Stereoselective synthesis of Baylis-Hillman-type adducts via allenolates generated by acyl migration
[reaction: see text] The rearrangement of the carbamoyl group in allenyl carbamate 1 in the presence of n-BuLi in situ generates the allenolate 3, which is subsequently intercepted with aromatic aldehydes furnishing (Z)- or (E)-configured Baylis-Hillman-type adducts 4 or 5. Sol–gel route was employed to grow polycrystalline thin films of Li-doped ZnO thin films (Zn1-xLixO, x=0.15). Polycrystalline films were obtained at a growth temperature of 400–500 °C. Ferroelectricity in Zn0.85Li0.15O was verified by examining the temperature variation of the real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant, and from the
C–V measurements. The phase transition temperature was found to be 330 K. The room-temperature dielectric constant and dissipation
factor were 15.5 and 0.09 respectively, at a frequency of 100 kHz. The films exhibited well-defined hysteresis loop, and the
values of spontaneous polarization (Ps) and coercive field were 0.15 μC/cm2 and 20 kV/cm, respectively, confirming the presence of ferroelectricity.

A simple and rapid new dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction technique (DLLME) coupled with gas chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometric detection (GC-MS) was developed for the extraction and analysis of triazine herbicides from water samples. In this method, a mixture of 12.0 microL chlorobenzene (extraction solvent) and 1.00 mL acetone (disperser solvent) is rapidly injected by syringe into the 5.00 mL water sample containing 4% (w/v) sodium chloride. In this process, triazines in the water sample are extracted into the fine droplets of chlorobenzene. After centrifuging for 5 min at 6000 rpm, the fine droplets of chlorobenzene are sedimented in the bottom of the conical test tube (8.0+/-0.3 microL). The settled phase (2.0 microL) is collected and injected into the GC-MS for separation and determination of triazines. Some important parameters, viz, type of extraction solvent, identity and volume of disperser solvent, extraction time, and salt effect, which affect on DLLME were studied. Under optimum conditions the enrichment factors and extraction recoveries were high and ranged between 151-722 and 24.2-115.6%, respectively. The linear range was wide (0.2-200 microg L(-1)) and the limits of detection were between 0.021 and 0.12 microg L(-1) for most of the analytes. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) for 5.00 microg L(-1) of triazines in water were in the range of 1.36-8.67%. The performance of the method was checked by analysis of river and tap water samples, and the relative recoveries of triazines from river and tap water at a spiking level of 5.0 microg L(-1) were 85.2-114.5% and 87.8-119.4%, respectively. This method was also compared with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and hollow fiber protected liquid-phase microextraction (HFP-LPME) methods. DLLME is a very simple and rapid method, requiring less than 3 min. It also has high enrichment factors and recoveries for the extraction of triazines from water. 相似文献

An efficient and recyclable homogeneous catalyst is developed using commercially cheap l-proline and melamine for the synthesis of chromenes and spirochromenes (spirooxindoles) via multicomponent reactions at room temperature. Systematic studies were conducted in order to achieve desired reactivity and recyclability of the catalyst using various α-amino acids and aromatic amines as donor-acceptor pairs. Among the screened combinations, l-proline and melamine (3:1 ratio; 3 mol% on total weight) was found to be best catalyst to give the desired products with excellent yields (up to 99%) in very short times (1–15 min) at room temperature in DMSO as solvent. The catalyst was recovered by adding EtOAc and reused up to 5 cycles without losing the catalytic activity. 相似文献

The intermediates, 2‐[3‐methyl‐5‐[(E)‐2‐aryl‐1‐ethenyl]‐4‐isoxazolyl(2‐oxo‐2‐arylethyl)amino]‐1‐aryl‐1‐ethanones 3 , were prepared by the reaction of 4‐amino‐3‐methyl‐5‐styrylisoxazole 1 , with phenacylbromides 2 in ethanol in the presence of K2CO3. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h , 3i , 3j , 3k , 3l and 5a , 5b , 5c , 5d , 5e , 5f , 5g , 5h , 5i , 5j , 5k , 5l have been confirmed by analytical and spectral data. 相似文献
