NBR/ORGANOMODIFIED BENTONITE INTERCALATED HYBRIDS AND THEIR EFFECTS ON THE TOUGHNESS OF PVC

Hybrids of intercalative nitrile-butadiene rubber/organomodified bentonite (NBR/OMB) were prepared by thelatex intercalation technique. Investigation of their mechanical properties and the microstructore of NBR/OMB showed thatthe organomodified bentonite is an effective toughener for NBR. Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and X-rnydiffraction (XRD) tests showed that the NBR macromolecule could be intercalated into the galleries of bentonite.Incorporation of NBR/OMB hybrids as tougheners into poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) results in a substantial increase in theimpact strength of PVC, but little decrease in its tensile strength and flexural strength, compared to the unmodified PVC.     

Crystal Structure and Characterization of a Large Polyoxotungstate (NH4)21{La(H2O)5[Ni(H2O)]2As4W40O140}·53H2O

The heteropolytungstate (NH4)₂₁{La(H₂O)₅[Ni(H₂O)]₂As₄W₄₀O₁₄₀}·53H₂O is obtained by the reaction of Na₂₇[NaAs₄W₄₀O₁₄₀]· 60H₂O with NiCl₂·6H₂O, La(NO₃)₃·6H₂O and NH₄Cl at pH‐4.5. The structure and chemical composition are determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis. The crystal data and main structure refinement are a = 1.9551(3) nm, b = 2.4156(4) nm, c= 3.7068(6) nm, β = 91.505(3)°, V = 17.500 (5) nm³, monoclinic crystal system with space group P2₁/n, Z = 4, R₁ = 0.0573, wR₂ = 0.0717 [I >2<s?(I)], R₁, = 0.2463 and wR₂ = 0.1199 (all data). [La(H₂O)₅] {Ni(H₂O)}₂AS₄W₄₀O₁₄₀ has C₂, symmetry. IR spectra of the ligand [NaAs₄W₄₀O₁₄₀]^27‐ and its three complexes were discussed.     

裂解色谱法研究PMR型聚酰亚胺前体的反应过程

用裂解气相色谱法研究ＰＭＲ型聚酰亚胺前体在反应中的化学变化过程，以裂解产物醇和环戊二烯的生成率表示酰胺化或酰亚胺化及交联的程度，结果表明，酰胺化或酰亚胺化在５０℃以下不发生，在１８０～２２０℃完成，降冰片烯端基在１５０℃以下不发生交联反应，在２８０℃，１０～１８小时可完成交联反应。     

联二脲氧化生成偶氮二甲酰胺反应的钒催化机理

在钒催伦剂存在下，用氯酸钠氧化联二脲制成偶氮二甲酰胺，从钒催化剂的单晶培养和结构解析入手，通过反应动力学研究，用ＥＳＲ检测反应过程中四价钒的生成，用分光光度法（分别以钛钛试剂和硫氰酸铵为显色剂）确定了反应过程中三价钒的生成和变化情况，从而提出了可能的催化机理，还利用量化计算从热力学角度证实了所提出的包括四价钒铬离子歧化过程在内的钒催化机理的合理性。     

Water/Oil Biphasic Hydroformylation of Higher Olefins over a TPPTS-Rh/SiO2 Catalyst

A novel TPPTS-Rh/SiO2 catalyst, prepared by directly modifying a heterogeneous highsurface-area Rh/SiO2 catalyst with water-soluble TPPTS ligands, could decrease the resistance of mass transfer in water/oil biphasic media for the hydroformylation of higher olefins. The catalytic performance for hydroformylation on this biphasic TPPTS-Rh/SiO2 catalyst system was higher than those of the traditional biphasic HRhCO(TPPTS)3 systems, owing to the chemical bonds between the highly dispersed Rh metal particles and the TPPTS ligands. The catalyst system is applicable for hydroformylation of higher olefins such as 1-dodecene.     

Synthesis and crystal structure of a new one-dimensional system with end-to-end single dicyanamide bridges between nickel(II) centres

The complex [Ni(tn)₂{N(CN)₂}]ClO₄ (tn=trimethylenediamine) has been synthesized and the structure has been determined. The complex forms a one-dimensional chain structure via the bidentate bridging ligand dicyanamide. A two-dimensional networks is formed via interchain hydrogen bond interactions.     

La2O3对氧化铝透明陶瓷显微结构和透光性能的影响

采用传统无压烧结工艺在氢气氛下制备Al2O3透明陶瓷。实验结果表明：MgO和La2O3复合添加时，随着La2O3掺杂量的增加体积密度总体上保持上升的趋势。随着保温时间的延长，陶瓷的致密化程度增大，残余气孔逐步排出，晶粒进一步长大。采用La2O3和MgO复合添加比单独掺入MgO陶瓷样品透过率更高，掺杂效果更好。在烧结温度为1750℃，保温时问为1h条件下，在波艮为300～800nm测试范围内，陶瓷样品的全透过率大于82％，最大值为86％。     

聚砜-尼龙6嵌段共聚物结构的研究

<正> 以金属钠作催化剂合成的聚砜-尼龙6嵌段共聚物对尼龙6的吸水性有一定的改善,而且可以作为聚砜与尼龙共混物的相容剂,但共聚物中聚砜组分的含量都不超过25％。这可能与共聚物的结构有关。近年来的工作表明:反相气相色谱法(IGC)是高聚物结构分析的有用的工具之一。我们试图用反相气相色谱法,通过观察嵌段共聚物     

A spectroscopic study on the 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H3PMo12−nWnO40) combined with cetylpyridinium bromide in the epoxidation of cyclopentene

The epoxidation of cyclopentene with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by 12-heteropolyacids of molybdenum and tungsten (H₃PMo_12−nW_nO₄₀, n = 1–11), 12-tungstophosphoric acid and 12-molybdophosphoric acid combined with cetylpyridinium bromide as a phase transfer reagent was carried out in acetonitrile. Among 13 heteropolyacids investigated, catalyst of H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ showed the highest activity, giving a conversion of 60% and a selectivity of 95% in the epoxidation of cyclopentene. The fresh catalysts and the catalysts under reaction condition were characterized by UV–vis, FT-IR and ³¹P NMR spectroscopy, which has revealed that all of the molybdotungstophosphoric acids were degraded in the presence of hydrogen peroxide to form a considerable amount of phosphorus-containing species. The active species resulted from H₃PMo₆W₆O₄₀ are new kinds of phosphorus-containing species, which is different from {PO₄[WO(O₂)₂]₄}³⁻.     

分子识别在纳米材料组装中的应用

分子识别应用于纳米材料组装中的研究正受到人们的广泛关注,并逐渐成为超分子化学研究领域中的一个热点。本文对近年来利用分子识别实现纳米材料的组装及可控组装的研究工作进行了综述,并对该领域的研究前景进行了展望。
