改革物理实验课教学,提高实验课的教学质量

根据多年的物理实验教学经验，阐明了物理实验教学改革应重视的问题，并提出了几点改进措施。     

Peritectic phase growth in directionally solidified Cu-70% Sn alloy

The growth mechanism of the peritectic η phase involving the peritectic reaction and peritectic transformation in Cu-70%Sn alloy was investigated under directional solidification. The results show that a major growth mechanism in thickening of the peritectic η-layer is not the peritectic reaction but the peritectic transformation. The transformation temperature and isothermal time play crucial roles in determining the volume fraction and the thickness of the peritectic η phase. With the increase of the temperature and isothermal time, the volume fraction of the peritectic η phase increases. The regressed data show that the relationship between the thickness of η phase (Δx) and the transformation temperature (T) meets the following equation In Δx=6.5−1673 1 / T. Additionally, there exists a relationship between the thickness of the η phase (Δx) and the isothermal time (t) at the 9 mm solidification distance below the peritectic reaction interface, Δx=0.72t ^1/2, which is consistent with the theoretical model. Piezooptical optical bistability

A glass fiber piezooptical optical bistability device is reported.Basing on pho-toelastic and strain effects of single-mode fiber,we have realized piezooptical modulation andperformed experiments of optical bistability.     

约束Hamilton系统的Poincaré-Cartan不变量

从正则形式作用量出发,导出了约束Hamilton系统(奇异拉氏量)的Poincaré-Cartan不变量,证明了该不变量与约束Hamilton系统的正则方程之间的等价性,纠正了某些作者工作中的错误。     

A simple and accurate method for analysis of dielectric periodic structures

A simple and accurate approach for analysis of dielectric periodic structures is proposed in this paper. The method combines the coupled-mode theory with Floquet theory and joins the eigenmode expansion with the space harmonic expansion properly. As a result, the whole analysis procedure is significantly simplifid. Numerical results for the filter characteristics of some dielectric periodic structures show that the present method is effective, accurate and useful.Supported by The National Natural Science Foundation of China and The Foundation of State Educational Commission.     

相对论二极管电子枪设计的分析解与实验的比较

本文对轴对称场二极管区电子运动所遵循的近似轨迹方程进行数值求解,以此做为设计相对论二极管电子枪的依据,与实验结果相比较,符合较好。     

Fe-V-N稀合金中空位复合体特性的研究(Ⅱ)

本文利用离散变分法,集团模型和三维数值弛豫技术,研究了Fe-V-N稀合金中V-N-空位复合体的几何构型,正电子湮没特性和电子结构。根据正电子湮没寿命实验的结果和总能量极小原理,确定了V和N在V-N-空位复合体中的最佳占据位置。分析了V-N-空位复合体的成键特性和电荷转移情况。 关键词：     

Simulation of Vacuum Microelectronic Triode Made of Single Carbon Nanotube

Vacuum microelectronic triode performance, based upon a unit cell with a nanotube field emitter, gate, and anode, was evaluated via computer simulation. Electron emission was calculated from the modified Fowler-Nordheim equation. The dependence of emitted current, upon geometrical factors, e.g., nanotube radius, nanotube height, and gate's hole radius, is shown. The device design parameters of trans-conductance, and cutoff frequency have been calculated, which show that this structure can be used as a microwave and millimeter wave amplifier. Electron current flux is shown for time-dependent 1–Thz sinusoidal variation frequency input.     

光照下meso-四(4-磺基苯基)卟啉(H_2TPPS)形成锌配合物的光-极谱研究

在氨性溶液中,光照射对ZnTPPS的形成影响很大。光-极谱试验表明:光电流(i_p)与浓度(c)间有以下的关系:对Zn(NH_3)_4~(2+),i_p∝C_((Zn)(NH_3)_4)~(2+)_~(1/2),对H_2TPPS,i_p∝C_(H_2TPPS),ZnTPPS络合物还原波的i_p不明显。本文对其差异性和光电流产生的原因做了初步探讨。
