The structures of new neo-lignans, isoamericanol A (1) and americanol A (2) isolated from the seeds of Phytolacca americana have been elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and then confirmed by chemical correlation with the previously known isoamericanin A (3) and americanin A (4). Isoamericanol A, americanol A, and americanin A have been found to enhance choline acetyltransferase activity at 10(-5) M in a cultured neuronal cell system derived from fetal rat hemisphere.  相似文献

The reaction of Co(NO3)2·6H2O with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3btc, trimesic acid) in DMF at 100 °C afforded the coordination polymer [Co3(dmf)6(btc)(Hbtc)(H2btc)]··9H2O (1) (dmf is N,N′-dimethylformamide, DMF). According to the X-ray diffraction study, the metal-organic coordination polymer is composed of planar honeycomb (6,3) networks, in which the organic benzenetricarboxylate anions and the inorganic Co2+ cations play a role of three-connected nodes. Disordered water molecules are intercalated between the layers. A study of the magnetic properties showed the presence of a weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the Co2+ ions (S = 3/2). 1,4,5,8-Naphthalenediimides (NDIs) are widely used motifs to design multichromophoric architectures due to their ease of functionalisation, their high oxidative power and the stability of their radical anion. The NDI building block can be incorporated in supramolecular systems by either core or imide functionalization. We report on the charge-transfer dynamics of a series of electron donor–acceptor dyads consisting of a NDI chromophore with one or two donors linked at the axial, imide position. Photo-population of the core-centred π–π* state is followed by ultrafast electron transfer from the electron donor to the NDI. Due to a solvent dependent singlet–triplet equilibrium inherent to the NDI core, both singlet and triplet charge-separated states are populated. We demonstrate that long-lived charge separation in the triplet state can be achieved by controlling the mutual orientation of the donor–acceptor sub-units. By extending this study to a supramolecular NDI-based cage, we also show that the triplet charge-separation yield can be increased by tuning the environment.

Ultrafast electron transfer from singlet and triplet excited states in equilibrium results in the population of both singlet and triplet charge-separated states.  相似文献

Active hydrogen compounds such as hydroquinone (HQ), cyclohexanone (CH), acetophenone (AP), and 4,4′-methylene bis-N-methylaniline (MNA) polymerized with formaldehyde (F) and secondary diamines to produce Mannich base polyamine polymers. The HQ-containing polymers were oxidized to benzoquinone (BQ)-containing polymers and their redox properties were investigated in the desulfurization of hydrogen sulfide.  相似文献

For the conductometric titration of fluoride with calcium acetate, solvent system in sample solution and titrant, concentration, and acidity of sample solution were examined to establish the titration conditions. Results of these examinations were transferred to the microdetermination of fluorine in organic compounds using oxygen flask combustion method.Comparative examination between quartz and Pyrex flasks for the combustion of fluorine samples indicated that good results were obtained by the use of the former flask, whereas the use of the latter one gave negative values of 1.0–1.6% due to the formation of boron fluoride during the combustion.  相似文献

The reaction of (p‐MeOC6H4)2TeO with two equivalents of HO3SCF3 and HO2PPh2 provided the tetraorganoditelluroxanes (F3CSO3)(p‐MeOC6H4)2TeOTe(p‐MeOC6H4)2(O3SCF3) ( 1 ) and (Ph2PO2)(p‐MeOC6H4)2TeOTe(p‐MeOC6H4)2(O2PPh2)·2 Ph2PO2H ( 2 ) in good yields. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by solution and solid‐state 31P and 125Te NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, electrospray mass spectrometry, conductivity measurements and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. In solution, compound 1 undergoes an electrolytic dissociation and reversibly reacts with traces of water to give the mononuclear cation [(p‐MeOC6H4)2TeOH]+ and triflate anions. Theoretical aspects of the protonation and hydration of model telluroxanes R2TeO (R = H, Me, Ph) were investigated by preliminary DFT calculations and compared to the corresponding selenoxanes R2SeO. The tellurium dihydroxides R2Te(OH)2 seem to be more stable than the hydrogen‐bonded complexes R2TeO·H2O.  相似文献

Excited states of free-base porphyrin isomers, porphycene (Pc), corrphycene (Cor), and hemiporphycene (hPc), were studied by the Symmetry-Adapted Cluster (SAC)/SAC-Configuration Interaction (CI) method. The absorption peaks of the porphyrin isomers were assigned on the basis of the SAC-CI spectra. The X, Y, X', and Y' bands of the porphyrin isomers, which have weak intensities, are identified. The differences in the Q-band absorptions among the isomers were clearly explained by the four-orbital model. In Cor and hPc, the wave function of the B-band corresponds to the mixture of the four-orbital excitations and the optically forbidden excitation of free-base porphin (P), due to the molecular symmetry lowering in the isomers. The B-band character is described by the five-orbital model in Pc and the six-orbital model in Cor and hPc. Two tetrazaporphycenes and two ring-extended (dibenzo) porphycenes were designed, and the Q-band transition moment was successfully controlled. These examples show that the control of the four-orbital energy levels is the guiding principle for pigment design in porphyrin compounds.  相似文献
