偶氮苯化合物的合成及在新体系催化光度分析中的应用

研究了催化光度法分析指示物的合成 ,探讨了在硫酸介质中铜 (Ⅱ )催化抗坏血酸和 3 甲基 4 氨基 4′ 硝基偶氮苯的还原褪色反应 ,优化了反应条件 ,建立了一种高选择性的测定痕量铜的新方法 ,方法的检出限为 4 8× 10 - 2 μg·L- 1 。用于人发样及铝合金样中铜的测定 ,结果满意。     

光纤陀螺信号处理中SLD驱动电路设计

光纤陀螺用光源要求输出功率高、相干性低、稳定性好，超辐射发光二极管（SLD）是能满足这些要求的理想光源，目前国内光纤陀螺用的光源基本上主要选择超辐射发光二极管（SLD），从工程实际应用出发，介绍了超辐射发光二极管（SLD）驱动电路设计，以此来提高光纤陀螺性能。     

SPECIFIC HEAT OF A HEISENBERG SYSTEM WITH FINITE SIZE

Based upon the spin wave theory, the influence of the size of a three-dimensional Heisenberg system on its thermodynamic properties was studied. It is found that the specific heat increases due to the finite size and free surface of the system. For a magnetic film with finite thickness, the interaction of spin waves was also discussed. There exist three additional scattering processes, namely, the scattering between spin waves with wave-vectors parallel to the surface of the film (two-dimensional spin wave), the scattering between two and three-dimensional waves, and the scattering between those waves with the same component in the direction along the thickness of the film. As a result, the T⁴ term, arising from the coupling of spin waves, in the expression of the specific heat of the system, splite into three parts proportional to T^5/2,T^7/2 and T⁴, respectively. Here T is the temperature.     

灰色模型的最优化及其参数的直接求法

基于灰色模型的内涵表达式和白化方程响应式均为等比级数的观点,提出了一种不用求ago值、均值,不涉及灰色微分方程,白化微分方程概念,直接求灰色模型参数a,c的方法,通过此方法建立的新模型不仅从理论上可保证是在满足给定评价标准为模拟绝对误差平方和最小(或模拟相对误差平方和最小)、给定精度条件下的最优化模型,从而结束了灰色模型只有更优,没有最优的历史.并从理论上证明了新模型具有白化指数律重合性、白化系数律重合性,伸缩变换一致性.最后通过实例编程验证该方法具有可操作性,且预测精度高,效果好.     

Modulation Frequency Multiplexed Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy System for Simultaneous CO, CO2 Measurements

A modulation frequency multiplexed dual diode-laser system is developed for simultaneous detection of the two most common fire gas products CO and CO2. Simultaneous detection is achieved by modulating each laser at different frequencies, demodulating the signal by a pair of lock-in amplifiers for each gas. Laser beams are combined and detected by one detector after passing through an identical optical path. The experimental results show little performance degradation associated with modulation frequency multiplexing, and no cross-talk between the two multiplexed detection channels is measured.

PINNING EFFECT OF LEAD LANTHANUM TITANATE THIN FILMS DEPOSITED ON DIFFERENT SUBSTRATES

Pinning effect of lead lanthanum titanate (PLT) ferroelectric thin films with excess PbO of 20 mol% has been studied for deposition on diffe rent substrates. Silicon, sapphire and quartz were used as substrates on which P t/Ti or LaNiO₃ thin films were deposited as bottom electrodes. Electron probe analysis results showed that there was still a certain amount of excess Pb in PLT films after annealing at 550 ℃ for 1 h, and the amount of it was dependent on the substrate used. The distribution of excess Pb in the films was investig ated by Auger electron spectroscopy depth profile. It was shown that the substrates and the bottom electrodes had significant effects on the content and distrib ution of excess Pb in PLT films. The excess Pb and its accumulation at the inter face between the film and bottom electrode may act as pinning centers and have a pinning effect on domains, which can be observed by abnormal P-E hysteresis loops and abnormal C-V curves. The excess Pb content in the films and the accumulation of Pb at the interface were high in PLT films deposited on Pt/Ti/S i, and considerable pinning effect was observed. As LaNiO₃ would absorb most part of the excess Pb in PLT films, the content of excess Pb in the films deposited on LaNiO₃/Si was very low and the pinning effect was hardly observed.     

p-τ值对COIL的影响的实验研究

 实验研究了单重态氧发生器（SOG）的p-τ值，即初始氯气分压与停留时间的乘积，对化学氧碘激光器（COIL）的影响，并分析了诸多实验因素对SOG的p-τ值的影响。对于提高COIL的化学效率具有很重要的实际意义。     

HL-2A װ��MW ������������ϵͳ��˿��Դ�����������

The main circuit topology, control hardware and control sequence of the cathode filament power supply for the HL-2A neutral beam heating system was introduced. Feedback control simulation of main circuit of filament power supply is carried out through MATLAB simulation software. It is found that the ripple factor is about 1%when the current is about 1000A, and the ripple coefficient increases to 3% when the current drops to 200A. Without the AC filter reactor in series L₁ and parallel harmonic filter LC in the low level control cabinet, the output current ripple coefficient becomes larger obviously. It shows that L₁ and LC not only absorb harmonic current, but also filter the chopper waveform after AC voltage regulation to make the output waveform smoother.     

ZI纵向计数数据模型的影响分析

基于EM算法和Laplace逼近, 本文给出了研究ZI (即含0较多的)纵向计数数据模型的影响分析方法. 为了识别含0较多的分组计数数据中的强影响点, 本文将ZI纵向数据模型中取值为0的数据赋予一定的权重; 而把随机效应看作缺失数据; 在此基础上引入EM算法, 从而应用完全数据对数似然函数的条件期望以及相应的$Q$距离函数进行影响分析; 并进一步应用Laplace逼近方法简化EM算法中的积分计算. 在此基础上, 基于数据删除模型和局部影响分析方法导出了适用于ZI纵向计数数据模型的诊断统计量. 本文也通过实际计数数据的例子验证了诊断统计量的有效性.
