This work presents the results of modernization of the CXRS (charge exchange recombination spectroscopy) diagnostics [1] at the T-10 tokamak. The relevance of this work is due to the importance of measurements of the ion temperature and nuclei density of the working gas and impurities for analysis of transport processes in the plasma ion component. Measurements of radial profiles of the ion temperature are extremely important for investigating the geodesic acoustic mode behavior which is conducted at the T-10 [2]. The modernized scheme of CXRS measurements, as well as the design and operational features of the spectrometer created for the new diagnostics, is described. Principles of data recording and further processing are considered in detail; attention is given to the problem of calibration of the whole complex of equipment. The performed changes in diagnostics allow the measurements to be taken simultaneously in three spectral intervals: in the region of the beam line Hα, the CXRS line of carbon ion C5+, and the CXRS line of one of the hydrogen-like ions: He1+, Li2+, N6+, O7+ or Ne9+. This makes it possible to measure the density profiles of two plasma impurities simultaneously, as well as the ion temperature from CXRS lines of different elements. The modernized diagnostics significantly broadens the possibilities of studying the physics of transport processes and quasi-coherent modes of plasma oscillations at the T-10.  相似文献

The Bose condensation of spatially indirect (dipolar) excitons in a wide single quantum well in an electric field transverse to the heterolayers is analyzed. Voltage is applied between a metallic film on the surface (Schottky gate) and a conducting electron layer inside a heterostructure (integrated electrode). The excitation of dipolar excitons and observation of their luminescence are performed through circle windows in a metallic mask 5 μm in diameter. Excitons are collected in a ring lateral trap, which is formed along the window perimeter owing to the strongly inhomogeneous electric field. When the critical condensation conditions in pump and temperature are reached, a narrow line of dipolar excitons corresponding to the exciton condensate appears stepwise in the luminescence spectrum. Under these conditions, a spatially periodic structure of equidistant luminescence spots appears in the luminescence pattern that is observed through a window with a resolution of about 1 μm and is selected by means of an interference filter. An in situ optical Fourier transform of spatially periodic structures from the real space to the k space is derived. The resulting Fourier transforms reproducing the pattern of the luminescence intensity distribution in the far field exhibit the result of the destructive and constructive interference, as well as the fact that the luminescence is directed along the normal to the heterolayers. These results are consequences of the large-scale coherence of the condensed exciton state in the ring lateral trap. Direct measurements of double-beam interference from pairs of luminescence spots in the ring show that the spatial coherence length is no less than 4 μm. Such a large scale means that the experimentally observed periodic luminescence structures are described by a common wavefunction under the condition of the Bose condensation of dipolar excitons.  相似文献

The regularities of the formation of iron(III) oxide hydroxides as nanocrystalline particles via oxidation of iron(II) compounds in a near-neutral pH region were studied by potentiometric titration, electron microscopy, chemical analysis, and X-ray diffraction. The oxidation process comprises two steps. The first step produces Fe(II)-Fe(III) hydroxo salts having a “green rust” structure in the form of nanocrystalline particles shaped as hexagons. The second step produces anisotropic nanocrystalline particles of iron(III) oxide hydroxides via the dissolution-oxidation-precipitation mechanism and via solid-phase oxidation. The oxidation of chlorine-containing suspensions helps the formation of single-phase nanocrystalline lepidocrocite, while oxidation in the presence of sulfate ions yields nanocrystalline goethite.  相似文献

A quantum-chemical study was made of the reaction of sterically hindered amines with the degradation products of polyolefins. The reactivity indices of these compounds and the formation energies of their reaction products were calculated by the semiempirical CNDO/2 and MINDO/3 methods. The mechanism of the photostabilizing action of sterically hindered amines was substantiated theoretically. The criteria by means of which it is possible to determine their relative reactivities were established, and the role of the substituent was determined.
