One-Pot Synthesis of N-Substituted Alkylaminocyclohexanols by the Addition of Electrophiles Formed <Emphasis Type="Italic">in situ</Emphasis> in the System Н<Subscript>2</Subscript>О<Subscript>2</Subscript> + HBr (HCl)

Highly selective one-pot synthesis of N-substituted aminocyclohexanols has been performed by hydroxyhalogenation of the corresponding cyclohexenes with electrophilic reagents formed in situ in the system Н₂О₂ + HHlg (Hlg = Cl, Br), with subsequent substitution of halogen atoms with amines. Some products were tested as antimicrobial additives to motor oils and cooling lubricants and showed high antibacterial and antifungal activity.

We consider the one-dimensional Dirac operator on a finite interval G = (a, b). We analyze the uniform componentwise equiconvergence of expansions in root vector functions of this operator with the trigonometric Fourier series on a compact set. Theorems on the componentwise equiconvergence on a compact set and the componentwise localization principle are proved.     

Chemically amplified photoresists for 193‐nm photolithography: Effect of molecular structure and photonic parameters on photopatterning

Next generations of microelectronic devices request further miniaturized systems. In this context, photolithography is a key step and many efforts have been paid to develop new irradiation setup and materials compatible with sub‐100 nm resolution. Among other resist platforms, chemically amplified photoresists (CAR) are widely used because of their excellent properties in terms of resolution, sensitivity, and etching resistance. However, low information on the impact of the polymer structure on the lithography performance is available. CAR with well‐controlled polymer structures were thus prepared and investigated. In particular, the impact of the polymer structure on the lithographic performance was evaluated. Linear and branched polymers with various molecular weights and polydispersities were compared. We focused on the dependency of the photosensitivity of the resist with the structural parameters. Effect of the molecular weight of monodisperse specimens of high-density polyethylene on the dynamic modulus of elasticity

The effect of the molecular weight on the instantaneous dynamic modulus of elasticity of monodisperse specimens of linear polyethylene has been studied. It is shown that above a critical value of the molecular weight the modulus of elasticity is constant and equal to 4·10⁹ N/m², while below that value it increases to 7.28·10⁹ N/m².M.
