CCON机理和NO中的N进攻C2 自由基形成CCNO中间体的CCNO机理 ,分析了对应与这两种反应机理的五个可能的反应通道 ,得出了由NO中的N原子进攻3 C2 自由基 ,生成中间体CCNO自由基 ,最终得到产物CN +CO的通道是最有利的通道 .     

Characteristics and structures of weak efficient surfaces of production possibility sets

This paper studies the characteristics and structure of the weak surface of the production possibility set. We apply techniques and methods of transferring a polyhedral cone from its intersection form to its sum form, identify an intersection representation of the production possibility set. We give the structure theorem of weak surface of the production possibility set, which includes three complementary slackness conditions. We define the input weak efficiency and output weak efficiency for different DEA models according to the representation of the intersection form. It investigates the characteristics of the weak surfaces, and proves the structure theorems of input weak DEA efficiency and output weak DEA efficiency. The structure theorems establish weighted combination of inputs and outputs that are weak DEA efficient. Numerical examples are provided for illustration.     

良序套张量积的代数中的强不可约算子

设Ｈ为复的可分无限维Ｈｉｌｂｅｒｔ空间，称有界线性算子Ｔ为强不可约的，如果与Ｔ可交换的幂等算子只有０和Ｉ．王宗尧、蒋春澜、纪有清等人证明了在任何一个套的套代数中都存在大量的强不可约算子，并且找到了它们的酉轨道闭包．本文考虑有限个套的张量积的代数中强不可约算子的存在性问题。证明了：对复平面上任何一个连通完备集σ、总存在一个对角算子Ｎ和它的一个范数可以任意小的紧摄动Ｔ＝Ｘ＋Ｋ，使得Ｔ是一个强不可约算子、Ｔ在有限个良序套的张量积的代数中，并且σ（Ｔ）＝σｌｒｅ（Ｔ）＝σ（Ｎ）＝σｌｒｅ（Ｎ）＝σ进一步，文章还对具有单点谱的算子和良序套与正交补为良序套的张量积的代数进行了讨论，得到了一些结果．     

Thermal conductance for single wall carbon nanotubes

We report a theoretical analysis of the phonon thermal conductance, κ(T), for single wall carbon nanotubes (SWCN). In a range of low temperatues up to 100 K, κ(T) of perfect SWCN is found to increase with temperature, approximately, in a parabolic fashion. This is qualitatively consistent with recent experimental measurements where the tube-tube interactions are negligibly weak. When the carbon-carbon bond length is slightly varied, κ(T) is found to be qualitatively unaltered which implies that the anharmonic effect does not change the qualitative behavior of κ(T). 红外光谱中溶剂效应机理初探——配位机制的提出

本文就红外光谱中溶剂效应机理提出了溶质和溶剂分子间的瞬时配位作用机制，认为同－溶质在不同溶剂中的振动波数不同，是由于这种瞬时配位作用改变了溶质价电子运动状态所致。据此提出了溶剂效砂的定量关系式，测定了七种溶剂配位效应常数。用这一套经验参数处理了几种取代苯甲酸的羰基伸缩振动的溶剂效应，得较好的线性关系。还发现羰基的振动波数与取代基的Ｈａｍｍｅｔｔ常数σ之间，羰基伸缩振动对溶剂效应的敏感度与σ之间，Ｈ     

三角帆蚌对水体Cr,Pb和Cd的净化与吸收

三角帆蚌（Hyriopsis cumingii Lea）对水体Cr,Pb,Cd污染有明显的净化能力，持续处理12d，能使水体Cr,Pb,Cd含量分别下降83％，77．6％和72％。蚌体的斧足、鳃、外磁膜、体表粘液、肝脏、肠道和生殖腺等组织对3种污染物的吸收和富集作用不尽相同，其中分别以体表粘液、鳃和肝脏最为显著。3种污染物进入蚌体的速度很快，其组织吸收量一般在第3天即可达到较高水平。进入蚌体的污染物，可在组织转移和重新分布。研究结果为生物治理Cr,Pb,Cd等重金属污染积累了资料。     

居民收入和消费预测的灰理论方法

阐述灰色模型GM(1,1)建立及检验的基本理论和方法.并依据2000年—2005年浙江农村居民人均纯收入和人均生活消费数据,利用GM(1,1)模型建模方法,对“十一五”期间浙江农民的纯收入和生活消费进行了预测.     

衍射辐射及其在电子束诊断中的应用

衍射辐射是由于运动的带电粒子遇到随空间变化的电介质而由感应电流产生的一种辐射. 衍射辐射由于其非阻拦性, 多参数性, 可在线性, 非常适合下一代对撞机和第四代光源的电子束诊断. 简要介绍了其物理机制, 系统的讨论了其在电子束诊断中的应用.     

On the uniqueness of the foliation of spheres of constant mean curvature in asymptotically flat 3-manifolds

In this note we study constant mean curvature surfaces in asymptotically flat 3-manifolds. We prove that, outside a given compact subset in an asymptotically flat 3-manifold with positive mass, stable spheres of given constant mean curvature are unique. Therefore we are able to conclude that the foliation of stable spheres of constant mean curvature in an asymptotically flat 3-manifold with positive mass outside a given compact subset is unique.

     

The Generalized West Decomposition of Operators and Other Compact Perturbation Problems

This paper introduces the concept of the generalized Riesz operators and the concept of the generalized West decomposition of a general operator which generalizes the definition of the West decomposition of Riesz operators, and proves that the following three statements are equivalent on a general Banach space： （a） Every generalized Riesz operator has the generalized West decomposition; （b） Every operator makes strong Stampfli theorem true; Every operator has Apostol＇s compact correction.
