Fermilab experiment E735 located at the CO intersection region of the $\sqrt s = 1.8$ TeV $p\bar p$ collider analysed over 900 Φ→K + K ? events. Measured were the transverse momentum spectrum, the correlation between the average transverse momentum <pt> and the charged particle multiphcityN c , as well as the probability of Φ production per charged track,N Φ /N c , versusN c . We have also made an estinate of the total inclusive cross section for Φ mesons, $\sigma (p\bar p \to \phi X) = 7.3 \pm 2.2 mb$ . 相似文献

We present data on the reaction from an exposure of the Fermilab 15 ft hydrogen bubble chamber. The channel cross section for . This cross section is dominated by the production amplitude. 相似文献

In an analysis of 1114 events of the type K−d → pΛ0π−+ neutrals with ‘spectator’ proton momentum in excess of 0.11 GeV/c we have found that the number of protons having a momentum in the range 0.25–1.2 GeV/c exceeds that predicted on the basis of the impulse model using the Hulthén distribution by 3 : 1. Final-state interactions in which the proton does not form resonances with the other final-state particles are mainly held responsible for this effect. 相似文献

Using data from the Fermilab 15 ft hydrogen bubble chamber, we have studied inclusive ?0 production in antineutrino-proton charged-current interactions. We measure (0.21 ± 0.03) ?0/event, corresponding to ?0/π?=0.12 ± 0.02. As a function of Q2 and for hadronic masses above a threshold region, the ?0/π? ratio shows little variation. At least 50% of the ?0's are consistent with coming from the current fragmentation region. The results agree reasonably well with the predictions of the quark fragmentation model of Feynman and field. 相似文献
