具p-Laplacian算子型奇异方程组边值问题正解的存在性

本文讨论了一类具p-Laplacian算子型奇导方程组边值问题(φp(x'))'+α1(t),f(x(t),y(t))=0,(φp(y'))'+α2(t)g(x(t),y(t))=0,x(0)-β1x'(0)=0,x(1)+δ1x'(1)=0,y(0)-β2Y'(0)=0,y(1)+δ2y'(1)=0正解的存在性,其中φp(x)=|x|p-2x,p>1.通过使用不动点指数定理,在适当的条件下,建立了这类奇异方程组边值问题存在一个或者多个正解的充分条件.这些结果能用来研究椭圆型方程组边值问题径向对称解的存在性.     

A High Revolution Speed Noncontact Ultrasonic Motor Driven by a Non-Symmetrical Electrode

胱氨酸修饰面包酵母对直接蓝的吸附行为

用胱氨酸对面包酵母表面进行修饰制成生物吸附剂,以戊二醛为交联剂,研究了该吸附剂对直接蓝的吸附性能、特征及其影响因素.实验结果表明,温度45 ℃,pH 1.0～5.0,吸附时间2 h是修饰酵母对直接蓝吸附的最佳条件.吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,吸附模式为Langmuir单分子层吸附,修饰酵母和未修饰酵母的吸附速度分别为500,238 mg·g-1·h-1;吸附容量分别为65,57 mg·g-1.     

Relative K-stability and modified K-energy on toric manifolds

In this paper, we give a sufficient condition for both the relative K-stability and the properness of modified K-energy associated to Calabi's extremal metrics on toric manifolds. In addition, several examples of toric manifolds which satisfy the sufficient condition are presented.     

Effect of molecular weight of macro‐iniferter on electro‐optical properties of polymer dispersed liquid crystal films prepared by iniferter polymerization

Polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) films were prepared by a devised method, in which photo‐polymerization induced phase separation in a mixtures of a macro‐iniferter, methyl acrylater, and liquid crystal. The morphology of the obtained PDLC films was examined on a polarized optical microscopy, and the effect of molecular weight of MIs on the electro‐optical properties was deliberately investigated. Decreasing the molecular weight of MIs in the films led to formation of larger liquid crystal droplets and a lower V_th values. V_sat increased and the memory effect decreased because of the increased interface anchoring strength induced by the higher molecular weight of polymer matrices. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Copolymerization of(10-oxo-10-hydro-9-oxa-10λ~5-phospha-phenanthrene-10-yl)-methyl acrylate with styrene

光激电流谱的测试

用光激瞬态电流谱ＯＴＣＳ（ｏｐｉｔａｌｔｒａｎｓｉｔｉｏｎｃｕｎｅｎｔｓｐｅｃｔｒｏｓｃｏｐｙ）方法对ＩｎＰ∶Ｆｅ进行了初步测试。目的是研究半绝缘ＩｎＰ∶Ｆｅ中的深能级，了解其作为光电器件、高速器件衬底的稳定性。在低温下，用强光发现半绝缘ＩｎＰ∶Ｆｅ中存在两深能级，分别是ＥＴ＝０．３４ｅＶ的电子陷阱和ＥＴ＝１．１３ｅＶ的空穴陷阱。     

超低密度SiO2气凝胶的制备及成型研究

 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源，采用酸碱二步催化溶胶-凝胶法，结合超临界干燥技术制备了超低密度SiO₂气凝胶,最低密度为3.4 mg/cm³；进一步结合成型工艺，在解决了模具设计和脱模技术后制备了具有不同密度的柱状和微型套筒样品，密度10～50 mg/cm³。研究了水、催化剂、稀释剂对二步溶胶-凝胶过程的影响，获得了制备低密度SiO₂气凝胶的最佳条件。利用扫描电镜、孔径分布及比表面积测试仪等对SiO₂气凝胶微结构进行了研究。结果表明，获得的超低密度SiO₂气凝胶具有较好的纳米网络，平均孔径18.9 nm，还具有高比表面积898 9 m²/g。
