series of multiblock copolymers composed of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and 4, 4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone (DHDPS) were synthesized by polycondensation. The property of copolymers were characterics by DSC, IR, WAXD and TGA. The results indicate that the Tg of copolymers increases with increasing DHDPS content' When the DHDPS content of the copolymers is less than 22% (the average degree of polymerization of PEEK oligomers is more than 6), the copolymers are Crystalline polymers. The highest Tg of the Crystalline copolymers is 160℃,the lowest Tm is 304℃.  相似文献

本文研究了正硅酸乙酯分别在无胺法和有胺法制得的HZSM-5沸石上的沉积过程,并用吸附,NH3-TPD及异丙醇探针反应等手段表征了沉积后的样品,发现沉积仅在外表面上进行,可使孔口变小但不影响孔道内性质,显示有对于二甲苯分子的择形吸附能力,且在甲苯甲醇烷基化反应和二甲苯异构化反应中表现出良好的择形催化性能.  相似文献

为了研究白血病骨髓移植病人全血微量元素铜的变化及其意义 ,用原子吸收光谱法检测了正常对照组与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前及移植后骨髓空虚期全血微量元素铜的含量。结果表明 ,正常对照组全血铜浓度与白血病骨髓移植患者预处理前全血铜浓度差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而与骨髓空虚期全血铜浓度有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,说明白血病缓解后血铜接近正常对照组水平 ,而白血病骨髓移植患者预处理后骨髓空虚期全血铜含量高于正常对照组 ,说明预处理影响微量元素铜的代谢 ,本文就其影响机理进行了研究  相似文献

在活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,基于锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的反应,拟定了测定痕量锰的催化光度法。此催化反应灵敏度高,选择性和重现性较好,线性范围为0.4~10μg.L-1,检出限为8.5×10-8g.L-1,用于测定水样和茶叶中的锰,分析结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.2%及1.1%,回收率依次为93%~109%和94%~108%。  相似文献

退役的核设施中不锈钢制件表面附着的放射性污染物 ,必须经去污处理后才能回收利用。铀是核工业中最常见的污染放射性元素 ,而不锈钢是核设施中最常用的耐腐蚀金属材料 ,由于以UO2 +2 状态存在的铀 (Ⅵ ) ,在空气和自身的辐射作用下 ,将逐渐转变为不同的氧化物。采用酸性去污液对不锈钢表面铀污染进行浸泡和擦试去污的方法 ,可以有效的除去不锈钢表面铀污染[1] 。但因浸泡需大量的去污液 ,随之产生大量的带有放射性的废液 ,对这些废液还必须经进一步的浓缩———固化处理。擦试法虽产生固体废物 ,但去污操作麻烦 ,难以对大批量、形状复杂…  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and sensitive liquid chromatography–mass spectrometric (LC–MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of isoniazid in dog plasma. Plasma samples were deproteined with methanol and separated on a C18 column interfaced with a single quadrupole mass spectrometer, using 0.1% formic acid–acetonitrile (91:9 v/v) as mobile phase. Detection was performed by positive electrospray ionization with selected ion monitoring at m/z 138 for isoniazid and 152 for entecavir maleate internal standard. Linearity was obtained over the range of 25–5,000 ng mL?1, with a lower limit of quantification of 25 ng mL?1. The intra- and inter-day precision was less than 2.7% in terms of relative standard deviation. Accuracy, expressed as relative error, ranged from ?2.0 to 8.0%. Plasma samples were analysed within 5 min. The method was successfully applied to the evaluation of the pharmacokinetics of isoniazid in dog plasma.  相似文献

Biosynthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) consisting of 3-hydroxyalkanoates (3HAs) of 4 to 10 carbon atoms was examined in metabolically engineered Escherichia coli strains. When the fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains harboring the plasmid containing the Pseudomonas sp. 61-3 phaC2 gene and the Ralstonia eutropha phaAB genes were cultured in Luria-Bertani (LB) medium supplemented with 2 g/L of sodium decanoate, all the recombinant E. coli strains synthesized PHAs consisting of C4, C6, C8, and C10 monomer units. The monomer composition of PHA was dependent on the E. coli strain used. When the fadA mutant E. coli was employed, PHA containing up to 63 mol% of 3-hydroyhexanoate was produced. In fadB and fadAB mutant E. coli strains, 3-hydroxybutyrate (3HB) was efficiently incorporated into PHA up to 86 mol%. Cultivation of recombinant fadA and/or fadB mutant E. coli strains in LB medium containing 10 g/L of sodium gluconate and 2 g/L of sodium decanoate resulted in the production of PHA copolymer containing a very high fraction of 3HB up to 95 mol%. Since the material properties of PHA copolymer consisting of a large fraction of 3HB and a small fraction of medium-chain-length 3HA are similar to those of low-density polyethylene, recombinant E. coli strains constructed in this study should be useful for the production of PHAs suitable for various commercial applications.  相似文献

A simple and efficient preparation of gramicidin S and its analogues is described. It involves solid-phase peptide synthesis and on-resin macrolactamization without side chain protection, affording cyclic products in high yield and high purity. The high specificity of the cyclization reaction was shown to originate in the formation of a pre-organized conformation of the linear biosynthetic precursor of gramicidin S. This facile method will provide convenient access to the analogues of the natural product for functional optimization to counter microbial resistance.  相似文献

A modified poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) has been developed as the soluble polymeric supports for liquid phase synthesis of novel thiourea derivatives.In each step of the sequence,the PEG-bound products were precipitated in cold Et2O and the unreacted materials and by-products were removed by simple filtration.The progress of reaction,purity of the isolation and the structure of the PEG-bound products were easily monitored by TLC,IR and ^1H NMR spectra.Representative thiourea derivatives were obtained in moderate yields with excellent purity from this modified PEG-bound product by the cleavage with 50% TFA/H2O.  相似文献
