描述了基因芯片荧光图象的光学共聚焦成象,大范围高速扫描与控制,数据采集的原理和方法.并讨论了基因芯片荧光图象的分析算法,即模板定位与阈值分割相结合的半自动算法,并将其计算结果与完全采用人工分割算法的结果进行了比较.     

Three-Step Predictor-Corrector of Exponential Fitting Method for Nonlinear Schroedinger Equations

We develop the three-step explicit and implicit schemes of exponential fitting methods. We use the three- step explicit exponential fitting scheme to predict an approximation, then use the three-step implicit exponential fitting scheme to correct this prediction. This combination is called the three-step predictor-corrector of exponential fitting method. The three-step predictor-corrector of exponential fitting method is applied to numerically compute the coupled nonlinear Schroedinger equation and the nonlinear Schroedinger equation with varying coefficients. The numerical results show that the scheme is highly accurate.     

Effect of ion impinging on the microstructure and field emission of carbon nanotubes

Effects of ion impinging on the microstructure and field electron emission properties of screen-printed carbon nanotube films were investigated. We observed that the plasma treatment modified the microstructure of CNTs along with the remarkable increase of emission site density. With the prolongation of ion impinging time, the emission current falls down first, and then rises up to higher than that of the untreated films. It is proposed that the change of emission characteristics is due to the different emission mechanisms. After the treatment, electrons are emitted predominantly from the nano-nodes on the tube wall instead from the nanotube tips.

Approximation of multi-scale elliptic problems using patches of finite elements

In this paper we present a method to solve numerically elliptic problems with multi-scale data using multiple levels of not necessarily nested grids. The method consists in calculating successive corrections to the solution in patches whose discretizations are not necessarily conforming. It resembles the FAC method (see Math. Comp. 46 (174) (1986) 439–456) and its convergence is obtained by a domain decomposition technique (see Math. Comp. 57 (195) (1991) 1–21). Multilinear interpolation between adjoint operators

Multilinear interpolation is a powerful tool used in obtaining strong-type boundedness for a variety of operators assuming only a finite set of restricted weak-type estimates. A typical situation occurs when one knows that a multilinear operator satisfies a weak L^q estimate for a single index q (which may be less than one) and that all the adjoints of the multilinear operator are of similar nature, and thus they also satisfy the same weak L^q estimate. Under this assumption, in this note we give a general multilinear interpolation theorem which allows one to obtain strong-type boundedness for the operator (and all of its adjoints) for a large set of exponents. The key point in the applications we discuss is that the interpolation theorem can handle the case q?1. When q>1, weak L^q has a predual, and such strong-type boundedness can be easily obtained by duality and multilinear interpolation (cf. Interpolation Spaces, An Introduction, Springer, New York, 1976; Math. Ann. 319 (2001) 151; in: Function Spaces and Applications (Lund, 1986), Lecture Notes in Mathematics, Vol. 1302, Springer, Berlin, New York, 1988; J. Amer. Math. Soc. 15 (2002) 469; Proc. Amer. Math. Self‐assembly of amphiphilic tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium‐cored star‐shaped polymers

Amphiphilic tris(2,2′‐bipyridine)ruthenium‐cored star‐shaped polymers consisting of one polystyrene block and two poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) blocks were prepared by the “arm‐first” method in which RAFT polymerization and nonconvalent ligand–metal complexation were employed. The prepared amphiphilic star‐shaped metallopolymers are able to form micelles in water. The size and distribution of the micelles were studied by dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy techniques. Preliminary studies indicate that the polymer concentration and the hydrophilic poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) block length can affect the morphologies of the formed metal‐interfaced core–shell micelles in water. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 农户信用评估系统的设计与运用研究

农户信用评估的研究对推动农村消费信用的发展，促进农村经济良好运行十分重要。本在构造农户信用评估的指标体系的基础上，提出了农户信用评估神经网络模型的算法，利用实际搜集到的农户资料进一步建立了农户信用评估模型，继而构造了农户信用评估系统，并举例说明了该系统的实际运用，以期能为农村经济发展中的农户信用评价及相关研究提供一丝基础性启发。
