采用热处理方法提高MEH-PPV单层聚合物有机发光二极管发光性能的研究

对以MEH－PPV为发光层的单层聚合物有机发光二极管（OLED）器件在最佳条件下进行真空热处理，并用金相显微镜观察施加电压后器件的阴极表面形貌。发现处理后的器件阴极表面的气泡及黑斑明显减少。器件的发光性能显著提高。与未经处理的器件相比，最大相对发光强度提高了一个数量级、启亮电压降低了2．0V，半寿命提高了12．7倍。初步分析表明热处理方法提高器件发光性能的主要原因在于有效地减少了器件在工作过程中由于焦耳热产生的某些气体，从而减少阴极表面气泡及黑斑的出现，另一方面，热处理方法也增强了有机发光层与阴极接触界面的结合力，提高电子注入水平。     

Analysis of saltation characteristics of bed-load transport in flowing water

The study of bed-load transport is of great significance both in theory and in practice. This paper discusses the saltation of bed-load solid grains in flowing water. Experiments and theoretic analysis have been made by means of high-speed photographing and advanced data processing technique with a combined method based on mechanical and statistical theories. It indicates that the saltation is the main form of the bed-load transport under ordinary flowing conditions. In the meantime, taking successive saltation as the model of bed-load transport, systematic analysis has been made with regard to the kinematic properties and mechanism of saltation. The statistical analysis shows that the probability density functions of the relative height and length of saltation are in conformity with Γ-type distribution, while the probability density functions of the relative velocities of saltation are in conformity with the Gaussian distribution. Pentaquark Θ+的介质效应

在密度相关的相对论平均场理论基础上, 假定Θ⁺通过交换有效的同位旋标量介子σ和ω与其他重子发生相互作用, 研究了强子在包含Θ⁺的奇异核物质中的性质改变. 讨论并计算了介质中的Θ⁺和核子有效质量及其对重子密度的依赖关系, 分析了Θ⁺在核物质中包含的成分大小以及核子的同位旋效应对奇异核物质性质的影响, 进一步计算了不同重子组成比例下奇异核物质的标量密度ρ_S和矢量密度ρ_B的对应曲线.     

无严格互补松驰条件的序列线性方程组新算法

该文通过构造特殊形式的有效集来逼近KKT点处的有效集，给出了一个任意初始点下的序列线性方程组新算法，并证明了该算法在没有严格互补松驰条件的情况下具有全局收敛性和一步超线性收敛性。 

基于遗传算法构建了巴耳末公式．通过建立合适的拟合数学模型，用计算机对数学模型进行优化，使之尽可能反映氢原子实际谱线分布，并求出经验常量和拟合公式，最后分析了所得结果．

本文主要目的是利用值分布理论研究复高阶微分方程(Ω(z,w)/w^k0(w’)^k1…(w^(n)^kn)^m=aw^p ∑j=0^s bj(z)w^j,(p≥m）亚纯允许解的存在性问题．证明了一个在适当的条件下，该微分方程的亚纯解一定不是允许解的结果．实例表明该文的结果是最佳的．
