天青Ⅰ催化光度法测定钌

基于在稀磷酸介质中,钌(Ⅲ)对高碘酸钾与天青Ⅰ的氧化褪色反应的催化作用,建立了微量钌的催化光度测定法。对此催化反应条件的优化试验及反应的动力学参数的测定,确定了反应介质的磷酸浓度0.48 mol.L-1,测定波长620 nm,反应的温度条件65~100℃,为操作方便,方法采用在沸水浴中加热7 min,测得表观活化能(Ea)为17.70 kJ.mol-1,反应速率常数(K)为3.7×10-4s-1,钌(Ⅲ)浓度在0~0.48 mg.L-1范围内,与lg(A0/A)值呈线性关系(相关系数为0.999 3),其检出限为0.040 mg.L-1,对0.24 mg.L-1钌(Ⅲ)进行11次测定,算得RSD为2.0%。此方法应用于三个含不同量钌的模拟试样分析,所得结果与已知值相符。     

Nonlinear Squeezed States and Multiplication Rule of Nonlinear Squeezing Operators Gained via Nonlinear Coherent State Representation and IWOP Technique

Using the nonlinear coherent state representation we derive nonlinear squeezed states and the multiplication rule of nonlinear squeezing operators. We find that the symplectic matrices multiplication rule in nonlinear coherent state projection operator representation maps into the multiplication rule of successive nonlinear squeezing operators.The technique of integral within an ordered product of operators plays an essential role in deriving the multiplication rule.     

On Mutual Transform Between Number-Difference State and Phase State Corresponding to Operational Phase Operator

In the mutual transform between the number-difference state and the phase state corresponding to the operational phase operator we find that there exists an end-point ambiguousness. This problem can be avoided by Lighthill‘s method.     

Teleportation of a Kind of Three-Mode Entangled States of Continuous Variables

A quantum teleportation scheme to teleport a kind of tripartite entangled states of continuous variables by using a quantum channel composed of three bipartite entangled states is proposed. The joint Bell measurement is feasible because the bipartite entangled states are complete and the squeezed state has a natural representation in the entangled state basis. The calculation is greatly simplified by using the Schmidt decomposition of the entangled states.     

Deriving Internal Energy by Virtue of Generalized Feynman-Hellmann Theorem for Mixed States

We show how to directly use the generalized Feynman-Hellmann theorem, which is suitable for mixed state ensemble average, to derive the internal energy of Hamiltonian systems. A concrete example, which is a two coupled harminic oscillators, is used for elucidating our approach.

一种Ga-P复合发光材料的制备和性质研究

以Na3P和GaCl3为原料,在常压条件下的有机溶剂中合成出一种荧光材料.XRD分析表明其结构与GaP纳米晶体完全不同.能谱分析证明该产物包含Ga、P、Cl元素,该组成式为GaPCl4.将该产物与桑色素复合,并与GaP/桑色素复合材料相比,发现前者在丙酮、乙醇和水溶液中的发光强度以及发光稳定性均明显优于后者.该实验产物与桑色素复合制成的复合材料在丙酮、酒精和水溶液中出现很强的光致发光,而且可以稳定存在三个月以上.     

Ag纳米颗粒对有机小分子太阳能电池性能的改善

退火对电子束热蒸发Al2O3薄膜性能影响的实验研究

 用电子束热蒸发方法镀制了Al₂O₃材料的单层膜,对它们在空气中进行了250~400 ℃的高温退火。对样品的透射率光谱曲线进行了测量,计算了样品的消光系数、折射率和截止波长。通过X射线衍射仪（XRD）测量分析了薄膜的微观结构,采用表面轮廓仪测量了样品的表面均方根粗糙度。结果发现随着退火温度的提高光学损耗下降,薄膜结构在退火温度为400 ℃时仍然为无定形态,样品的表面粗糙度随退火温度的升高而增加。引起光学损耗下降起主导作用的是吸收而不是散射,吸收损耗的下降主要是由于退火使材料吸收空气中的氧而进一步氧化,从而使薄膜材料的非化学计量比趋于正常。
