Methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate were polymerized in oil-in-water microemulsions that were stabilized by sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS). A poly(N-acetylethylenimine) (PNAEI) macromer was also included in the recipe, as a cosurfactant and a comonomer. Polymerizations were initiated by UV-irradiation. The average diameters of latex particles, obtained by STM, were in the range of 17-200 nm. The experimental data evidenced that the particle size was mainly dependent on the SDS/PNAEI ratio. Polymerization yields were around 75-85%. The synthesized copolymers have viscosity average molecular weights in the range of 2.1-2.4×106 and glass transition temperatures of 38.0-43.5°C, lower than those obtained without using PNAEI. The investigation by means of FTIR and 1H-NMR techniques revealed that PNAEI was incorporated into the nanoparticles.  相似文献

利用电喷雾质谱方法(ESI-MS)分析了附子加辅料(甘草)炮制前后水煎液中二萜类生物碱在种类和含量方面的变化,通过加入内标化合物,建立了电喷雾质谱的半定量分析方法。此方法具有快速、准确、灵敏的特点,能够更加全面地反映中药配伍炮制过程中多种化学成分的含量变化,并能根据电喷雾串联质谱的分析结果鉴定配伍后产生的新的化学成分,在共煎液中的次乌头碱、中乌头碱和乌头碱的相对含量分别是单煎液中的5.67%、4.05%和4.88%。通过研究附子与甘草的单煎液、共煎液以及药渣中化学成分的变化,揭示了甘草作为辅料,在炮制过程中对附子减毒作用机理。  相似文献

A new highly conjugated alkaloid of veratramine type, 225,25S,5α-veratramine-7(8),12(14)-diene-3β,13β,23β-triol-6-one (1), was isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C. Hsia. Its structure was determined on the basis of spectroscopic evidences.  相似文献

The tertiary chlorine (Clt) content of vinyl chloride/2‐chloropropene copolymers [P(VC‐co‐2CP)] was determined by NMR spectroscopy. Copolymers containing 6.8–47.0 Clt's per P(VC‐co‐2CP) chain were used to initiate the cationic grafting of α‐methylstyrene, norbornadiene, indene, and norbornene with Et2AlCl under various conditions. Grafting was demonstrated by selective solvent extraction, and the effect of the experimental conditions on the grafting efficiency was examined. Select rheological and thermal characteristics of P(VC‐co‐2CP) grafts, including the glass‐transition temperature, heat deflection temperature, and discoloration upon heating, were studied. P(VC‐co‐2CP) carrying 7–11 poly(α‐methylstyrene) or polynorbornadiene branches per chain raised the glass‐transition temperature to, or above, that of a blend control. P(VC‐co‐2CP)s fitted with polyindene or polynorbornene branches were less effective in raising the mechanical properties. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis of a novel class of functionalized benzophanes in which a (2′-hydroxy)ethoxy pendant arm is attached to the phenyl ring is reported. The reported approach, utilizes simple starting materials, and skillful organization of the synthetic steps allows for simultaneous transforms of the macrocyclic ring and the pendant arm. Binding studies of these systems with Pd2+ and Cd2+ cations is described. A chromatographic stationary phase containing the benzodiazacoronand moiety was also synthesized, and found to interact specifically with isomeric nitrobenzene derivatives.  相似文献

A series of new ethylene-bridged bis(imidazolium) halides with various N-substitutions were synthesized. Complexation of these imidazolium halides with Pd(OAc)2 produced new Pd(II) ethylene-bridged bis(carbene) complexes. Crystallographic analyses of some of the new imidazolium salts and Pd(II) complexes were determined. Applications of these seven-member palladacycles in Suzuki and Heck coupling reactions produced comparable catalytic activities to those of six-member analogs.  相似文献
