Single-Mode Parabolic Gain-Guiding Optical Fiber with Core Diameter up to 200?μm

In this paper, a new type of gain guiding fiber is presented, with a parabolic-profile for both the gain and index guiding. Theoretical investigation shows that the core diameter of such fiber may be up to 200 μm while propagating with single-mode.     

The Application of Mode-Locked Laser Technologies to Long Distance Transmission and Control of Soliton

The control scheme of long distance optical transmission is treated based on conception of mode-locked Laser cavity in this paper. The general mode-locking equation of fiber ring soliton Laser is first constructed, then we give the general perturbed nonlinear schrödinger equation, and finally the transmission and control equations of optical soliton communication systems with various different configurations, respectively, are obtained.

激光诱导直接化学光刻

本文利用Ar~+激光倍频257.3nm进行扫描蚀刻Si、GaAs和Zn片,获得的最小光刻线宽为1.2μm,给出蚀刻深度与光强/扫描速度的关系曲线等参量,首次利用光刻技术估计卤素自由基的扩散系数、自由路程以及激光聚焦光斑大小,以及观察到阈值现象。     

煤基腐植酸对久效磷的增效作用研究

水溶性煤基酸分为从含有水溶性煤基酸的低价煤中抽提得到的水溶性煤基酸和从不含有水溶性煤基酸的低阶煤中氧化得到的水溶性煤基酸。考察了从武川风化煤和霍林河风化褐煤通过两步催化氧化法得到的水溶性煤基酸和从晋城风化煤中得到的水溶性煤基酸对高效、高毒性的杀虫剂--久效磷生物活性的影响。结果表明：（1）三种煤基酸都能增加久效磷的生物活性；（2）所用水溶性煤基酸的理想浓度为0.0025％；（3）根据毒力曲线，久效磷、武川煤基酸-久效磷和霍林河-久效磷的致死中浓度为9.94g/ha，5.99g/ha，6.62g/ha，相对毒力系数分别为：100，165.9，150.2；（4）大田实验结果证实了水溶性煤基酸对久效磷的增效作用。     

Structures and Absolute Configurations of Three 7,8‐Secolabdane Diterpenes from the Chinese Liverwort Pallavicinia ambigua

The known 7,8‐secolabdane type diterpenoids neopallavicinin ( 1 ), pallavicinin ( 2 ), and 18‐hydroxypallavicinin ( 3 ) were isolated from Pallavicinia ambigua, and their structures were determined. The X‐ray crystal structure of 1 was solved, and, in combination with CD and NMR studies, the absolute configurations of 1 – 3 were established. A possible biogenetic pathway for 1 and 2 from a single labdane precursor is proposed.     

Flexible nanocrystalline‐titania/polyimide hybrids with high refractive index and excellent thermal dimensional stability

In this study, a novel synthetic route was developed to prepare polyimide–nanocrystalline–titania hybrid optical films with a relatively high titania content (up to 50 wt %) and thickness (20–30 μm) from soluble polyimides containing hydroxyl groups. Two series of newly soluble polyimides were synthesized from the hydroxy‐substituted diamines with various commercial tetracarboxylic dianhydrides. The hydroxyl groups on the backbone of the polyimides could provide the organic–inorganic bonding and resulted in homogeneous hybrid solutions by controlling the mole ratio of titanium butoxide/hydroxyl group. AFM, SEM, TEM, and XRD results indicated the formation of well‐dispersed nanocrystalline‐titania. The flexible hybrid films could be successfully obtained and revealed relatively good surface planarity, thermal dimensional stability, tunable refractive index, and high optical transparency. A three‐layer antireflection coating based on the hybrid films was prepared and showed a reflectance of less than 0.5% in the visible range indicated its potential optical applications. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A Simple X-ray Spectrometer and PC-based Data Acquisition System for Newly Developed X-ray Source Based on Laser Compton Scattering

A simple X-ray spectrometer and a PC-Based Data Acquisition System(DAS) have been developed newly in Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics(SINAP),Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) for the measurement of the X-ray source generated using laser Compton scattering.The system consists of liquid nitrogen cooled high resolution Si(Li) detector,electronics and a DAQ.The Si(Li) detector was designed and made by Center of Advanced Instruments in SINAP,CAS,it allows us to measure X-rays with the energy up to 60 keV and the energy resolution(FWHM) of 184 eV at 5.9 keV.We measured the system uncertainty was 0.2 eV and time drifting of detector was 0.05% both at 5.9 keV.The DAQ was based on Object-Oriented software LabVIEW 7.1,it has data on-line analysis and original data saved functions.
