In an effort to examine the rules by which information arising from interaural differences of time (IDT) and interaural differences of intensity (IDI) is combined, d"s were measured for trains of high-frequency clicks (4000 Hz, bandpass) possessing various combinations of IDT and IDI. The number of clicks was either 1 or 8, with the interclick interval either 2 or 10 ms. A 2-IFC task was employed in which the paired values of IDT and IDI favored one side during one interval and the other side during the other interval. Data obtained with the combined cues are compared to those obtained with IDTs or IDIs alone in order to determine the degree to which processing of the two cues is done independently. Results suggest that lateralization with such stimuli is based on the sum of the temporal and intensive differences and not on independent evaluations of their separate presences.  相似文献

In order to ascertain the special importance of binaural cues conveyed in the transient portions of dichotic signals, thresholds for interaural differences of time (delta t) and intensity (delta I) were studied using stimuli whose onsets and offsets were masked. Intense noise was used to mask all portions of each experimental trial except for the two intervals of a two-interval, forced-choice detection task. During the intervals, the noise was turned off with decay-rise times of 10 ms. What remained were tones whose interaural phase or intensity was different for intervals one and two. Performance was compared to control conditions which used unmasked gated sinusoids. For longer durations, detection without onsets and offsets was about as good as that with no masker. For the shorter signals, detection without transients was poorer than with standard lateralization, but this is attributed to forward and backward masking which reduced the effective durations of those stimuli. The ability to detect interaural differences of time with the onsets and offsets masked was extended to conditions in which the decay times of the noise were 100 ms. Performance here was slightly worse, but not by so much as to change the basic result. This is interpreted as showing that performance with the faster decay-rise times was not a product of momentary undershoots in neural following, but depended, rather, upon a true encoding of the interaural information in the stimulus fine-structure.  相似文献

The precedence effect (PE) describes the ability to localize a direct, leading sound correctly when its delayed copy (lag) is present, though not separately audible. The relative contribution of binaural cues in the temporal fine structure (TFS) of lead-lag signals was compared to that of interaural level differences (ILDs) and interaural time differences (ITDs) carried in the envelope. In a localization dominance paradigm participants indicated the spatial location of lead-lag stimuli processed with a binaural noise-band vocoder whose noise carriers introduced random TFS. The PE appeared for noise bursts of 10 ms duration, indicating dominance of envelope information. However, for three test words the PE often failed even at short lead-lag delays, producing two images, one toward the lead and one toward the lag. When interaural correlation in the carrier was increased, the images appeared more centered, but often remained split. Although previous studies suggest dominance of TFS cues, no image is lateralized in accord with the ITD in the TFS. An interpretation in the context of auditory scene analysis is proposed: By replacing the TFS with that of noise the auditory system loses the ability to fuse lead and lag into one object, and thus to show the PE.  相似文献

采用高分离度快速液相色谱(RRLC)测定牛黄解毒片中黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱为Zorbax XDB-C18(4.6×50mm,1.8μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(45∶55∶0.2),检测波长315nm,流速0.5mL.min-1,柱温为30℃。黄芩苷在0.15—1.35μg(r=0.9999)范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率为100.41%,RSD=1.42%。采用高分离度快速液相色谱(RRLC)测定复方牛黄解毒片中黄芩苷的含量,缩短了保留时间,提高了效率,降低了成本。本方法简便、准确,结果稳定。  相似文献

There is growing interest in the detection of bacteria in consumables, for example, in the food and water sectors. In this study, the aim was to produce a polymer-based bacteria biosensor via ROMP (ring opening metathesis polymerization). In the first part of the study, block and random copolymers were synthesized, and their biocidal activities were tested on the glass surface. Interdigitated electrode arrays coated with the polymers possessing the highest activity were used to screen the affinity towards different bacterial strains by monitoring impedance variations in real-time. The polymer-coated electrode could detect gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria strains at a concentration of 107 cfu/mL. The results show that ROMP-based polymer offers bacterial detection and can be used in developing biosensor devices for efficiently detecting pathogenic bacteria.  相似文献

Usnic acid (UA) was extracted from Usnea longissima (L.) Ach. in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) medium. The selected process parameters were extraction temperature (35–45 °C), amount of co-solvent (0%–5%) and extraction time (5–9 h). These parameters were applied to Box-Behnken design (BBD) belonging to response surface methodology (RSM) to determine optimum process parameters for the highest amount of UA in the extract. g UA/100g lichen, extraction yield % and UA content values were calculated in the range of 0.045–0.317, 2.77–5.4 and 71%–82% in different experimental conditions, respectively. The optimum conditions were predicted as 42 °C, 4.3% (ethanol) and 7.48 h. It was determined that the predicted and experimental values of g UA/100g lichen were compatible, and the suggested model was valid.  相似文献
