In this paper, we have studied submanifolds especially, totally umbilical submanifolds of generalized \((k,\mu )\)-space-forms. We have found a necessary and sufficient condition for such submanifolds to be either invariant or anti-invariant. It is also shown that every totally umbilical submanifold of a generalized \((k,\mu )\)-space-form is a pseudo quasi-Einstein manifold. 相似文献

ZnO nanostructures, with a rich collection of morphologies and spatial organizations useful in a variety of important applications, have been synthesized mainly via solution- and gas-phase approaches. Here we report a simple calcination to convert self-assembled nanosheets of hydrated ZnO, each about 50 nm thick, to ordered ZnO nanorods (approximately 200 nm in diameter and approximately 4 microm in length) on glass substrates or on ZnO microcrystals through a quick calcination at 400 degrees C in air. This work is among the first using a pure solid-state transformation to convert one ordered precursory nanostructure to another with different morphology and spatial organization. Both the ordered nanorods and the self-assembled nanosheets could be useful in important applications including catalysis, sensing, gas storage, and drug delivery. 相似文献

Abstract In this article, we have designed a microstructure fiber, which consists of elliptical air holes at the core region. We have investigated its optical properties using finite difference time domain method. The fundamental mode of the proposed microstructure fiber can induce very high birefringence. It has been realized that the value of birefringence is mainly decided by the shape of the air holes present in the first and second rings. The zero dispersion wavelengths of both fast and slow axes have been shifted to 0.64 micrometer. The proposed birefringent microstructure fiber may be useful in optical communication and sensors. 相似文献

Zusammenfassung Die 8- und 9-gliedrigen Thia-cycloalkane und die dimeren 14-, 16- und 18-gliedrigen Ringsulfide wurden aus den entsprechenden ,-Dibromalkanen und Natriumsulfid in hochverdünnter alkoholischer Lösung erstmalig dargestellt und charakterisiert. Die Beweisführung für die Struktur der Monomeren erfolgte durch Ringspaltung mit Methyljodid und Identifizierung der entstandenen ,-Dijodalkane.Es wird gezeigt, daß die Ringspaltungsmethode mit Methyljodid unter Herauslösung der gesamten C-Kette auch auf gewisse gesättigte O- und N-Heterocyclen anwendbar ist. Tetrahydrofuran, 1,6-Epoxyhexan und 1,4-Dioxan sowie der Trimethyleniminring werden sämtlich in verschiedenem Ausmaß gespalten, nicht aber die Polymethylenimine mit 4 bis 7 C-Atomen. Im spirocyclischen N,N-Hexamethylen-piperidiniumjodid wird jedoch der 7-gliedrige Ring gesprengt. Piperazin wird nicht angegriffen, wohingegen die Ringhomologen, 1,5-Diaza-cyclooctan und 1,10-Diaza-cyclooctadecan der Spaltung zugänglich sind.Soweit untersucht, werden Benzoyl und p-Toluolsulfonyl am Stickstoff allgemein durch Methyl verdrängt, p-Nitrophenyl und o,p-Dinitrophenyl werden aber nicht ausgetauscht.Mit 4 Abbildungen. 相似文献

The hydrogel consisting of an oligomeric electrolyte, poly[pyridinium-1,4-diyl-iminocarbonyl-1,4-phenylenemethylene chloride] ( 1-Cl) underwent self-healing at temperatures lower than its gelation temperature after destruction of the gel network in a shear flow. The self-healing mechanism was investigated by rheological measurements on three different kinds of gels including a low-molecular weight organogelator and a polymeric hydrogelator. Although all of the three gels exhibited thermo-reversible hysteresis loops in the shear moduli, only 1-Cl hydrogel recovered its mechanical properties after vigorous agitation. It is conjectured that the self-healing is due to formation of network structure via a chlorine ion mediated hydrogen bond for which the activation energy is on the order of 10 kJ/mol. 相似文献

A novel and efficient approach to ortho‐trialkylstannyl arylphosphanes by the reaction of arynes generated in situ with stannylated phosphanes (R3Sn? PR2) is described. Concurrent C? P and C? Sn bond formation occurs with high yields, and stannylated products are easily transformed into valuable ortho‐substituted arylphosphanes.
